About this vendor
Nicholas Kauffman Photography is a wedding photographer based in Gettysburg, PA. Nick, the artist behind the camera, aims to tell your story as a couple while freezing every beautiful moment from your special day in time.
With nearly a decade of professional photography experience, Nick’s approach is equal parts artistry and technical expertise. He brings energy, creativity, and passion to every wedding he documents. On the day, he’ll keep your vision top of mind, treating it as a celebration rather than a photo shoot. This allows him to capture all the raw emotion experienced on such an important day.
When working with Nicholas Kauffman Photography, there are three wedding packages to choose from. The most comprehensive option includes 10 hours of coverage, an engagement session, and more than 800 stunning images. A second photographer can also be included to ensure every last detail is captured. Nick would be happy to walk you through his offerings and would be honored to work with you on your special day.

a great friend. We had a few calls with Nick prior to the wedding where he walked us through the whole schedule to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. He had our photos back to us within a month and when he asked what our favorites were, we told him that was an impossible question! The day of our wedding Nick went to multiple locations (getting ready, the church, and reception), stood on tables to get the perfect shots, and even put on my dad's boutineer when we couldn't figure it out, all while getting the most perfect photos that we will cherish forever. He is so supportive, creative, and truly made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, since we have never done anything like this before. We cannot recommend Nick enough!!! And we can't wait to see Nick again to capture all the important moments in our family's life after our wedding day! He went so far and above being a tremendous photographer!

with and we felt comfortable around him. Because we felt comfortable, it certainly shows in the pictures too! What also shows in the pictures so far is his creativity and talent.
Our ceremony was moved last minute to an indoor location, but that did not put any damper on his ability to adjust and keep moving through.
I would recommend him to every single couple if I could! Taylor and I will certainly be contacting him for any photos in the future!
