Owners Jaime Wood and Peter Clayman, along with their team, have been recounting love stories through cinematic-style film and photojournalistic photography for over 15 years. You can leave the wedding memories in their hands as the team will strive to capture every second of bliss from your wedding day. Lead videographer Jaime has a passion for filmmaking and storytelling. She takes pride in capturing a couple's story in a natural and unobtrusive way and providing them with a lifetime of memories. They give you a form to fill out ahead of time with your preferences and they completely nailed it! Jaime Wood from NH images is a MUST HAVE FOR YOUR WEDDING! We would give Jaime 10 out of 5 stars all day long! Jaime videod our tiny COVID wedding outside in 2020, during a nor’easter- and somehow captured the stormy ceremony so so beautifully....
She also videod our “ I Do part Two” which was our big postponed wedding celebration and we couldn’t be happier. She is so amazingly talented. The video quality is superb, and perfectly captures the best parts of the night. Not to mention we get to relive our ceremony in full whenever we choose. Jaime is so kind and easy to work with. u feel comfortable in your skin. I wanted picture that reflected a more romantic, natural feel and Peter nailed it. Your wedding is a big day and pretty stressful, but Peter helps you stay in the moment and listens to your requests. Peter was flexible in not only pivoting to photograph our wedding a year later when our wedding got pushed back from covid, but was more than willing to come take pictures of us at our family’s land. These pictures are incredibly special. When all is said and done with your wedding, you won’t really remember much because it goes by so fast, and all you have are pictures. Peter was the best choice for us and we’ll have these pictures forever. And that’s what matters! As a bonus, Peter is very funny and will make you laugh too, and that counts for something big! We hired NH Images for our wedding and we were excited that we picked the best in the area. working with Peter prior to the wedding day made us feel calm and we knew what to expect the day of. At our planning meeting we went over the time line...
so we got the pictures we REALLY wanted. Peter showed up at our first location to grab a few pictures of the guys getting ready and was on time if not a bit early.
He then came to our venue to get the before pictures we wanted (getting ready, first look, immediate family etc). On our wedding day Peter kept the time line we discussed and kept us moving forward in a fun and positive way. We got rained out of our ceremony outdoors, but we still got outdoors pictures because Peter thought ahead and brought clear umbrellas.
We also wanted someone with an artistic eye and knew how to use the landscape around us for interesting and beautiful pictures and we got just that with NH Images. We could not be more pleased with our choice to hire NH Images and they were worth every penny we paid for it. If we are in need of any professional pictures, we will hire them again!

He made everyone feel comfortable and at ease and his warm demeanor, attention to details and clear joy in his work made all the difference. We didn't notice him shooting during the ceremony at all. He was very time conscious too and rapid in his work but in a way that didn't make things feel rushed. He was also flexible as our schedule was a tad fluid due to weather considerations. He was exactly where we needed him when we needed him! I can't recommend NH Images and the work of Bruce more--it made a special day all the more magical, and I'll treasure those photographs forever!

ether it was by text, phone, or email. This was extremely helpful for me when the wedding we originally planned was canceled due to the pandemic. When we decided to down size considerably and do a more intimate celebration, Peter assured me that if we still had the wedding, they'd be there. All of my questions, concerns, rants were heard and addressed. Everything was effortless. We enjoyed getting to know both Peter and Amanda. They made us feel very relaxed and valued. They are professional, courteous, thorough, and very good at what they do.
The day of the wedding Amanda arrived early, walked the property, gave us a quick run down of our photo timeline for the day. We wanted to do a first look, and have all the group pictures done prior to the ceremony so that we could maximize time with our guests. During our pre-wedding zoom call we discussed a sparkler photo we wanted and that we also wanted pictures on the railroad tracks adjacent to the property.
Let me tell you- Amanda knocked it out of the park. She even ended up staying a little later, and took multiple takes of the sparkler picture to make sure we had it right. She managed to capture all the pictures we needed, and also caught the details in Images we didn't realize we wanted!
BOOK THEM! I cannot recommend NH Images enough! You will be blown away and just overwhelmed with joy when you receive your photo album! I know we are!

