e experience getting married at Newport Vineyards, but Jenna and the entire team shine brightest. From the first day where we did a tour of the venue, to the actual wedding day, we could not have imagined a better relationship with our venue team. Jenna had the answer to every question we posed, and several we hadn’t thought of. She was professional, detailed and warm, both to us and our families, which helped everyone feel prepared and excited for our big day. We can’t thank her enough. The rest of the Newport Vineyards team matched the excellence of the rest of the venue. Our every need was met, and we were able to enjoy the day without worrying about any the details. Several of our guests commented on the incredible professionalism and friendliness of the NV staff. Thank you! The venue itself could not have been a more picturesque, peaceful setting to celebrate with out closest friends and families. Our guests were able to enjoy our ceremony out in the field, and then easily flow back to the patio for cocktail hour. When the time came to begin the reception, guests simply moved inside the building and were able to enjoy the amazing meal service. Every detail of the guest flow and guest experience was just perfect! In the weeks since our wedding, just about every guest we have ran into have mentioned that the food was genuinely one of the highlights of their experience at our wedding. Regardless of whether it was the raw bar, the passed plates, the main course, or the late night treats, guests were raving about the food. NV’s focus on locally sourced ingredients and farm-to-table dining really shone through here. We can’t thank Jenna and the Newport Vineyards team enough. We give them our highest recommendation!

From scheduling and rescheduling our tasting during a snow-filled winter to answering all of our questions along the way, she made the entire planning process feel so easy! The food was FANTASTIC. Our guests raved about it, and we even got multiple texts after the wedding specifically about the cookie favors that were part of our package! The hors d’oeuvres and entrees were also incredible, especially the filet mignon and scallops. We ended up having our ceremony under the covered patio because of the weather, and honestly, the Plan B option was just as beautiful as Plan A. We still had a beautiful view and that outdoor feel we wanted. On the wedding day, Darcy was absolutely wonderful. She bustled my dress and put my veil on and took it off in no time, without my mom or maid of honor having to stress about it. She also made sure my husband and I got to taste each of the appetizers and always had our drink of choice in hand. The bartenders were also so friendly that many of our guests actually commented on them! The venue is big but still feels so intimate, and the Meadow Room has the perfect rustic-chic feel. Another huge plus is that Newport Vineyards is very reasonably priced compared to other beautiful venues throughout the Northeast. Trust me, we got A LOT of pricing information, and Newport Vineyards really gives you so much for what you pay. Everything from the planning, to the food, to the service was amazing, and I truly wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re considering Newport Vineyards, look no further. This is the perfect venue, and we feel so lucky we got to celebrate there!

ld not have imagined getting married anywhere else. My husband and I both grew up in Rhode Island and have always spent so much time in Newport, so we knew we wanted a summer Rhode Island wedding. We also wanted something different from the traditional Newport wedding, and from the moment we stepped onto the grounds at Newport Vineyards, we knew it was the perfect fit. The rustic-chic, intimate farm-to-table setting was exactly what we envisioned, and the beautiful scenery, incredible staff, and service exceeded our expectations. Our coordinator, Lily, was absolutely amazing and so much fun to work with! She and the entire team made the planning process seamless, responding quickly and thoughtfully to every question. Lily was incredibly helpful with rentals, food selections, and all the little details that made the planning process so much easier. The wedding day itself was perfect in every way. Even 2 months later, our guests still have not stopped raving about it! Every time we see someone who attended the wedding, they make a point to bring it up. Lily and her team executed our vision perfectly and made the entire day feel completely seamless and stress-free. The ceremony next to the vines was truly something out of a movie. The views were stunning and created such a naturally romantic backdrop that we barely needed any additional décor. Walking down the aisle felt like a dream, and our guests were equally blown away by the beauty of the setting. We also loved the flow of the evening. Going directly from the ceremony into cocktail hour on the patio and then into the reception in the main hall created such a fun and varied experience for our guests. The reception space was beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our entire guest list. We were able to personalize the décor to fit our vision, and the lighting created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail felt intentional and thoughtfully arranged. And of course, the food and drinks were another huge highlight! Everything is done in-house, which meant we did not have to worry about finding an outside caterer or coordinating with multiple vendors. Finding a venue with in-house food and beverage was a huge priority for us, and we URGE future couples to consider this when choosing a venue! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was, and the bar service was equally fantastic. We left our wedding feeling incredibly grateful and elated, knowing we had just had the most unforgettable night. Honestly, the only downside was being sad that it was over because it was that perfect of a night! We seriously cannot recommend Newport Vineyards enough. It was everything we hoped for and more, and we are so excited that we now have the perfect place to return to and celebrate our anniversaries for years to come🤍P.S. Sorry for the novel of a review!
