We booked Nick Yee for our photography and videography, and he was fantastic. His calm demeanor and sense of humor made us feel at ease, and he ensured we got every shot we wanted, from formal portraits to candid dancefloor moments. His team was equally impressive, working diligently to capture every special moment. For our engagement shoot, he let us play our favorite music to help us relax and be ourselves. Despite the rain, he creatively captured stunning night shots and seized every opportunity for outdoor photos. Our photo preview and teaser video are incredible

Nicholas and his team were amazing during our wedding. We were not the easiest couple, quite hectic actually, but the team remained super patient and professional throughout the day. So far we got the video trailer and I loved how they caught many of the moments. Looking forward to seeing the rest.

My husband and I initially met Nick at another wedding he was capturing and little did we know he would end up capturing every beautiful moment at our wedding day 2 years later. Nicholas Yee and his team were the best decision we made for our wedding!! Not only is Nick professional, extremely hardworking, and very talented at his craft, he also was so charismatic and friendly. His team had my husband and I cracking up and smiling all day, and they made us feel so comfortable while being photographed/filmed. Nicks portfolio is impressive and his photos are breathtaking. He was open to our ideas but we trusted all his choices throughout the process. We received our preview images within the week after our wedding (almost 200!) and they did not disappoint! Nick was organized and helped with the schedule of our wedding day, which was tough with all we wanted to squeeze in! It was so easy to communicate with him and he always checked in throughout the process and months leading up to the wedding! I cannot recommend Nicholas Yee Photography enough!! Nick and his team were truly amazing! They were so responsive and helpful from the beginning. I was originally searching for a videographer for my wedding but when he was available for photography and videography on my wedding date I went ahead and booked him. Nick and his team are amazing! What people don't always realize when planning a wedding is that your photographer is hands down one of the most important people you hire for your special day. Not only to recreate those special memories but also to make sure your day goes according to plan. Both of these things Nick and his team executed at such a high level. We heard about Nicholas Yee Photography through a recommendation, and from our first meeting with him we were immediately put at ease. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and professional that we were thrilled to work with him throughout our planning process. We got to meet him for our engagement shoot a little less than a year before our wedding, and we both felt so comfortable during that shoot we knew we made the right choice for our wedding day. We had a coordinator for the months leading up to the wedding (Alicia Margaret Events), and she worked closely with Nick and his team to set the timeline for the day. Nick sent out a detailed survey for us to complete prior to our wedding day to make sure he had the full shot list of all the pictures we wanted, in addition to any other details that would be helpful for him to know. When I tell you he showed up with a full TEAM for our wedding day, he completely blew us away. The photography/videography team altogether was 5 people, including Nick, and I was at ease knowing there would be lots of coverage to capture all of the special moments on our day. Taking bridal party and family pictures can be chaotic, especially outside on a hot June day, but Nick and his team not only were efficient in expertly capturing these pictures, but they made the process FUN. We received preview shots less than two weeks after our wedding day, and they are stunning. He offered a wide variety of services and add-ons to fit whatever you need for your wedding day, and we are extremely happy with what he has provided so far. We cannot wait to see the rest of the album and the videos!

Nick was super easy to communicate with, was attentive, and best of all, offered advice for classic and fun pics when my wife and I did not know what photos to get on the big day! Quality of photos is great and we had fun interacting with him and assistant. Pricing was super affordable.

Right off the bat, our dynamic was very easy going and pleasant. Nick was inviting and enthusiastic about our vision. He is creative and had exciting ideas drafted from just the consultation. Nick’s experience in the wedding industry was very apparent as he provided useful tips and advice for the wedding planning process in general. He checked-in with us often and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He even mapped out a timeline for us as a guidance for the day of the wedding so we knew what to expect. On the day of our wedding, Nick and his team showed up with such great energy. They were all so friendly and efficient in setting up. They even took the time to meet our families and wedding party. We loved working with Nick and his team on our wedding day! Nick was a very clear communicator during the entire process, and especially the planning sessions. He made us feel comfortable reaching out with questions at any point. We love his editing style, and we have many unique poses and shots thanks to his eye for detail. On the big day, he and his team made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were on top of timelines and ensured we got the specific shots/combos that we had requested. He was both professional and understanding while working with the needs of our family members, which made a stressful day much easier to navigate. We hired Nick for our wedding in summer 2022 as our videographer and secondary photographer.  For the portrait photos, Nick worked with the groom and groomsmen and did a fantastic job.  He really knew how to get the guys to come out of their shells, which resulted in fun and engaging photos with great results. Nick also did a fantastic job as our videographer.  He was able to capture our ceremony from every angle without being noticed and the quality of both the video and audio was crystal clear, despite there being a breeze during.  We would highly recommend Nick for your event!

Hired Nick to get photos and drone footage of my proposal. Nick agreed to drive an hour upstate NY and hike almost a mile to this beautiful waterfall. We didn't get the drone footage due to rainy weather. He followed us on our hike just far enough behind us that my wife wouldn't know he was, well following us. He was able to stay incognito and get the absolute best pictures. Highly recommend. He seems to love the unique jobs such as this. Thanks Nick!

Nicholas and his team did an amazing job with our wedding video. I can say that I am so happy I decided to get a videographer to capture our big moment in our life's. The quality of the video is beautiful. Working with Nicholas on the day of the wedding was great ,fun and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend booking. Nick shot our wedding shower and he was amazing. He was professional, on-time, and we didn't even notice he was there. He got some unforgettable shots that we'll cherish forever. I just worked with Nicholas Yee Photography for my wedding in June. I cannot say enough good things about him and his work! From the moment I found him online he was so helpful and communicative and just made my whole day feel so much at ease. He came to my family home and took requests and gave direction and was so personable with all my family. I love all the pictures he took as well and having the online gallery helps me to share these photos with all my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Without gushing too much, I'll just say this- Nick is incredible. His communication and attention to detail were impeccable. He was so kind and attentive, and came out of his way to photograph our mini ceremony months before our actual big day. Honestly, working with him was just all-around a 11/10. He stuck to my shot list (I was extremely Type A and honestly I might have been a bit of a bridezilla- he handled it with grace and patience) and got a bunch of the "little" moments that honestly are the most important moments for me. I feel like we took a tiny bit of a gamble because he wasn't one of the "big names" that venues always promote, but I'm telling you, booking him was 10000% worth it. We've received our sneak peeks from our big day and it just makes me SO much more excited to see everything. Price, communication, grace, kindness, attention to detail... incredible.