2 photos with my parents and we hate them both. My husbands parents are divorced and we said his step dad was not really in the picture and Bruce accidentally mixed him up with chucks actual dad. So we have the most photos with the guy we said we wanted the least. Some of our best photos came from friends and phones. Wish we had not spent the money. They convinced me to add an extra half hour onto photos but as I suspected we didn’t need it. Photography we wanted to end before dinner and we didn’t. We did some photos in the rain when we had mentioned, aren’t we supposed to do sunset photos? We said we really wanted candies and we have so few photos from our extended cocktail hour. Our ceremony was only 5 minutes but no photos came out well. The only ones we kept were the ones my cousin took on her phone which were amazing. So sad we spent all that money to have only about 20 photos we actually kept. We asked for unedited photos even and they said they gave us the only useable ones. So upsetting. I should have trusted my gut and not gotten a photographer at all or cancelled when Peter said he wasn’t available for our new date. If it weren’t for personality, which again they were both so nice!!!, we would have given a lower rating.

So to address ...
your key points on the review: We couldn't do the sunset photos because there was no sunset as it was raining. Bruce stayed an extra 10 minutes and we did not charge you so I'm not sure why you felt pressured. We have time and date stamps on all the photos and the last photo that was taken was at 8:40pm. The contract you had for was 4-8:30pm. We never pressure anyone to keep us longer unless it is dictated by the couple directly. One honest question I would like to ask you is that if you thought that Bruce was the nicest, sweetest guy ever...how did you feel uncomfortable?
As for the family photos. We do apologize for any mix up. When we organized the photos with you guys the people that were originally supposed to be in pictures either didn't show up on time or wandered off so everything ended up going out of order on the list. That is not an excuse we just wanted to make you aware of how that could have happened. At the end of the day that part falls on us and we apologize. In fact I will even offer you a free session with Chuck's family at anytime with no expiration date to make it up to you guys. I hope this helps, and thank you again for the feedback.

y). peter had his camera in his hand and his playbook on his wrist. kevin had his camera out and already recording b-roll to add to our video. they were there for us getting ready and they asked if we needed anything and we’re there if we needed to talk to calm our nerves. they were very professional and obviously have a lot of experience documenting weddings. when it came time for the pictures (we did them in the sand) peter made sure to make it easy on my wife and hade the pictures revolve around her so that she didn’t have to move a lot through the sand. after the pictures, he still made us laugh and kept the pictures flowing during the reception. he made our night unforgettable. i asked my wife what her favorite part of the wedding was and she said “the photographer” and i couldn’t agree more. thank you peter for all you did. ill be sure to recommend you to anybody else that is looking for a photographer.

During our second meeting, we met Amanda, who would be our photographer for our wedding. Peter has this process down pat and had a template that he walked us through, which broke down the day from what time I should get ready to what family shots would be taken and in what order.
I cannot express how amazing Amanda was for our wedding, she went above and beyond in every way. During our planning meeting, we had discussed having pictures taken with the Boston skyline as a background. Two days before the wedding, Amanda went to scope out the venue and the Boston Seaport to make sure she was familiar with the area (which we didn’t expect her to do at all). She had noticed that the area we had in mind for portraits didn’t have the full Boston skyline, while it was nice, it didn’t have the same impact. She scheduled a call with us to make sure we were aware of this and sent us two sample pictures to give us an idea of how different the pictures would look. Our vision was still possible, but would require a short walk (which she timed, so we had an idea of how long it would take) or an uber ride. We are so glad she did this, as it solidified that we definitely wanted the full Boston skyline.
The day of the wedding, Amanda arrived early and was so easy to talk to. As a nervous bride, and someone who can be awkward with having their picture taken and being in the spotlight, she put me at ease and was able to direct me on how to pose to look my absolute best. While I was getting ready with my family, I was impressed that prior to meeting everyone, she took the time to learn everyone’s names from our planning sheet. With our portrait shots outside, she made sure to direct us on how to pose and captured some amazing shots, including one of us posing in the middle of a sidewalk in Boston.
Overall, we are so happy with our experience with NH images. Amanda sent us a few pictures from our wedding and we are so happy with what we have received so far! We can’t wait to see the rest soon!

