you try Nichole’s fondant because you may just change your mind. We had about 200 guests at our wedding and we were easily able to feed all our guests with a 4 tier cake and 2 sheet cakes. Basically, if you choose her cupcakes, however, you and your guests will not be disappointed. You can choose as many dozens and in as many varieties as you'd like--do it. We had only a few leftovers, so many people loved them!
