t to really look at the diff linens & glasses, making sure I picked just the right one because I didnt live in town. She completely ignored me as if I wasnt there, putting together an entire table design on her own that I didnt like & demanded I make a decision right then & there. Because I brought her on only for a couple months leading up to my wedding, I had been the sole person communicating with vendors. When it was time for her to step in, she emailed them without running it by me, sent incorrect info & when I asked her to "please pause" because she was causing confusion she told me off, went on a RANT saying "I told you that splitting these up to so many vendors (we were at 3 vendors, ended up at 2. I dont know in what world we're calling 2-3 "so many") would cause a load of issues & here we are, having minimum delivery issues. You hire a planner to give you their advice & I feel as though you havent really taken any of it...recommendations {dont} seem to matter to you." I'm still FLABBERGASTED she thinks its ok to talk to clients like this. I didnt need her advice at that point; I just needed her to stop causing confusion & sending incorrect info. On wedding day she came into the get-ready area mult times asking me what invoices said, whether I asked for X ft or Y ft etc. (By the way I gave her like a 20 pg deck beforehand). I was like...idk but it can be fixed. I personally reached out to the rental company while getting my hair done & it was fixed. Isnt NOT stressing out your bride like planner 101? Arent you primarily there to problem solve? Not to mention the venue team had already come to tell me. So what was the point of her also coming, yet providing no resolution? After my wedding, she posted snarky messages on her social media. Which were sent to me by my bridesmaids a couple of days after my wedding. Imagine how that makes a bride feel after just getting married! She wrote "this wedding theme was the Romeo & Juliet funeral scene & it now makes so much sense to me..as it was almost death by candelabra." She wrote this was "the most challenging she ever had" because of candelabras that she PARTIALLY set up. My family did most of it. I provided documentation to her ahead of time that both myself, the groom & my parents would be there to assist in set up. I also provided documentation that our 3 groomsmen could help light candles. Even the venue team said they'd help light candles (and did!). I even had 4 addtl adults there morning-of helping set up. So EIGHT adults total setting up. At one point my mom came to my while I was getting ready & said all of our family there was still setting up but Nicki left. I was told she said she was getting a coat. Not sure what type of planner doesnt check the weather & bring appropriate clothing knowing youre going to be there all day. Also funny bc later that night she was dressed inappropriately, in black knee-high boots, a short dress & a denim jacket, for my black tie optional wedding. Halfway through my wedding, she started blowing out candles and packing up decorations. I absolutely do not recommend, under any circumstances, hiring this person

h she replied “you’re the bride so that’s exactly how you should feel. But in reality Nicki was fighting fires all day.” Although we were getting ready at the venue, I truly had no idea what was took on behind the scenes. Every time Nicki needed to talk to me during the day, she was cool as a cucumber. I only know that other vendors were causing chaos behind the scenes because my bridal party is curious. Nicki is incredible at what she does. Everyone kept remarking about how calm I seemed on the day of the wedding ,which is not how I normally handle stress, but I knew that I didn’t need to worry because I knew Nicki would handle everything. During the planning I left a lot of the detailed work to Nicki, often saying “You’re the expert, I trust you.” I gave Nicki guidelines on what I liked and left the rest up to her. She gave me a veto right to anything she suggested but I didn’t need it. Walking into our reception set up was a dream. It was everything I wanted but didn’t have the words or know how to implement. I would encourage any bride to be to hire Nicki. Her knowledge and organizational skills set you up for success from day one. Her timeline helped keep me on task and was a tremendous help. She is passionate about her couples and ensuring they have the best wedding possible. She will fight for them when needed. She’s the best and any bride would be lucky to have her!

nd Nicki was so great at helping us plan from afar. She was thorough, honest, and caring throughout the planning process. Nicki is passionate about her couples and making sure the vision comes true. She is also so relaxed and organized, making you always feel at ease. We were able to fully focus on the fun of the ceremony - dancing, eating, drinking because we knew she had everything else operating so well. Overall, we couldn't recommend Nicki Paige Collections more for planning your big day!