My husband and I originally decided on NH Images for two main reasons: 1) they had a combined photography and videography package and 2) they knew our venue well. I wish I had taken more time to review their work based on what I was looking for...
in our wedding photos. On the other hand, we were extremely happy with how our videography turned out. There was no cheesy or cliche music and all parts of our day were beautifully captured into our video. We loved the drone footage due to our venue being on a mountain and some of the shots in the video were so beautiful that I even screenshotted them and wish I had them as photos. In terms of photography, there were some pros and cons.
The pros included:
1) We fell behind on our time schedule and ended up having to extend our time with them. They were very upfront and accommodating to make sure they stayed as late as we needed them.
2) They did a wonderful job with the first looks. I have memorable moments with my father and husband that I will cherish forever.
3) They were very knowledgeable of our venue which was helpful to navigate the prettiest spots on the property. The one thing I wish was better utilized was the view of our couples photos which were at the top of the mountain but very few photos with views were taken.
The cons included:
1) Most of our photos are very posed and include very few candid photos. I had reiterated in our conversations prior to our wedding that I wanted many candid and natural-looking photos. There are many photos that are overly posed that I will never share.
2) Pushing us to get print packages on our actual wedding day. We had previously discussed how we were not interested in print packages and we did not appreciate being heckled on our actual wedding day.
3) We hired a second photographer which could have been better utilized. Instead of taking photos of other people or detail shots, most photos from the second shooter are the same photos as the first shooter, just at an angle where the people are not looking at the camera.

This is Peter Clayman responding to this review. I am co-owner of...
NH Images, and I run/oversee the photography operations. After reading this review, I strongly question some of its authenticity as there are outright falsehoods being presented. In fact, we will be contacting The Knot to address this head on. I am disappointed that "anonymous" chose not to contact us directly as it would have allowed us to address any issues and clear up any misunderstanding.
To start, under no circumstances has myself or anyone pushed for someone to buy prints on the day of their wedding – to be clear, we would never talk about purchasing prints or anything related to post wedding products on the day of the wedding as this “anonymous” reviewer claims. The only time we even bring up the option to purchase print product, or albums is A) when we are putting together a custom package before being hired and B) during the planning meeting as this is the last chance to obtain discounted product. If a client says they are not interested, we immediately end any further talk of product and would NEVER bring it up on the wedding day unless a couple is asking. This has always been the case since day 1 - 17 years ago.
Every one of our weddings tends to breakdown as such - 85% of the images taken are candid moments. The other 15% of what we do is either family or formal images, and details of the day. Our style has always been that we don’t over pose (please view our website www.nhimages.com and go to online proofing for viewing of full weddings to get a sense of what we do). We keep things simple to make everyone look good (also time is limited on a wedding day, it would be impossible to focus on over posing anyone). So again, I am questioning the motivation of this review as we are being painted in a light that does not reflect our business.
Finally, to address the second shooter. The purpose of a second shooter (when people do have one) is to get different angles of the action going on along with other images that will help the lead shooter. The second shooter does indeed get details, extra candids and more. A tiny percentage (less than 5%) may have a different angle on a main shot, but sometimes those are awesome pics!!!! From the first time that we met him at his house he made us feel at ease and like we were in good hands. He almost felt like a coordinator on the day, he was so on top of our schedule and made sure that we didn't miss anything. He spend the time to understand our vision and made a "shot checklist" ahead of time to list out all the photos we wanted, so we felt like we had one less thing to worry about on the day. On the day, he did a great job at the church moving though all the formal pictures, keeping everyone aligned and on pace. During the ceremony and the reception, he was like a photographer ninja, I barley noticed him there, but he got all the photos.
We also got a Selfie Station that was set up near the dance floor that was a giant hit. My Mother-In-Law learned how to boomerang and was convincing all here family to take boomerangs with her! It was a great add on, as it really captured the feel of the event and got us a lot of great photos of people. People were at it all night. It took up almost no room and didn't pull anyone off of the dance floor since it was right there. Would highly recommend adding it on.

