Cannot highly recommend Next Level Films enough!!! Not only is their final product amazing and top notch, but Lisa and Chris are the nicest people to work with. We love our wedding video so much and still watch it over two years later! They really took the time to listen to us and tailored the footage to what we cared most about. Plus, they are so professional on the day of and have a subtle way of capturing all the moments while blending in with the crowd. They are simply the best!

Lisa and Chris are the best videography duo in the business!! Not only are they the nicest people ever, but they are so easy to work with and they captured the most beautiful images and videos! We got a sneak peak trailer after only a week, and then an 8 minute highlight video shortly after that and then we had our entire 2 hour video 3 weeks after our wedding! It is so nice to be able to relive the day over and over thanks to their amazing work! Could not recommend them enough!!!

Lisa and Chris were the absolute best. They started off by sending us a little welcome gift, which was generous and appreciated. Lisa took the time to really get to know us and what was important to us. Lisa and Chris made sure to capture all of those important details. The day of our wedding, they showed up early and ready to go! They captured every moment. Everything I missed, they captured. They quietly filmed us, and most of the time I didn't even realize they were there. I didn't spend the whole day feeling like I was being filmed. It honestly just felt natural. Our wedding video came out incredible and I cry every time I watch it. We've been able to relive our special day multiple times over. From the sneak peak to the full length documentary, all of it is beautiful. They made our day look on film as magical as it was in person.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Lisa and Chris at Next Level Films! They sent us a handwritten card with a box of baked goods to acknowledge our wedding year - so thoughtful and Lisa let me wear her shoes during our portraits because I didn't want to get grass stains on the heel of my Jimmy Choo bridal shoes (THANK YOU LISA). Throughout the entire planning process, Lisa was incredibly easy-going and responsive. My husband and I met with Lisa a few weeks before the wedding to review final details. We left feeling even more comfortable and confident that she understood exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day. Also, I felt relaxed knowing we didn't have to define a start and end time for footage. Lisa and Chris arrived early to the venue to walk around and do any prep / venue footage necessary. They filmed our entire wedding day from us "getting ready" throughout the reception. We actually got our "sneak peak" video when we landed from our honeymoon and it made all of us cry happy tears! We received so many compliments on the sneak peak and recommend Next Level Films to anyone and everyone who for a videographer suggestion. Can't wait to see the full video and relive the best day of our lives!

The wife and husband team of Next Level Films were very professional and extremely kind. Those who have seen the "sneak peak" video of our wedding have commented that their work is incredible and that it looks like a movie trailer. Their presence on our wedding day was non obtrusive, yet, they caught every moment for us in a very special and beautiful way. Lisa and Chris were AMAZING! When my wedding planner asked if we wanted a videographer, I really wasn’t sure. I was nervous about too many people and it feeling invasive. When my photographer recommended next level films, I found myself crying while watching videos of strangers on the website so I knew I needed to meet them. I met Lisa over the phone and she was so easy to talk to and work with. I am SO happy I decided to have a videographer and that we chose next level films. I barely even noticed they were there. We worked with Lisa and Chris for our wedding on May 26, 2018. They were both fantastic. Lisa was great from the very beginning with collecting all of our "day of" details and organizing a timeline for us. Throughout the wedding day itself, Lisa and Chris were both able to coordinate well with our photographers, so we weren't doing things multiple times. They were both so sweet, calm, and professional, and really helped make the day go smoothly. We got our "sneak peak" video within just a few days of the wedding and it give me chills. The picture and sound quality were terrific and I loved being able to relive such an amazing day. I cannot wait to see the full video - based on everything I have seen so far, I know it will be AMAZING!

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was having a videographer. Lisa Serino, owner of Next Level Films, created the most beautiful film of my wedding day. She creatively captured, heartfelt moments of my wedding and when I watched the film, I was filled with emotions. She is extremely talented, artistic, thoughtful and kind. Lisa and her team helped make my wedding a dream come true. Lisa, thank you for being a special part of my wedding story. It was truly magical.

