I hired Nicole and her team for my wedding day hair and makeup, and I'm so glad that I did! From the first interaction I felt comfortable with Nicole, she is kind, professional, and talented. During the trial she listened to everything that I said, and my wedding day look couldn't have been better! Nicole and Aphrodite arrived on time and had everyone's hair and makeup done ahead of schedule. She was flexible with some last minute changes, and they did such an amazing job on everyone. One of my bridesmaids told me that my makeup was the most beautiful bridal makeup she's ever seen. I would absolutely recommend Nicole Makeup & Hair - hire them!!

I hired Nicole for my makeup for my bridal shower and wedding. I got so many compliments on how natural my makeup looked. My favorite thing about Nicole doing my makeup was that she made sure I still looked like me. I am not big on wearing makeup, and I told Nicole the look I wanted. She did not stray from that look and it was perfect! I would highly recommended getting the airbrush because it feels like you aren’t wearing any makeup! My face also gets oily after a while, but she used some product on me, and I did not have any oil all night. I would highly recommended Nicole and her team for anyone who does not want to look over the top and be themselves on their wedding day!

Wow- I feel so lucky to have found Nicole for my big day. My SIL knew Nicole socially and connected us. Throughout the year she was so kind, helpful, and responsive. We had a million changes even up until the day of and she was so easy to work with. Her makeup execution was flawless! This was the part of my wedding I was most nervous about as I am extremely picky and don't love having my makeup done. Despite the insane 103 degree temps, my makeup held almost all day (until about 9pm). My hair was flawless from start to finish. My bridesmaids, Mom, Grandma, and flower girl all looked and felt incredible! They listened to what they wanted and did exactly that. I am so grateful to have had Nicole and Julie as a part of my day.

Words can't describe how amazing Nicole is...I would give her 100 stars if I could. I truly don't know what I would have done without her there with me on the crazy ride of planning and rescheduling my wedding and being there with me the day-of. Throughout the whole process she was patient, transparent, kind, responsive and supportive. I pretty much never wear makeup and she made me feel comfortable and happy by really listening to me and what I was looking for. She and her team not only did a beautiful job on everyone's hair and makeup for the wedding, but THANKFULLY I had asked Nicole to stay with me until after my ceremony. That was the best decision I made for the whole wedding. She ran around with us adjusting my hair, my dress, basically became a part of my photographer's team, and made sure I was hydrated and comfortable the whole time. Nicole was hands down the best vendor I hired for my wedding - I feel like she was such an integral part of making my day a success and I am forever grateful I found her!

Nicole is nothing short of talented!! From the first phone call I had with her I turned to my mom and said - Nicole is the one! We never called a single other hair/make up vendor. She came to my house to do my hair trial for my shower and I never got so many compliments in my life. She made me feel so beautiful and elegant. I had an early wedding ceremony and her and her amazing crew showed up at 5:15am on time and ready to go! They were all so easy to talk to and all 10 of us between bridesmaids, moms, and flower girl were so happy with how their hair and make up turned out. My hair is so straight and my curls stayed in the entire day. Nicole and her team are absolutely fantastic! Nicole, Aphrodite and Alexa did hair and makeup for 11 of us for our wedding and we could not have been happier. They kept the makeup natural and flawless. Hair was beautiful. Nicole has her business completely perfected. She is so organized and knows exactly how to get everything done nicely and efficiently. Our photographer could not believe that all 11 of us were completely done with hair and makeup and ready for pictures on time (a little early, actually)! We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and Nicole was beyond understanding and supportive throughout the process. When it came to the big day I had wanted to make some changes to my hair and makeup (I guess you could say I had plenty of time to think about things) and she was able to do what I wanted even better than I could have ever imagined. We are so appreciative of everything she did for us!

10/10 Nicole Makeup and Hair did an INCREDIBLE job making me look stunning on my wedding day and my beautiful bridesmaids all looked like goddesses. I even was amazed at how fantastic my mother and In-Law’s looked, everything they did was flawless. Communication was a little slow in the beginning but that’s understandable when you’re far out from the wedding. Don’t worry, she will get every detail and is super attentive once you get closer. My hair trial was so natural and she’s very easy to talk to. She took all of the different pictures that I liked elements from and combined them into a killer updo and makeup. I would suggest if you can, wear your hair and makeup home and for the day because after a few hours and in a few different lights I realized some things that I wanted adjusted and Nicole took note of everything. Then on the day of, her team worked FAST and were flexible to make sure that we could get out on time. I said it already but my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked incredible, and my Maid of Honor’s hair looked so cool! I received sooo many compliments on my hair and makeup that day and it survived all the way through the after party, people were still telling me that they couldn’t believe how flawless I still looked. I think the best part about it was that I still felt like I looked like myself but the best version of myself. I can’t recommend Nicole and her team enough.

