I did mention that it might take a few days due to our busy schedule at the time, but I was more than willing to accommodate her request. • Throughout the fire alarm incident, I was actively working, both in terms of capturing photos and collaborating with the vendor team to adapt our plans following the evacuation. Bruce stayed an extra 10 minutes and we did not charge you so I'm not sure why you felt pressured. We have time and date stamps on all the photos and the last photo that was taken was at 8:40pm. The contract you had for was 4-8:30pm. We never pressure anyone to keep us longer unless it is dictated by the couple directly. One honest question I would like to ask you is that if you thought that Bruce was the nicest, sweetest guy ever...how did you feel uncomfortable? As for the family photos. We do apologize for any mix up. When we organized the photos with you guys the people that were originally supposed to be in pictures either didn't show up on time or wandered off so everything ended up going out of order on the list. That is not an excuse we just wanted to make you aware of how that could have happened. At the end of the day that part falls on us and we apologize. In fact I will even offer you a free session with Chuck's family at anytime with no expiration date to make it up to you guys. I hope this helps, and thank you again for the feedback.