the preferred vendors at our venue; the photographers have shot there before and have worked with the other vendors. Our photographer, Samantha, was the MVP the day of. She made us feel so comfortable, helped pin on boutonnieres, wiped the stems of my bouquet so they wouldn't stain my dress, negotiated lighting with our priest, positioned everyone perfectly for portraits, and captured every moment authentically and beautifully. Our only piece of feedback would be the editing afterwards. When our gallery was first released to us, there were a few shots that were either missing or in which something was amiss (ex: eyes closed). Whoever did the initial editing must have missed shots or selected the wrong ones. Peter was very responsive, though, locating the missing pictures, selecting better versions of the duds, and even re-editing the gallery himself. We recommend NH Images to other couples!

A month and a half or so before my February 2018 wedding, I started to feel like I really wanted a videographer to capture our vows, first dance, and other important moments. At that point, our budget was already maxed out and this would be an ...
additional charge out of our pockets. I had researched some ‘home video’ options, where companies would send you cameras and put together the footage in a video. All of those options seemed like a big rip off. I started to do some research of local videographers (thinking that this would be a pipe dream and not possible) and came upon NH Imagery. Their website said that they were willing to work with ‘your budget.’ I contacted Jaime, and, right from the start she was extremely professional but also very personal. She said that she could work with our budget and offered to come for a short period of time to capture our important moments. She even let me think about it for two weeks before making a final decision. Throughout the planning, she was extremely responsive. On the day of our wedding, a big snowstorm hit. Jaime drove over two and a half hours up to Jackson, NH, despite the terrible road conditions, to only shoot for two hours. It was so apparent to my husband and me that this is more than just a job for Jaime, it is a passion. Her upbeat and positive personality added joy to our day. She was able to capture so many important moments, it was almost as if she was there for a full day. Our trailer was posted on Facebook within a week, and our full video arrived in the mail shortly afterward. It took me a while to write this review because of the overwhelming positive reviews NH Images has received. This has a lot to do with why we chose to go with them! During our initial meeting, Peter Clayman convinced us to go with him, as he is...
the owner of the company. Well, our day-of service proved this was the worst mistake we made. We hired Peter for photography and Jamie for videography. On the day-of, they showed up with 3 extra people we weren't expecting. Peter consistently posed us in the same position, over and over again. It was lightly raining, and rather than get creative, we have all of our family photos in one location against one wall with the same pose. Being our first professional photo shoot, we didn't realize we should ask him to switch it up! We asked for one "specialty photo," one of our nephews running around us with sparklers. When we mentioned this to Peter he said it would be no problem and told us what we needed to prepare. When we got our photos back, we realized none of the sparkler photos even came close to coming out and they are all pictures of blurry people standing together holding sparklers. I found out after that my dress had been ripped at the end of the night, and rather than alerting me to this fact, our night photos were taken with that rip clearly visible. Peter didn't notice that and think to help me get it fixed? After waiting the month for our photos to be ready, we had to reach out to Peter 4 additional times to ask if we had received them all. Each time, Peter found more photos and blamed it on his editor for not being thorough. I was clearly upset at this point, and Peter offered me a free canvas print to make up for it. The photo on the canvas is not at all edited and looks so bad I can't even hang it on my wall. I am happy to show proof of these photos to anyone who contacts me! I guess with NH Images you have to hope you don't catch the owner on an "off day." We paid a lot of money for a very disappointing service.

