Next Level Entertainment - Maui/Oahu DJ MC Photobooth

m our ceremony to reception flowed nicely thanks to NLE. From the planning process, Joe took the time to meet with us while we were in Maui. He even reached out to meet with us while on his vacation on Oahu (where we are from). He was so easy to work with and accommodated our last minute changes. We loved our grand entrance and our personalized first dance song. He also had the idea of reading a letter to my dad before our father daughter dance that made it extra special. The Newlywed game by Jay was hilarious – all our guests loved it. There were so many emotions that day from laughter to happy tears to moments that we will cherish forever. This is all thanks to NLE that really took our wedding to the “Next Level”. They are hands down the best decision we made and highly recommended to anyone looking for a wedding DJ.

the Bay Area to Maui we really wanted a playlist that reflected us. Next Level Entertainment did just that and more! Our guests raved about the dinner R&B playlist NLE played. We are so happy that they were part of our special day!

one that would be able to blend our music. When we first met with Joe from Next Level Entertainment, we knew immediately he was the man for the job. He talked with us and got a feel for our style and gave us good ideas of where our different music styles would work best during the wedding. One of the first questions Joe asked us was “when people leave your wedding, what word do you want them to use to describe it?”. Our response to that was “fun!” and Joe DEFINITELY made that happen. We’ve had so many of our guests tell us that it was the most fun wedding that they had ever been to. I’m pretty sure I never left the dance floor because I loved every single song. My maid of honor had a last minute request for Joe to help make a Disney mash-up for her toast as a surprise to me. Joe made it happen without any problems and she was so happy with the result (as was I!!). Joe was so flexible and easy going, he made everything super easy with the music. Next Level Entertainment also has a photo booth that you can rent from them and I would HIGHLY recommend it! They bring so many fun props to play around with. You get print outs of all the photos, but also on top of that, you get an email with a link to all of the photos, in case you end up losing your picture from dancing so hard. It was so special to see all of our friends photos a few days after and laugh at all of their antics. We would highly recommend this company for any DJ services that you need. Thank you, Joe, for taking our wedding to the next level and making it a night we’ll never forget!!!!

r hearts, but LIT up everyone in the room! So much fun memories that we want to replay over and over. This has been one of the best wedding gifts we have received yet was to make every moment sparkle and you guys did it! So many special moments that was shared that night and we couldn't have done it without you!! Remember when we said dancing wasn't a big deal??? Well, it was a BIG deal!! This was the first time in 14 years of Jeff and i being together that we freaked the dance floor, all thanks to you! From the bottom of our hearts, we are truly blessed and thankful that we had our DREAM team be a part of our special day! We love you all deeply!!! professional because they pay attention to detail that many others miss, like transitions from one highlight moment to the next, that create a flow to the event and leave no dull moment. They cater the program to the couple by meeting with the couple beforehand and thoroughly investigating the couple's background, their relationships with their wedding party, and their love story. The result is a program that goes deeper than surface level activities, leaving audience members feeling like they're experiencing a special moment rather than going through the motions. The reception is unique because they incorporate activities that I've never seen before. I'll put it this way, I had several people tell me that they didn't go to the bathroom because they were afraid they would miss something! They are a must have in my book, and I will be forever grateful that my wedding reception was Next Level.

diately sent a message and Joe Cortez got back to us right away. He then set up a meet up once we arrived in Maui making the entire experience more personal. Joe did an amazing job at our wedding and almost all of our guests complimented how exciting, creative, fun and entertaining he was - they all loved him! He made my husband and I a personalized first dance song that we listen to almost every day. His song selection was on par as everyone stayed on the dance floor and didn't want the party to end! Joe is all about creating moments and he made our wedding a very special one that we all will never forget (our guests are still talking about our wedding)! You will not regret booking NLE as your DJ/MC for your big day!

They are very professional. They personalized everything to match our styles. We have worked with them at other weddings and events, which is what attracted us to hire them. You won't be disappointed and you do get your money's worth.

enough for making our wedding night unforgettable!

s with most of the crew from NLE for over 20 years and we knew that we couldn't have our wedding without them. Joe you never cease to amaze me with your creativity, Jay J your enthusiasm as our wedding emcee was amazing and of course Iggz, LX (also a groomsman running around to make things perfect), and Creighton doing all the behind the scenes stuff... our day could not have been perfect without all of you. Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!

hat they would hit it out of the park! They are so creative and inventive, they set the mood to have fun and let loose at a time that we thought would be so stressful! I recommend Next Level Entertainment for any type of event for sure! Be ready to have your minds blown!