I would give Next Level Films 100 stars if I could. Lisa and Chris were INCREDIBLE. We met with Lisa a few weeks before our wedding and it was clear that she understood exactly what we were looking for. The day before our wedding we met at the venue for our rehearsal and were introduced to her husband Chris who would be with the groomsmen while we all got ready the next day. Leading up to the wedding, I was a little nervous about having someone filming while we were getting ready and was unsure if it would be weird or add some extra anxiety to the day. I immediately felt completely comfortable and by the end of the rehearsal dinner, Lisa and Chris felt like they were part of our family. No seriously. My mom still asks how they're doing. At our first meeting with Lisa we had mentioned that the morning of the wedding we would be running a 5k for ALS to support a family that is very close to us. We mentioned it in regards to our schedule for the day and when we'd be back. Without hesitation, Lisa said they'd be there. The morning of our wedding we showed up and Lisa and Chris were there, cameras in hand, interviewing friends and family. It was amazing. When I got back to the hotel I started writing down my vows and I was rushing to finish before my groomsmen showed up so I wouldn't be distracted. Only halfway through, I heard a knock on the door and it was Chris. He came in, made sure I was okay with him being there a little early and every single ounce of anxiety went away. He was there WHILE I wrote out my vows, chiming in at all the right times and I was immediately relaxed. I was around Chris for the majority of the day leading up to the ceremony and he was such an amazing addition throughout it all. Once we got closer to the ceremony, Lisa came back into my life and once again it was like someone I have known forever and was 100% comfortable with was there for our wedding day. They were there for it all, capturing every little moment you miss throughout. As if they weren't great enough the day of the wedding, they exceeded all expectations when we finally saw the final version of our wedding video. It was absolutely amazing. It was so far above and beyond what we wanted. You NEED to hire Next Level Films for your wedding, they are absolutely worth it - not only for the end result but for the integral part they played in our whole experience.

I don't even know where to start, I would give Chris and Lisa 20 stars if I could. My husband and I knew early on that we wanted a wedding video, and more than a highlight reel, we really wanted a documentary-style video to tell our story in a way we could watch over and over through the years. I reached out to Lisa and a handful of other vendors at the same time and knew from her first response we were a match made in heaven. She was so open to my ideas and very quickly understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for. I can't even explain how above and beyond they went to create our video. They were by our sides for everything - from the rehearsal, through dinner and the ENTIRE next day -- including meeting us an hour away from the venue at 7 AM to film us running a 5k race before the wedding. They made everyone we know feel comfortable talking in front of a camera and they seamlessly fit into the day. My husband wrote his vows with only Chris in the room filming and that is just one of the many intimate moments caught on film. Wedding photos are amazing, but there is something so special about video, especially video that tells a story and Next Level Films is gifted when it comes to capturing and retelling your story in a way that is exactly you and your future life partner. Being able to relive the day and also being able to see (so many!) moments that we missed throughout the day is so special and truly priceless. Lisa is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and her husband Chris puts you at ease instantly - just interacting with them as a couple gives you faith in their ability to tell your story. We felt so close to them, our video footage captures us practically begging them to be part of our wedding party on the day of! For me and my husband - our must haves were an open bar, a band, and a documentary-style video and honestly I'd forego the first two to make sure I had the video. I can't speak highly enough of Next Level Films -- if only we could just do the day all over again!

Lisa filmed our wedding last September 2015. She did a beautiful job on our video and all of her hard work and detail really showed. She was very easy to work with, responsive, and really just a very sweet person. She took the time to get to know us and made us feel very comfortable in front of the cameras. I absolutely loved working with Next Level Films. Lisa is always professional, kind, and timely in her correspondence. The film from our wedding day was stunning; far better than could be imagined! One fear I had was that the crew would be too visible or block the guests views, but I honestly can't even remember seeing the crew on my wedding day. Lisa is a very talented story teller in her short films. It was a favorite among family and friends and is worth every penny! I proudly admit that when she first sent it, I watched it at least 20 times! Honestly, in hindsight, I don't think we needed a photographer because our film was amazing.

