Long overdue in writing this, but SO deserved. Let’s see, where do I begin? Abel @ NextLevel events is not just amazing at what he does…he’s…magic. Not only did he somehow accommodate song requests from guests with VERY different tastes in music at my wedding, but he did so in a way that felt seamless and kept people engaged. He didn’t just throw songs in, he crafted the perfect time in his queue of songs to do so, and his transitions were smooth as silk. Abel also took the time to get to know my husband and I, our tastes and our desires for the wedding. He spent time with us and asked for stories ahead of the “big day” that he then somehow turned into the most special set of songs that hit all the feels for us. It’s like he just knew. And on top of that, he did this at the height of Covid, when all the obstacles were against us. He communicated so often and promptly with our venue (and us) to ensure that all of the little nuances were ironed out in advance so that we didn’t even have to think about it the day of. He made it easy for us so we didn’t have to worry about those things… Abel is such a contagiously positive, kind and compassionate human who is passionate about what he does. He FEELS the music, he learns from the crowd, and yet he adapts while staying true to his unique authentic style. I mean, what more could you ask for? That’s what makes NextLevel events so special. Abel brings all the skills AND all the feels. He is a true artist. He is pure magic. ♥️

We hired Abel to DJ my wedding this past November and I couldn't be happier with his services! From the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception, he created a seamless experience. I added his uplighting package as it created a colorful atmosphere for our Autumn-themed wedding. He was very professional and a great MC during introductions and announcements. Abel took the songs we had on our playlist and created an amazing vibe for the whole night. When it came time to dance, he kept the party going and had everyone on the dance floor! He also created a beautiful monogram for us which was the perfect touch to our big day. Thank you so much for making our wedding unforgettable!

Abel was the BOMB at our wedding! He seriously kept the party lit all night long with his sick beats and amazing music choices. He played everything from the old school classics to the latest hits and had everyone from grandma to the youngins out on the dance floor.   But seriously, Abel is not just a dope DJ, he's also a pro. He was so organized and made sure every detail was on point. He took the time to understand our musical tastes and even threw in some special requests we had.   And can we just talk about how he knows how to read a crowd?! The energy on the dance floor was insane and it was all thanks to Abel. He kept the transitions smooth and the vibes high, making our wedding reception a night to remember.   In short, Abel is the real deal and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who knows how to bring the fire.
