Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The times of service were incorrect as well as the back drop provided. I ended up having to pay more because Venmo took a fee from...
my payment. We created a custom photo strip, but none of our guests were offered that opportunity. I know this for a fact because I went through the photo booth several times and never got a chance to due a strip. We did not receive our digital link, I had to request it, and when we did receive it only 23 photos were given, only 18 of those were full photos. I was informed that that was due to bad service and guests only wanted single shots, that is why our digital link had a small amount of photos. A ticket was supposed to be submitted 11/11/2024, and I still have not received any more photos. This was the only disappointing experience we had through our whole weekend and I feel bad for not only ourselves, but for our guests who really enjoyed taking photos and have nothing to show for it.
* I do not, and never have, left a bad review. I don't take these lightly knowing how hard businesses work. However, I just want to put my experience out there in hopes it can maybe help the next couple not have these issues.

as most excited to speak to Gabe from Level Up because of other reviews I had read- that the reception was so fun, they put their trust in him to read the room and provide the proper/appropriate entertainment, all the logistics were taken care of from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, and that it was a party by then end of the night- and they completely delivered!!!
He truly played a huge part in one of the best days of our lives!
From the ceremony music, to the photobooth, to the AMAZING reception- it was everything we were hoping for and he delivered our best party ever! So many of our guests told us that night, and over these last few days, that he was the best DJ at a wedding they'd been to and we absolutely agree!!
If you want an amazing one stop shop for entertainment at your wedding, I couldn't recommend Gabe and his team enough!!!