Lisa and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. I was so extremely happy with the end result- they were able to capture everything so well. I believe this was their first Indian wedding they filmed and they captured the most important parts and really listened to what we wanted in terms of the final video. Lisa made sure to sit with my husband and I beforehand and walk through what every step of the wedding process meant and that definitely showed in the videos. Our families absolutely love the wedding videos and my favorite part was the highlight film- I still watch it to this day (almost a year later)! Look no further for your videographer! Lisa and Chris are the ultimate dynamic duo and captured all the special moments throughout our wedding day. And they did so while being subtle and very inconspicuous. Lisa was so lovely to work with and really felt more like a friend during the preparation, on the day of, and afterwards when she was very communicative during the editing of the final products. The videos - highlight and full length - are extra special in and of themselves. Their product does not fall short and perfectly incorporated music selections and audio with the visual scenes. Also - Next Level Films attended our Rehearsal Dinner which was quite intimate and included personal speeches from friends and family. They were respectful of the event and our guests and we are so lucky to have these additional moments and kind words forever. I highly recommend this add-on both for capturing memories, but also to help the videographers better understand your most important people and the vibe of the weekend. I truly believe that this helped to make the overall video a perfect representation of our wedding.

For example, Lisa had never filmed at our church before, so to be sure she was prepared for the day, she took the time to come to our rehearsal and get a feel for the space. I decided to meet with Next Level Films after seeing a wedding video that they had done of a friend of mine from my hometown. I loved the video so much that I wanted the exact same thing. I met with Lisa and she was so sweet, nice, polite, and had great energy! My sister who came with me, loved her as well and so did my husband. We booked them on the spot without hiring anyone else. They were great the day of and I barely even noticed they were there, they really blended it. The video came out incredible and I love it so much. I constantly replay the highlight film to remember the day. I wasn't sure if I really needed the video aspect and I know some people think it isn't necessary but it is amazing to have and look back on. Being able to relive that day is just incredible. We were not initially planning to hire a videographer for our wedding, but when we came across Lisa Serino’s incredible highlight films on her blog, we were blown away and couldn’t resist setting up a meeting to learn more. Lisa is a true artist and a professional at working with couples; her process was clearly laid out from our first meeting, and her periodic check ins were convenient for us to fit in among other busy wedding planning. She even visited our venue in advance, meeting with our on-site coordinator to scope out the space and plan ahead. On the day of the wedding, Lisa arrived promptly on time with two assistants in tow, and captured every moment of the day. The final product blew us away; the highlight film and full length DVD are incredible. We have watched them so many times! I was referred to Lisa at Next Level Films by the woman I was working with at our reception venue. As soon as I checked out their website, I knew that I really wanted her to capture our big day. Lisa was very nice and so easy to work with. We decided to pay extra to have her at our rehearsal dinner too and we're so glad we did. During the events, she and her partner Chris were always in the background but you almost forgot they were there. They did such an amazing job filming all the important aspects of the day which is clear when you see the highlight video. It takes my breath away each time I watch it! The editing, the music, the scenes filmed - absolutely incredible! And then when we watched the entire dvd, we were able to see and experience so much we missed that day. When my now husband and I were preparing for our wedding, we were trying to make sure that we were spending our money carefully and wisely. We were not planning on getting a videographer but when I found Next Level Films website and watched some their beautiful highlight films, I fell inlove! We set up a meeting with Lisa and she was incredibly sweet and genuine. She showed us some of the videos she had made and we were very impressed! She wasn't pushy at all and gave us all the time we needed in deciding if this service was right for us. She completely understood that we were on a budget and was flexible with a payment plan. We decided to go with Next Level's services and chose the full wedding videography with the love story option. Lisa and her husband Chris came over to start filming our love story a couple months before the wedding. Choosing Next Level Films as our videographer for our wedding day was the best decision we could ever make. Pictures are a beautiful thing but seeing our expressions and hearing our voices in the amazing highlight film and full length film that Next Level Films created for us will be something we cherish forever. It was as if the Next Level team was not even there throughout the ceremony and reception. However, the amazing angles and footage they were able to capture after viewing our films made it evident to us that they were most definitely in attendance. Lisa Serino and her assistant Matt were by far the best vendors we worked with during our planning and the day of the wedding on June 6 2014. From the first meeting we had with Lisa, she was so organized and so knowledgeable that we immediately felt at ease that our day would be captured amazingly. After we booked and well before the wedding Lisa emailed us to simply check up on us, which was such a nice gesture during a time where we had so many things going on. We emailed throughout the months leading to the wedding and she was so flexible with our requests. We met again a week before the wedding and Lisa had a folder with all the details of what we requested and everything we had previously talked about. Lisa was so detail oriented that again this assured us that our videography was put in good hands. Lisa and Matt even went out of their way to attend the rehearsal at our church. They wanted to make sure they had the right angles and were well prepared for our day. The day of the wedding Lisa and Matt arrived earlier to set up and get some scenic shots of the hotel. Lisa and Matt did their thing throughout and we hardly noticed they were there. We asked Lisa to stay an extra hour on the spot and she willingly staid. Her attention to detail, organization, and flexibility really showed throughout. Lisa and Matt were also very nice people and a pleasure to work with. When I first saw a few of Lisa's videos on her blog I knew I HAD to have her for my wedding. The moments she captured had me in tears at my desk at work! She was great through the planning process - super professional and very knowledgeable on the subject. She gave us some great ideas for the highlight film (like reading our cards to each other). On the wedding day she came to the salon and got some amazing shots there and then met us at the hotel. I was so happy she was there preserving all these memories for us! During the wedding I barely noticed her "doing her thing". After the wedding she posted a video of my new in-laws singing The Piano Man and it was hilarious! I was so happy to see it. When we received the highlight film everyone that saw it said they were brought to tears. Lisa truly has a gift for putting these videos together. I honestly think having her at my wedding was the best money spent. I can always watch this video and be brought right back to the happiest day. Thank You Lisa!!!