Nicole and her team were awesome! Very accommodating on such short notice and very timely. I had an early afternoon wedding so I needed them to start doing makeup for everyone at 5am…they were there, set up and already doing my mom’s makeup before 5 am. This was definitely the glam team to have. There are no limits on what styles they are capable of doing and everyone LOVED their glam look. Even my grandma, who doesn’t really makeup, loved what they did for her. It was perfect! Highly recommend!!

Nicole and her team did an awesome job for our wedding. Nicole was such a pleasure to work with from the trial up until the wedding day. She was very attentive with me and made the getting ready process so easy for me and my bridesmaids. She did an amazing job with my hair and my makeup held up all night. They made all my bridesmaids looks so beautiful too. I was very impressed and happy with how everything turned out.

Nicole and her team were AMAZING!! My husband and I were a COVID couple and Nicole handled our situation with rescheduling seamlessly. She truly treated us like we were family. Nicole was so supportive, timely, transparent, kind, and professional when it came to working together. We are so fortunate to have had her and her team as our hair and makeup vendor. Her VIP package was the best decision I ever made from a vendor’s perspective. She stayed with me every step of the way and was by my side throughout the entire day/into the evening of our reception for touch ups (even helped bridesmaids and MOB and MOG with touch ups if they needed it) and to help with anything – even fluffing my dress for photos and helping with my nieces who were flower girls. You MUST book her for your hair and makeup, she is truly a one of a kind and such a diamond in the wedding industry.

Nicole and Aphrodite did an absolutely phenomenal job on the hair and makeup for my wedding! Nicole was incredibly kind and patient to work with. After changing wedding dates several times due to COVID, I changed my mind on my hair and makeup style as well, and Nicole couldn't have been more understanding.  On my eventual wedding day in July 2021, however, is where Nicole seriously knocked it out of the park! Nicole, along with her assistant Aphrodite, did an incredible job on hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. Nicole made me look like the best version of myself, which is exactly what I was hoping for. While this was incredible, it was just the beginning. When my wedding got moved to a summer day, I booked Nicole for her VIP service and it was the best decision! She stayed with me throughout all of our photos right up until ceremony time. This service entailed touch ups and "floofing" throughout the photos. What I got was more like an additional bridesmaid, friend, and personal stylist/assistant! Nicole was on top of EVERYTHING. Every hair or smudge that came up - Nicole was there with a smile on her face. She was calm, kind, and efficient. She was carrying my bouquet, helping with my long train, and so on. Several of my bridesmaids were asking about booking Nicole and they're not even engaged yet! I'd highly recommend Nicole and her team!!

I booked Nicole and Aphrodite to do makeup for my wedding and I was so happy with their work! Everyone from the bridesmaids, to moms, to my 86 year old grandma looked STUNNING. Nicole was so patient with me at my trial where I changed my mind 4 times and was flexible with my 3 covid reschedules. They were so friendly and professional and made everyone feel both comfortable and beautiful. I can't wait to have another event to go to so I can hire Nicole!

I cannot give enough praise to Nicole and all the amazing people that work for her. My husband and I just did our big wedding on May 1st 2021. We postponed our wedding 3 times due to covid and Nicole was so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire ordeal. For the first attempt to get married Aphrodite did my hair trial and she did amazing but for our 3rd and final go I had Courtney do my hair. Courtney made what I envisioned for my hair come to life! I felt like a princess. Sareen also did a fantastic job with all my bridesmaids. Thank you guys for everything!

