Nichols Heir was truly an exceptional wedding venue, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was absolutely fantastic; they were professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. We received countless compliments from our guests on the hospitality and organization of the Nichols Heir team, and that level of service was felt throughout the entire day. We also heard repeatedly from our vendors how pleasant and easy the Nichols Heir staff was to work with which spoke volumes about the quality of their team and the way they run events. The NH staff was also extremely accommodating and flexible, even when we got slightly off schedule (bride's fault for being behind). Everything was handled calmly and seamlessly, which allowed us to stay relaxed and fully enjoy the moment without ever feeling rushed or stressed. One detail that truly stood out was the shuttle service that transported guests from the ceremony garden to the Glass House. The transition was quick, smooth, and efficient, and Ben, our shuttle driver, ended up being one of the highlights of the night. His kindness, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm added such a special touch to the experience, and so many of our guests commented on how wonderful he was. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We have never received so many enthusiastic compliments on how beautiful a wedding venue was. Guests were genuinely blown away by the setting, the views, and the overall atmosphere. The ceremony garden and the Glass House are both breathtaking and photograph beautifully. The bridal and groom suites were also extremely well maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, which made getting ready comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Throughout the entire planning process, the Nichols Heir staff was incredibly communicative and quick to respond. They were always helpful, clear, and easy to work with, which made planning from out of town feel so much more manageable. They were also very willing to work with us on several pricing-related details and went out of their way to be accommodating and supportive, which we truly appreciated. Notably, they honor military discounts which is so, so appreciated. Nichols Heir is not only a STUNNING venue, but one that is run with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We are so grateful to have chosen it and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run, and truly, truly, truly unforgettable wedding venue. We could not have dreamed of a better experience for our wedding!

We toured and then my parents came up from SC abd they were nice enough to accommodate a tour for them as well to see it it was clean and stunning both times even when they had just had an event the night before! We got so many compliments on our wedding day! I really just cant give Braden enough kudos for all she did and ms Rene for stepping in when Braden had a family emergency!

t appetizers were served to not having the catering company keep the waters and teas filled up it was all just bad communication. If you have an issue and bring it up nicely to them they call you a liar. Our main wedding planner couldn't be there and the stand in was very judgy and eye rolling at different questions. So we were just informing our normal planner and she got very rude and said no thats not who she is and she didnt act like that. The place is wonderful I just hope they find better employees that truly care about your experience. We spent over $50,000 between the venue, flowers and catering and after nicely giving feedback to Marlie (our 1st wedding planner) she became really combative. Would never have host a wedding or event there again ONLY because of their rude employees. Change employees and that place will thrive for many years to come.

nt vibe. Nichols Heir did that perfectly. The Garden was the perfect spot to hold our ceremony and provided the most remarkable mountain backdrop. The Glass House was exactly what we wanted for an intimate, cozy reception with our guests that still looked modern and elegant for our formal wedding. Nichols Heir was amazing to work with, they responded promptly to any and all questions that we had. We had a destination wedding, so we were doing everything from afar, and they made it so easy. When we were on site, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They jumped in to assist with setup and made our guests feel welcome. They also provided umbrellas and towels when there was a last minute rain shower before our ceremony. n The Grand Hall and it was so perfect. The venue has so many accommodations: incredibly spacious bridal & groom suites, on-site restrooms, vendor prep kitchen, furniture & heater & misc rentals, and MORE. The venues are so photogenic, clean, and outright lovely. We also used the NH Downtown space for our welcome dinner and it was perfect! The owners are SO kind and incredibly helpful. There was a massive snowstorm the weekend of our wedding and the venue owners and staff were the most calming people ever. They made sure the grounds were safe and beautiful for our snowy winter wedding. The staff is very communicative and quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns leading up to the big day. I hope I get to attend a wedding here myself one day! Everything about it is perfect!

We held our ceremony on the lower patio which was simply stunning and the reception in the Glass House which made for a timeless backdrop with our family and friends. The patio outside the Glass House was perfect for cocktail hour and dancing under the stars. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, it comes with countless options included in the cost such as various table sizes, chair styles and colors, and much more. The owner, Larry McNutt, and his team have thought of everything!! The bridal suite is one of a kind with luxurious hair stylist chairs and light up makeup mirrors, providing lots of space for you and your bridesmaids to get ready and capture stunning photographs. The grooms' suite is equally impressive with televisions, a poker table, shuffleboard table, a shower, kitchen, bar, and more. The true gem of Nichols Heir is its exceptional staff, particularly Savannah Mynatt, who went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless. The venue also provided a dedicated team of staff members on the big day to handle setup, cleanup, parking, and any other needs. Additionally, they offer lodging recommendations for the wedding party, family, and guests, making the planning process seamless with the help of Sunny Smith. Working with the preferred vendor list was a breeze, connecting us with a fantastic team of vendors!! The level of care and attention we received at Nichols Heir is over the top, and I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! s Heir really came in and saved the day. Not only is Megan Mynatt an angel, their whole team is as well! Savannah Mynatt really helped with curating a perfect look for the venue (chairs, tables, rentals- all which the venue has btw). Sunny Smith was amazing with helping all of us with lodging- making sure everyone was comfortable and close to the venue! They actually own multiple cabins, yurts, treehouses in the area and all are less than 15 mins from the venue! Larry McNutt (the owner) even came down to help on our special day to drive the shuttle bus! They had multiple people (10-15) there to help make sure they day went smoothly! They helped with everything from moving the tables and chairs to making sure the guests knew where the bathrooms were to helping the vendors! Anything that was needed, the Nichols Heir team made sure it was taken care of! Now the venue itself is GORGEOUS! We got married at The Garden: a beautiful outdoor area that over looks the mountains. The reception was followed in the Glass House. It is COMPLETELY glass (one of only 20 in the United States!). It is fully air conditioned, so everyone was comfortable the entire day! You are able to customize everything with their multiple options of table and chairs to fit with your theme and color scheme (we went the more boho look). Just as good as the venue is the bridal suite and the grooms lounge! The spacious bridal suite was so comfy with its own private bathroom/changing area, salon chairs and light mirrors, multiple plush couches and chairs, and of course the massive mirror perfect for photo ops! It was such a great time getting ready in there with all my girls! It is truly a time I will treasure forever! The boys LOVED the grooms lounge. They had their own bar, shuffle board, poker table, tv- they didn’t want to wedding to start yet lol! Again, I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH on how amazing Nichols Heir was! They were with me every step of the way! They truly care about what they do. They were so passionate about making the day everything I ever dreamed of. They went above and beyond to make the day go off without a hitch and made it the best day of our lives! Words cannot describe how thankful and grateful I am to have my wedding at Nichols Heir!

tober of 2022 to plan our big day and they were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. Friendly and Professional - the ultimate combination. They treated me like an absolute princess which is how I felt walking down the aisle at this gorgeous venue. The Bridal Suite was perfect for getting ready and we had plenty of room. Our pictures overlooking the mountain, under the big tree and walking down the walkway with all of the beautiful pops of color and flowers truly made for the perfect day. Our photographer even mentioned how this was such a beautiful property and he enjoyed shooting our wedding. We truly had such a perfect experience at Nichols Heir, would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone. Thanks to the Nichols Heir team for making our dreams come true.