Lisa and her team are more than fabulous!! From the very first time I reached out to her, her professionalism has not gone unnoticed. Our ceremony and reception were held in August at the Red Lion Inn in Cohasset, Ma. The venue (at the time of meeting with me the first time) was new to Lisa and I expressed concerns of the lighting (being in a barn) and Lisa assured me that she would take a look at my venue before the wedding day. She did have the opportunity to video at my venue for another couple the week before we got married, but still made it a point to meet me at the venue to talk about any concerns or ideas that I had regarding what I wanted day off. My husband and I are very flexible and we truly left it up to Lisa and her team and I am SO happy that we did. Every detail and every moment was captured perfectly. I love being able to see the parts I missed and relive the parts that went SO quickly. My husband and I were not even considering a videographer in the beginning of our planning but we are so happy that we reconsidered. There are so many important details and memories that could be lost without the video. Lisa and her team were not even noticed on the wedding day. They were very professional and were not in our way at all. All the different angles she captured are incredible. I would TRULY, TRULY recommend Lisa and her team at Next Level Productions to anyone and everyone regardless of your event!

Next Level Productions was AMAZING. I hired Lisa to be our videographer after months of debate whether or not we wanted to have a video. It was the best decision I ever made (I overruled my husband and We're glad I did!! lol) She is so talented and so sweet. No one even knew we had a videographer because she stays out of everyones way and it was exactly what we wanted. I also have been to a couple events that the Next Level DJs are the vendor and they are also the best in the business. (I had already unfortunately hired my DJ before we found these guys!) You wont regret it if you invest in this videographer!

What is most compelling about Next Level Films, and Lisa specifically, is the quality of the final product. It speaks for itself. The myriad tasks that Lisa performs in completing the final product are beyond the scope of this review! Lisa and Next Level productions went above and beyond what you would expect from a vendor in terms of service, professionalism, skill and an ability to bring a sense of calm and direction. I agree with previous posters that stated that Lisa is more than prompt, friendly and "non-intrusive." I felt so comfortable with her and she guided me throughout the process. After a thorough consultation, she shares with you a clear vision of what she will achieve. She was able to deliver everything we wanted and so many more things that I hadn't considered. It's true that the wedding day happened so quickly and all I could remember was a general feeling of warmth, love and happiness on that day--and the film was able to capture those feelings! A Next Level Film is truly an investment and no bride should settle without it for that special day. My friends and family were brought to tears by the beautiful film (not to mention my husband and I both!). But I urge everyone to check out their website--I didn't realize how much I just had to have Lisa and Next Level Films until I saw a highlight film. It was all I needed to make my decision. Thank you again for preserving these memories in such a beautiful, timeless film!

At first I wasn’t 100% sure if I wanted a videographer but after viewing videos on NLP’s website I knew I had to have one. Lisa is extremely talented and such a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to capture our special day. I would highly recommend NLP to anyone planning their wedding.

