- and spoke to her and came to be highly recommending that we book Nicole for our hair and makeup. It was so last minute and Nicole was so accommodating and wonderful. She was easy to communicate, she was EARLY, not on time, and was willing to sit and wait if I wasn't ready for any of my appointments. She was so prepared. I don't think there is anything that I could have asked for that she didn't already anticipate.
I was coming from out of state, so our trial session was a few days before the wedding for both hair and make up. This turned out to be a god-send because I was able to show up to other events looking professionally attended to.
Each time she provided me with a parting touch up and make up remover gift bag - it was so thoughtful and unexpected and helpful!
For the day of, Nicole brought another artist to help ensure that all of my bridesmaids and my mother and I received full hair and make up. They were so efficient and everyone looked so lovely.
I knew that the plan at the reception was going to be to dance until the very end, and Nicole asked me if I tend to sweat on my face or hairline and prepared for it - and as a result my hair and makeup remained in place for the duration of the reception.
All of my bridesmaids and my mother were impressed by the service, both quality and kindness that we received.
I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. She has so much experience, truly knows what she is doing and clearly is passionate about making sure that clients get what they need and want.
I still can't believe that I lucked out - if I had booked in advance I might have gotten a salon that was recommended to me and undoubtedly would have been an inferior experience. Don't miss out on Nicole.

what direction I wanted to go with hair on my wedding day. That anxiety was for nothing... Nicole nailed exactly what I wanted (but struggled to express) on the first try on the wedding day. Our photographer even told me it was the most beautiful and classic bridal updo she'd seen.
Nicole's assistants also did makeup and hair for my mom, MIL, sister and SIL. They did an especially great job with the moms who aren't used to wearing lots of makeup. Everyone looked amazing, and they brought a great energy to the day!
My only minor frustration was the messaging/scheduling system used. I understand that on the salon end it probably makes things easier, but as a client, it was a minor annoyance to have a separate communication platform from what I was using with my other wedding vendors.

for my wedding. Day of the wedding there was a miscommunication about when she was to arrive, a minor annoyance. However what was a major issue was that even though I had a trial Nicole seemed to have forgotten everything about it, doing a totally different look on me that was not at all right. Realizing this she struggled to remove the mess on my face, not having brought remover for the airbrush foundation, she asked if I had any Windex on hand to assist in the removal! Windex, for my face!? No thank you. Eventually she succeeded in a total redo which in the end was exactly the look I wanted. In the process of all this I felt she was completely unprepared and unapologetic about her lack of preparation and respect of me on this big day. A makeup application that should have only taken 45 min. took 2 hours, causing me to miss my hair appointment. Thankfully I was able to reschedule that (although not with my original stylist) but it completely threw off the rest of our time frame for photos, etc. Before she left Nicole did offer to apply lashes for my bridesmaids which was a nice gesture but did not make up for all the anxiety and stress she had already caused. In addition to all this my makeup did not even last through half the day before it (strangely) began flaking off my face causing red patches to emerge. So I had to do my makeup again right after the ceremony. Did this incident ruin my day? Of course not but I think other brides should be forewarned before considering hiring Nicole for their wedding day, especially considering cost of services. Nicole is a good makeup artist, she just isn't very professional and I think she should abstain from doing wedding makeup.

last two years, and Tanner and Nicole were by far the best makeup artists I've had! I was nervous going into the trial just because I am a perfectionist, but as soon as I met him and his awesome personality, I was certain everything would be perfect! I appreciated that he took the time to look at some of my Instagram and Facebook photos prior to my trial, so he knew what my day-to-day makeup usually looks like. Because of this, I felt like we were already two steps ahead when I walked in for my trial. I had a delayed reaction to the lip liner we used during my trial, and when I let the salon know, everyone was apologetic and went above and beyond to figure out what it could be. I have extremely overly sensitive and dry skin, so I'm 100% sure that was it and not the products because this has happened to me before with other high-end products as well. On the day of the wedding, Tanner brought mass amounts of completely different lip liners that didn't have the same contents that I may have reacted to, and my lips were perfect for the entire day! My makeup truly lasted all day long, and it actually still looked great at the gift opening the following morning! My makeup and my bridesmaids makeup has never looked so flawless, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Day of she was in contact regarding her arrival and very flexible with the hotel room space/lighting. I hired a her for her expertise and skill to work with my face/hair. So I reviewed with her desire for my hair to swept to one side from the front into a low chignon bun and makeup like a 20s Hollywood starlet and that the details were up to her. She took those parameters and the result was really stunning! I asked for a little more wing to my eyeliner, which she obliged, and she set my hair/make up for the afternoon.