The services that Nicole’s Hair and Makeup provided were far beyond what I expected. I don’t wear makeup much in my daily life and my hair is constantly in a pony tail, so I really didn’t know anything going into this. I did the bridal trial so I could get a sense of it all, and that was probably the most fun I had had in months! Nicole is so incredibly knowledgeable and kind, we were laughing the entire time chatting about just about everything! It felt like hanging out with an old friend, but we had just met!!! After the trial I couldn’t wait to have her do my look for my wedding! On the day of the wedding, Nicole made me feel more beautiful then I had ever felt before. I genuinely loved how I looked and I just couldn’t stop smiling! She really understood how to bring out my natural looks without making me look like someone else. And she did the same for all of my bridesmaids. I have never seen them look so pretty and confident! Nicole and her assistant Aphrodite were quick adapters on the wedding day when the bridal suite wasn’t accessible for use, and they smiled the whole time. I felt so stress free talking to them while getting ready! They are great people in their field of work, and as people in general. If I could give them more then 5 stars, I totally would.

Nicole and Aphrodite's work was absolutely amazing. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. Not only is she just a lovely person, but her work is great! My makeup didn't smudge, rub off, or fade the entire day! Likewise, my hair stayed fully intact as well! During my trial she made sure I felt comfortable with my hair and makeup, as I can be picky sometimes. She had great communication, always available to answer questions or concerns via email or phone, and really worked with me on price. Despite being on a budget, I didn't have to settle or sacrifice one thing. I got a second hair stylist, Aphrodite, and my bridesmaids raved about her work! I would definitely recommend Nicole & Aphrodite for all the brides, bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, grandparents, etc. Also, with COVID, they took all precautions possible to make sure we were all safe and felt comfortable.

I am so glad I worked with Nicole and her team. Aphrodite was our hair and makeup artist, and she does incredible work! She made me look like a more glamorous version of myself (and made it look like I had actually slept for the month before our wedding!). My hair and makeup were perfect for the entire night. Nicole was so accommodating during this crazy pandemic climate. She was responsive and wonderful to work with to coordinate Aphrodite's schedule. Aphrodite did my mother, sister, and my make-up and hair. She was efficient, professional, and so kind - an absolute pleasure to have and SO talented.

Nicole Hair and Makeup did a wonderful job for my wedding. Courtney did both my hair and makeup, while Sylvie did hair for the moms and bridal party and Courtney did the makeup. Everyone was thrilled with their hair and makeup and both artists were super nice and friendly. They also arrived about 10 minutes early to set up and finished exactly on time! I would recommend them for any big affair that you would like hair and makeup professionally done for!

Not being a makeup person, I was extremely conscientious of who I chose to do mine and my bridesmaids makeup. Let me just say, I couldn’t have made a better choice. Nicole Makeup and Hair was a great choice! I did a trial with Courtney and she completely understood the look I was going for. I wanted an up-do bun with natural makeup. The day of the wedding, everything completely exceeded my expectations and my hair and makeup stayed in place all day/night. I cannot begin to describe how amazing Nicole is! She has made me look and feel amazing for three separate events, including my own wedding. She is very talented and will leave you looking and feeling your best. She is also very nice, patient and knowledgeable which comes in handy when you are dealing with brides like me who have no idea what looks good or not. Initially, I didn't reach out to Nicole because I (for some reason) thought her prices were out of my budget (I was wrong--they were the best), and I'm so glad I used her artists for my wedding. Nicole was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, especially when I wasn't happy with how my trial went and when I wanted to add a second artist just weeks before my big day. She was also very responsive to any and all of my questions or concerns. After my trial, I was worried because my hair was not what I wanted and I thought my eyeliner was too thick and the fake lashes didn't look very great. Nicole was more than willing to work this out with me. We spoke on the phone about my concerns, and she spoke with my artist about the changes and worked with her so she'd be able to style my hair the way I wanted. Although I was still a bit uneasy (and didn't want to pay for another trial), it all worked out. Aphrodite was the artist for my mom and me, and Sareen did the hair and makeup for some of my bridesmaids and mother in law. Both did a spectacular job. I felt and looked beautiful, as did my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law. Aphrodite made the changes I had wanted perfectly! Both artists were so friendly; it was great having their positive energy when I was so nervous! One thing I will add, not to the fault of anyone, is that after my trial, my lip stain started peeling/crumbling off. I thought maybe it was because I didn't have clear lip gloss, but the day of my wedding, even when continually applying clear lip gloss, it did the exact same thing just an hour after Aphrodite left, so I didn't have a lip color for my entire wedding (maybe my lips just don't take well to the stain). With that in mind, if you do notice something like that happen at your trial, definitely make sure you let someone know so you don't have that issue on your big day! Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome of using Nicole Makeup & Hair. Thanks for everything!

