Nice Price Favors

I ordered adorable heart measuring spoons as part of the favor for my daughter's bridal shower. There is just one problem. Two of the three spoons, which are definitely different sizes, are both marked as "1 Tablespoon." This is obviously a defect and error on this product. The spoons were "cutely" tied onto personalized cookies which I had made. I did not preview the product before I gave the entire box to my baker. The baker took them out of the packaging to tie them individually on the cookies, so I did not know until after the shower and after the favors were given to the guests that there was an error on these spoons. I am a bit embarrassed that I gave our guests a "gift" that was defective! I contacted Nice Favors and they said that they could not give me more than a 20% discount on the order unless I could return all of the products. That would be impossible as my guests now have them. I did show the defective spoons that I still have in my possession. Poor quality control.

Received our order of custom imprinted stemless glasses and many arrived broken. This company will only refund for the broken glasses, not partial shipping, not the set up fee, NOTHING else. And refuses to provide replacements. WORST customer service EVER!

0 stars for me. I ordered card decks for our wedding favors with a picture of us on the cards. I requested a proof which they sent me. They send me 170 deck of cards with nothing on them. Nobody is accepting calls only emails. Very mad.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered candles for my sons baptism and never received them. When I reached out to customer service they were EXTREMELY RUDE! Additionally, they did not and do not want to refund my money. This company is a fraud !!!!!!! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!

The Eiffel Tower Centerpieces were a real hit. They dressed up our tables and enhanced our decor. Our theme, because of these pieces rang out centrally throughout. A Promenade Soiree with St. David in Paris shown well. Wen we dimmed the lights, the lights and decor coujld be really appreciated. You seemed to be in a place outside of this gymnasium. It was a fantastic evening. Everyone there really enjoyed themselves. So much so, a few people couldn't resist having one for themselves. Thank you for enhancing our event with these gorgeous centerpieces. They helped to enhance the evening's beauty, were true to size, and provided an extra light, everyone loved them

We placed an order for 125 heart-shaped vanilla candles with personalized stickers for our wedding favors. The candles came out perfectly! They smell nice and the stickers were really cute. My only complaint is that when removing the stickers from the sheet of paper, they weren't quite centered, but we didn't really care and neither did anyone at our wedding!

Don't waste your time! I placed an order of 50 candles and 50 boxes of matches with customized labels for my Mom's wedding reception. I placed my order on 8/30. As of today, 9/11, they still have not shipped. I called to follow up and was told my items would ship on 9/5. I called on 9/6, and was told it was still processing because my order was through another third party vendor. I asked to cancel, and they said they would get back to me. They didn't get back to me. I called to follow up again on 9/10, but no answer. I emailed in to just cancel and they responded that they wanted to charge me $25 for just the labels that they said were already printed. If the $25 labels were already printed, why wouldn't you just ship? The candles and boxes of matches are generic and didn't require any customization, so why wouldn't you just ship? After going back and forth with customer service via email, I realized I would have to contact my bank and file for a refund, myself. What a waste of time!

I got some matchbox favors and they are great! I will say I was nervous because I never got a shipping email but after reaching out to them, they assured me they would be here before my date and they were! They are really good quality for the price.

I purchased the playing cards with labels that I have to apply myself from this company. When I received them the font was entirely too small on the labels. When ordering online you have the option to select the font but not the size. While viewing the sample created online everything looked proportionate but when you get the labels they are very difficult to read. The last line has the wedding date and they made it ridiculously small. I contacted the company for assistance but they told me I would need to pay more to have more labels reprinted and that maybe I should change the font. I asked them why do they offer that font if it doesn’t work for that product. They don’t stand behind their product at all. Being stuck with these poorly made labels I started to put them on the decks of cards. Now the ink is smudging and the colors are rubbing off. Huge disappointment. Complete waste of time and their customer service does not care.

I have placed a order for 100 jars i received 32 broken ones , i reaches out to company and i was able to speak to “Becky” who was super unapologetic And said she would ship out a replacement and i should receive Monday, here it is Monday no tracking number , no package and i call and speak to RACHEL, she was very very very rude and hung up in my face , Idk what kind of establishement this is but i am in complete shock! And i will never order from them again, super ghetto and unprofessional and this is a real review not a fake one , i am a real customer and I’m pissed that i even took the time to write this.! ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CRAPPY UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS!

We got the sandalwood fans for our hot August wedding, and it was the best idea we had. Out of 100, only 2 were slightly damaged. They came within a few days, smelled great, and the personalized stickers were easy to put on. It was a beautiful, and affordable addition to our day.

Several broken glasses and customer service and packaging department SUCK!. Do not use this people. They will not reship broken items and are extremely unhelpful.

We ordered personalized stemless wine glasses as wedding favors. The guests loved, the glass was of good quality, and they shipped quickly. There weren't any that had broken. There were a few glasses were the design was a little lopsided compared to the other glasses, but it was only on a few, and only looked different if you looked really carefully. All in all, the favors here were a great deal.

These fans were great quality for the price and fast delivery. Excellent customer service. I emailed to confirm that the order had been placed and customer service responded promptly. I highly recommend ordering fans through Nice Price Favors!

We ordered sandalwood fans from this vendor and they came in a couple days. The quality was great, and the price couldn't be beat!

I ordered personalized mason jars. They were perfect to put candy in, and the personalized label was fun and easy to make.

A few of the jars I got were cracked but I still had plenty. The favors were a big hit!
