Next Level Band of Charlotte was founded by bandleader John Floyd in 2000. Music has always played an integral role in John’s life, starting at age 9 when he picked up his first bass guitar. After spending years touring with major artists across the country, John formed the group in order to reach out to people on a local level. A team, the band is co-managed by his wife Judy and features some of North Carolina’s most talented musicians. The band brings its energetic style of performing and irresistible grooves to each event they play. With 4 vocalists, drums, bass, piano, and guitar, their stage presence fills even the biggest of rooms.