entire process, from consultation to planning to execution on the day of. He kept the night flowing smoothly with seamless transitions and kept our guests entertained with stories, games, and great music!!! His work truly shows how passionate he is about what he does and the way he personalizes everything by taking the time to get to know you, your partner, and the entire bridal party, is the icing on the cake. And if that isn't enough to convince you that next level entertainment is the best of the best, he even created the romantic ambiance i asked for! We had a smoke machine at our first dance to make it look like we were dancing on clouds, he customized the perfect color for our uplighting, and featured a perfect monogram display. They definitely know how to read a crowd and customize their game plan accordingly. They listen to what YOU want, and make it all about YOU. They took my wedding to the NEXT LEVEL by delivering everything we were looking for: the perfect balance of joy, laughter, fun, romance, and pulling the heartstrings for tears. I wouldn't at all hesitate to HIGHLY recommend him to anyone i know. One of the best decisions ever.

dea to book them as a vendor. We received so many compliments on the wedding entertainment, music, flow, and program - and credit is definitely due to Joe and Jay for making this happen! During the planning process Joe was very flexible and very easy to work with! From our first meeting we got the creative juices running and came up with all these personalized touches that made our wedding truly ours. There was definitely a lot going on just in terms of the entertainment and program, but Joe and Jay made it happen - and it was fabulous! They also worked closely with my husband on a surprise routine by him and the groomsmen, and also a mother/son dance mash-up. They also worked with me on adding a personalized touch to my father/daughter and grandfather/granddaughter dance. Next Level Entertainment Maui truly cares about giving couples the best wedding experience possible by catering to the couple and making it all about the couple. They are quick to respond and truly know music and entertainment! I highly recommend Next Level Entertainment Maui for your dj, emcee, uplighting, and monogram needs! You will not be disappointed!

edding reception more than what we dreamt of. Joe and the rest of the NLE crew was the best decision to DJ/ Entertainment/ MC our special day and we couldn't be any happier. Joe was always on it setting meetings, sending e-mails, and making sure I wasn't stressed out. Joe and Jason (MC) worked very well with time and made sure our whole program went smoothly. Our music throughout the reception from the beginning, beautiful custom monogram, up-lighting, and dancing in the cloud effect was on point! NLE is truly the best and definitely made it a great experience for the both of us! Thank you, thank you so much again to the NLE crew!!!

everal times to discuss all the details, which help put my mind at ease, not having to worry about if they were on it or not. They were very organized & paid great attention to detail. They even stuck it out & never canceled on me, when we were expecting a hurricane that day. My guest had nothing but great things to say about them & some of them even wanting to know how they could book them for their parties. My wedding was labeled one of the funniest weddings ever from friends & family & I give a lot of thanks to Next level for that. I highly recommend you use these guys, they're the best in my book!

of twists and fun to make it unique. They were the key in making sure all the guests and wedding party had a great time and they surely succeeded. I had many guests telling us soon after that it was one of the best weddings they've been to. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you once again Next Level!

used to here on Maui, it was off the hook just like we wanted it to be and our guests are still awed and talking about our special night 2 months later, For Real!!! Thanks guys for providing exactly what you promised you would and created the perfect night we will cherish in our hearts forever! You Rock!!!

ding was fun for everyone. They made it a very memorable moment for us and our family and friends that were there. So easy to work with. We gave them our vision and what we wanted and they just made it 100x better to make it a fun night for us all. So many compliments from our guest how fun our wedding was because the entertainment was amazing. Highly recommended! Thank you Next Level!!! Joe & Jason cant thank you enough.

kept my wedding going! I had received so much compliments from guests on how my mc's kept everyone entertained and constantly laughing! These guys are hands down the best on Maui, I can definitely say that my wedding wouldn't have been complete and as memorable without them! Thank you soo much Next Level! :)

-600 person wedding party on my own, but once I did my first actual sit down meeting, I was no longer worried and turned excited. Joe is always finding ways to go above and beyond to exceed your expectations just to make sure your day is the most amazing day as possible. From our grand entrance/introductions to the last dance, we were blown away. I have to add, YOU MUST do the dancing in clouds effect. Our guest could not stop raving about it and looks amazing in photos too. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!! Our guests were also struck by the music they played through the night. I wanted old songs that my husband and I grew up with and I just named a few bands and they hit it on the stop and beyond! My guest and wedding party kept telling me how a particular song stuck a memory, brought them back to when we were younger, reminded them of my husband and I growing up together, or it was just their jam. AMAZING and exactly what I wanted! My husband is extremely shy and they even managed to pull him out of his shell and made it extra special for me and for his mother for their mother son dance. He also made my grandfather/daughter dance extra extra special. He was so happy about the things Joe said and the suprise song I picked as well. They both made sure the entire night went smoothly and know when to change up the program if needed with out you having to worry. If you want a stress free and fun night, don't even think twice because these guys will make your dream and vision a reality. I could go on and on and on about how amazing they are! My husband and I cannot pick a favorite part because it was ALL amazing! We will absolutely recommend and use their services in the future! They've practically become family. I cannot thank you all enough!

Thank you so much!!! xoxo, Lesley & Keahi :-)

thing moving along as planned which was really helpful!