I first met Nicole at a wedding I was in a few years ago! She did my hair then, her professionalism and her team had me sold for the day I would get married. Flash to June 16,2018 I had nicole and her team come for my big day! Needless to say they made my girls and myself look absolutely stunning! I highly recommend her for your big day! I initially found Nicole because she had done the hair and makeup for my friend's wedding. Nicole was very responsive when I reached out about my own NYC wedding and her pricing was very fair. I could tell that I liked her from my first phone call and decided to book her for hair and makeup for myself, my mother, my mother-in-law and my 8 bridesmaids. At my trial, she listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions for how to do my hair (which I needed!). Nicole figured out the team she would need (Aphrodite and Flynn), provided me with a schedule for all of the girls, showed up on time with everything she could possibly need, finished on time, and made everyone look gorgeous. I absolutely loved her work. Working with Nicole and her team was such a pleasure and I would recommend her to anyone.

We used Nicole Makeup & Hair for our wedding day. Nicole was very helpful explaining what our options were for onsite hair and makeup. She scheduled my trial and answered all of my questions. My trial was with Aphrodite and it was great! My Mom also did her trial with Aphrodite and absolutely loved her hair and makeup! On the day of the wedding, we had Aphrodite, Courtney, and Melissa for 3.5 hours to work on myself, our Moms, and 5 bridesmaids. They were on time and great to work with. Myself, our moms, and all of the girls loved their hair and makeup! It lasted the entire day and night too! I would definitely recommend them!!

Nicole, Aphrodite, and Courtney came to do hair and makeup for my family and bridal party at our venue. They were set up and ready to go when we arrived and they finished everyone with a good amount of time to spare for touch ups. Everyone loved their makeup and hair, the team really listened to what everyone’s vision was for themselves and they did such a beautiful job! I also used the Bridal VIP package to have Aphrodite stay behind and provide touch ups throughout the picture process since it was hot outside. She would jump in to make sure my hair was in place during the pictures and my make up was still perfect before the ceremony started. I would recommend them for any occasion!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The day of the wedding all three girls arrived early, were prepared, experts at what they did, easy to get along with, and allowed everything to run smoothly. Aphrodite did my bridal hair and make up and it was nothing short of amazing! Every girl looked so beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this team more! There was a small situation the day before the wedding where one of the girls had to be switched due to unforeseen circumstances, but Nicole handled the situation with open communication and immediately had a plan. The whole experience from the initial email to the trial to the day of the wedding was stress free and that is what you want when planning a wedding!

Nicole was INCREDIBLE! I knew after doing a trial with her that she would be a perfect match for my bridal party. My girls loved her. Nicole is professional, easy going, and fun to be around! Each one of us did an up do and full makeup. She timed the morning perfectly for us to have us all ready before noon. It took her about 5 hours to do 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and me (the bride). She gave us a bridal attendant to stay with us throughout the day and do touch ups before we did formal pictures after the ceremony. I would highly recommend her for your wedding or future events where you need professional hair and makeup.

Nicole did my makeup for my engagement shoot, bridal shower, and my wedding on 3/31/18. I got so many compliments on my look from each event, thanks to Nicole. She was also so flexible with scheduling appointments. I'm a teacher and it's difficult to get time off for personal appointments. Nicole was amazing and was able to accommodate appointments right after school or on school holidays so that I didn't need to ask for more time off. Aphrodite and Sareen were our hair/makeup artists for the day and they were amazing!! They were on time, organized, nice, professional, and fun to work with! I had Aphrodite do the hair and makeup for myself and three bridesmaids. I asked for a fresh look and clean updo while my bridesmaids did smoky eyes and a messy updo. She did both of the styles equally perfect with ease and speed that only comes from lots of training and experience. She was happy to let me try several looks to pick the perfect one for me and make any adjustments if I changed my mind last minute. Most of all, she was so fun and calming to have around as we were getting ready the morning of the wedding. I could not imagine a better experience.

