Tony and Caroline Galzin are the proud owners of this Nashville establishment. A dynamic husband-and-wife duo, they met in Chicago, where Tony served as an executive pastry chef for renowned chef Michael Kornick. Caroline is the Director of Operations with years of experience in hospitality. Together, they opened Nicky’s Coal Fired in 2016, inspired by Tony’s Italian family traditions.
For your special day, this venue offers Nicky’s Coal Fired, which can accommodate up to 150 guests, and The Maxwell Room, which can accommodate up to 90. Both spaces have a chic industrial vibe, with red brick walls, wood beams, and warehouse-style windows. The Maxwell Room is more intimate and ideal for rehearsal dinners and wedding showers. The venue provides a speaker system, microphone, projector, and screen for your reception celebration. They also supply your essential furnishings, like tables and chairs, free of charge. An onsite day-of manager will work with your outside vendors to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch. You and your guests can dine on fabulous Italian fare for your wedding meal, featuring delicious classics like baked ziti and chicken piccata. Deluxe bar packages are also available, with fine wines and a range of craft beers on tap. At Nicky’s Coal Fired + The Maxwell Room, your beautiful day will surely be a seamless success.