Throughout the vendor selection process, finding a videographer that we felt most comfortable with and provided a quality product at a good price point was difficult, until we met Lisa. We immediately loved Lisa--- she is so passionate about what she does and does excellent work. She was so pleasurable to work with during the entire process. I will also say, we had a somewhat difficult photographer that was putting restrictions on where Lisa could setup her cameras during the cocktail hour/formal portrait session, and Lisa was able to work with her with absolutely no issues. On the day of the wedding, Lisa showed up at my house early to setup. She captured the entire day without feeling "intrusive", but still capturing every single special moment. The end product was truly beautiful-- I can appreciate all her hard work and her extreme talent. Both my husband and I (and our families!!) would recommend Lisa in a heartbeat. My husband and I wanted to take this time to say thank you for the bottom of my heart for being the DJ and videographer for our wedding. We could not be more pleased that we chose Next Level Productions for our special day! We always knew that we would go with Next Level Productions for our wedding because they did such an amazing job at my brother and sister-in-laws wedding! Lisa is absolutely wonderful! She is very easy to work with and a true professional! Our finished product is incredible - it perfectly captured our fabulous day and all of the special moments that happened throughout the day. She was there from the very beginning as I got ready - right until we were kicked off the dance floor at the end of the night. The quality of the video surpassed my expectations! It's super clear and very professional. The teaming up with Next Level Entertainment to incorporate background music adds the perfect touch and background for the wonderful images! They are the best!!

After viewing a few of Next Level's videos and reading feedback they've received I knew that I would be getting superior service from them, but what I didn't expect was how much fun we had with Lisa and Matt! They were professional, reliable, responsible and personable. Lisa asked if she could attend our rehearsal the night before the wedding so she could be prepared and know where to set up for the ceremony and I thought that was an extra step that most other vendors would not normally take. Of course everything went smoothly from the ceremony, to us getting ready and finally at the reception. Andy and I are extremely happy with the service we received for the price we paid. I could not be happier with the work by NLE. I worked with Lisa as my videoagrapher and she was amazing. She captured every important moment in my wedding. She also was able to portray my husband, and I personality in the video. NLE is great, and highly recomended. Very Happy Bride Lisa was also available to help me after the wedding when I requested to use some of the still photos of our wedding she used in her wedding blog. :)

The whole experience with Next Level Productions was simply AMAZING. From my first conversation with Lisa discussing how I envisioned the wedding, to the wedding day where Lisa was with us every minute of getting ready to the ceremony and reception, Lisa truly went above and beyond my expectations. She is probably the best person I have ever worked with. For our "Our Story" filming, Lisa and Chris (her husband) met us in Boston Commons, which is where my husband proposed to me. She had planned out in detail a very thoughtful sequence of how to create the film. She got shots of us at Starbucks (which is where my husband and I used to go on our dates during the first year of medical school), then she got shots of us in different parts of the Commons. Probably one of my favorite parts of the day was where she interviewed us separately and asked us about the other. For our wedding, she went completely above and beyond and captured our whole wedding day, preparation process, ceremony, and reception. She stayed until the last minute and everyone at our wedding party mentioned how they enjoyed working with her. She is incredibly talented and she is a great cinematographer. What I love about her is that she strives to paint and capture the whole story, rather than just document. I was SO excited when I got the final DVD in the mail. It was moving and thoughtfully crafted like a movie. I've watched it so many times because it really captured our special day so so beautifully. It is something I can't wait to show my children and grandchildren one day :-) Beyond being probably one of the best (and affordable for the high quality of work) videographers in Boston, she is just such a kind and warm person. She and her husband make a great pair in making weddings special, and I feel so grateful she was the one to capture our special day. :) I will definitely be calling on her again when there are other special moments to capture in my life!!!! I loved working with her, and would be more than happy to speak to anyone that would like further references. I would recommend booking early since she is one of the most talented videographers in Boston!

I don’t even know where to start with Lisa and Next Level Productions! The easiest vendor to work with by far! Before my video was ready- I wanted to share the moment of the father and daughter dance with my father for his birthday. Lisa sent me an edited clip and my gosh was it powerful. Our video was absolutely perfect. The quality is beyond professional and having Next Level Entertainment for our reception and ceremony ensured the sound quality of our of video. I could not be happier with the work that was completed and can now not only treasure the memory of our special day but I can relive it!

Next Level Productions is AH-MAZING! My husband and I booked them as our videographer for our 9-28-13 wedding and are extremely happy with our decision. Lisa is professional, sweet, sincere, so easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with her during our meeting before the wedding and on my wedding day she was there to capture every moment while not being "in your face" like some videographers tend to be.