Courtney, Stephenie, and Sylvie were an amazing team! I could not have been happier! Courtney was the team lead and prior to the wedding Courtney and I met for a trial run - she was so patient and easy to work with and willing to try several styles during the trial just so I could find what was perfect for me. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out on the day of my wedding and how everyone else's did, too. We were a large group (7 bridesmaids, two mothers, and one grandmother) yet they were able to keep us to a tight schedule, and made sure we were all relaxed and stress-free. Such a pleasure working with them! I would happily refer any friends and family to Nicole Makeup & Hair in the future!

Nicole provided hair and makeup services for my wedding earlier this month. I could not have been happier with her! Nicole was so incredibly kind and flexible, which made it so easy to work with her for such an important part of our day! She was adaptive, and kept checking in to make sure that I was happy with how things were turning out. I made some last minute changes from the time I had my trial, and Nicole was so easy-going about showing me some other options. I really appreciated her consideration, and felt so comfortable working with her! Flynn, another artist from Nicole Makeup and Hair who came to help with my bridal party, was an absolute sweetheart as well, and so easy to work with! I was also pleased with their prices, in comparison to some other companies I had discovered while initially researching. I would definitely recommend their services for your next event!

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so patient and accommodating when it came to changing things (had some last minute bridal party switches happen). She is so nice and made me feel calm and pampered. My trial and day of look were exactly as I pictured it would be, and Nicole was impeccable with checking to make sure everything was even and that I was happy with how she was doing everything. All together we had 7 ladies done (3 BM, 2 MOB, my godmother and myself) and they arrived early and finished on time. The only thing I can say is that we had Sareen as our second artist and I wasn't entirely happy as some of the girl's hair wasn't pinned enough and started to fall out during the reception. But, overall I am still giving 5 stars because Nicole was absolutely great!

Stephanie, our make-up artist, did an AMAZING job. Not only did she do my make up (the bride), but she managed to do my cousin (bridesmaid), my grandmother and my mom's make-up as well. We all felt so incredibly beautiful. Each one of us has a very different and unique style and she was SO respectful of this and made sure we were happy throughout the process. Stephanie even came all the way to my home in Western NJ to do a trial. My make up stayed ALL. NIGHT. LONG. and I felt absolutely stunning. Nicole, the owner of the company, was so open in communications with us and we were so grateful for such an amazing experience with this company.

Where do I start?! I have never felt more beautiful and flawless as I did on my wedding day. I had a trial done before my wedding which came out amazing, and I had such a good time getting to know my hair and makeup artist. Fast forward to my wedding on October 8, 2017. I got a call from Nicole the morning of my wedding that there was an emergency with one of my hair/makeup artists. She assured me that she was sending two artists in her place but wanted to let me know ahead of time. My heart dropped for a moment, but there is nothing better than being told there's a problem, and already having a solution. Aphrodite did myself and my Mom's hair/makeup and it came out flawless. My girls hair/makeup came out gorgeous as well. The pictures they brought for their hair was exactly what it came out as. I must also add that on my wedding day (even though it was October), it was about 80 degrees and extremely humid. Our makeup did not smudge or run and our hair stayed put. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for being such a fun, professional, and caring group of people to work with. I wish I had more occasions to get my hair and makeup done so that I could enjoy it all over again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

As a dermatology PA, I can be extremely picky about the products used on my skin and I found it very important for my face to look flawless on my wedding day. As a girl who still struggles with acne and who doesn't normally wear much makeup day-to-day (I don't love the feel), I was really worried about looking like I had clown makeup on, or worse, not having enough makeup on for the flawless look I was hoping for! Nicole uses the best makeup brands and is concerned about hygiene when applying them. She applied enough makeup to enhance or cover the things we had discussed, without it being too overdone. Nicole did my bridal makeup along with makeup for my 6 bridesmaids, MOB, 2 grandmothers, and an aunt. She worked efficiently and got us all done without even breaking a sweat! Everyone, including my incredibly picky and opinionated grandmother, absolutely loved their makeup! Nicole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and always quick to respond via email or phone whenever I had any questions at all! She was absolutely wonderful to work with (hands down my favorite of all of my vendors!). She made my vision come to life on my wedding day and I know she can do the same for you!

Nicole was our make up artist service for my daughter's wedding. She was top notch in every way! She provided make up services for the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, grandmothers. ALL of us were thrilled with our make up, even the older generation that were not used to having make up done. The application lasted beautifully for the entire day and evening!