I'm sorry that you feel the way that you do, but I want to address many aspects of this review. This wedding happened almost 16 months ago by the ocean. First of all, I had 3 extra people (2 for photo and 1 for video) on staff that were availab...
le and that represented free coverage with extra photos at no charge to you...and we remained unobtrusive throughout the whole day. Second, that day we had horrendous weather conditions of which at times the rain was coming in sideways (and we were on the ocean so the wind was whipping up toward gale force at times). It was mainly an outdoor venue so I picked the best location due to lighting/not getting soaked and other considerations…and we did go to multiple locations including around the venue both day and evening along with a building on property that had some very pretty doors…along with taking a car ride to the lighthouse nearby…We did everything we can to get the photos that are needed, but sometimes things are out of our control…I have editors that go through all the photos and based on what she was looking for I did find a few extras…I apologized for that and offered her a canvas for that one time overlook (it was not 4 times). I responded extremely fast to her concerns and addressed them appropriately. As for the one specialty photo...I told them ahead of time that in order to get the affect they want we have to drag the shutter which makes the sparklers dance, but any movement by the couple would cause motion...with the weather being as bad as it was there was some slight motion, but the picture still looks amazing. The pictures we delivered were consistent with what we normally do...and based on the conditions of the day the overall the body of work is excellent and I'm happy to show anyone the whole gallery as well.

session to the wedding day, everything was super professional and top notch. During stressful "bridal moments", Peter always knew what to say or how to act. His second shooter Sam was with my fiance and his groomsmen before the wedding. From sewing on buttons and placing the boutonnieres on all the groomsmen, Sam went above and beyond my expectations and not only made sure we had beautiful pictures, but also catered to our bridal party's many needs. I cannot express my gratitude to Peter and Sam enough for making our wedding the best day of my life. I would HIGHLY recommend NH Images to anyone!

We haven't received our photos yet, but from what I saw in the video, I knew they are going to be beautiful. Samantha was also wonderful to work with. She even called a week before the wedding to make sure she was going to get all the photos we wanted! On the day, she had a bridal emergency kit just in case, which was a really nice touch. Not only is Jaime so sweet, but she's great at what she does. Jaime was able to come to the house where my girls and I got ready and was able to capture so many great moments prior to the ceremony. Her and my photographer worked together so well and were super respectful throughout the day, we hardly knew they were there! Jaime was able to give us direction on what types of shots she could get, but at the same captured so many candid moments. h you know is always a solid reference) First, let me tell you that I had a VERY camera shy fiance - this was probably our biggest argument throughout the whole wedding process. I finally convinced him that it would be worth it and he reluctantly said fine. I wish I had never even told him because we had Matt at our wedding and he completely blended in and you couldn't tell he was there. NH images was so flexible and understanding with me in preparing for my fiance and his fear of the camera. Jaime was so responsive and helpful! And Matt without really getting any direction from me took the most beautiful clips of the entire day! I went with the middle length video (approx 10 minutes) and Jaime edited it so perfectly it left me speechless. It has been in my possession for about 24 hours and I've probably watched it an unhealthy amount. It was so beautifully edited and there were angles of us that I really have no recollection of them being filmed, I was just so impressed! My whole family has been raving about how amazing it is and how much they will treasure it! The way that Jaime edited it with the music and vows and speeches - I'm just so in awe! My story is that many years ago I purchased a film camera to take photographs while on vacation in Vermont. Little did I realize until after that fateful vacation that it would turn into an incredible passion that has only grown over the years. My personal belief is that your celebration is my celebration and I put my whole heart into every moment thats captured.
When I’m not taking amazing photos, I am an avid runner having completed 7 full marathons and dozens of half marathons.
