She walked me through how things would go, made sure every topic and question I never thought of was answered, and made it feel like the most easy-going day of my life. I'm so thankful for her and her unbelievable skill. Everything went down without issue as far as I could tell (and that really is a true telling of her skill!). Highly recommend. You won't regret it and it will feel like your friend ran your wedding (except with all the experience and calm to know you're dealing with a pro) in the best possible way. Our day wouldn't have been the same without her and it was the best day of our lives. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ere only for huge and extravagant weddings. My husband and I knew we wanted a small and intimate wedding because it's what we could afford plus a big wedding just wasn't part of our "vision". Yet, when you get engaged nothing prepares you for how overwhelming it can be even when it's a small guest list! Nicole came into my life when I was immersed in confusion about what type of wedding I wanted, costs, vendor selections, etc. After my first connection with her, I felt so relieved from stress because she was able to help organize my vision and provide me with valuable feedback and recommendations. She was instrumental in helping my vision come together from a coordination/procedure and day-of assistance standpoint. She is the perfect fit for any bride (and husband) because of how incredibly easy and fun she is to work with. Any time I had a question or needed advice she responded to me in a timely manner and she also checked in with me frequently leading up to my big day. On the day of the wedding, she did an AMAZING job putting together all the decor and helping out with any last-minute touches to my reception. On top of this, she went above and beyond to make sure all of my vendors stayed on schedule and delivered on expectations. Thank you for all your efforts for me and my husband's wedding day. It was PERFECT and no one makes events sparkle better than you can.

right away. My husband Tim and I appreciated everything she did for our wedding it was such an amazing night! Our vision was made to reality beyond our imagination and it’s all because of Nicole. We had a total crisis less than two weeks out with our venue. Unbeknownst to us, the venue built a partial roof right where we were supposed to have our ceremony and inconveniently informed us about it less than two weeks til our wedding. When I saw the roof I seriously cried. I just thought it was so fugly! It was a total nightmare because the roof totally ruined our vision for our ceremony. I called Nicole crying and enraged at the same time and she just was there to listen and let me vent my disappointment and anger. I seriously didn’t anticipate this type of curve ball so near our wedding day, in all honesty I didn’t expect myself to unravel but Nicole listened and she handled it so professionally and worked with the venue to make sure they came up with a solution to make sure that they both work together to make sure my husband and I are happy with the end result. And we were so impressed with Nicole on how she just went about and beyond and in all honestly she had our backs the whole entire way because let me tell y’all, bridezilla came out of me and I was just so pissed at the fact that we were even in this pickles (all thanks to the venue). I will say that the venue should thank Nicole and my husband Tim for finding a layout that worked around the fugly roof. They both put a lot of effort to make sure I liked the layout for our ceremony. Nicole was just on top of her game at all times always reassuring us that everything will be okay and to let her handle it all so we both just be in the moment and enjoy. And that’s what we just did and had THE best time at our wedding with our family and friends and we’re glad that Nicole was part of it because she exceeded all of our expectations, if not more!

She was patient and very knowledgeable of wedding ins and outs and typical wedding traditions (i.e. father daughter dance, cake cutting, etc), which made it easy to create a program for our reception that we knew would encompass everything we wanted in a timely manner. I loved her style and I knew she had an eye for simple yet elegant, which was the vibe we wanted for our wedding. The most important thing for us to know when we worked with Nicole, was that if things didn’t go as planned or things didn’t look nice however we planned them out to be, we knew the day of our wedding Nicole would work her magic and turn things around and we’d love everything single detail. And that’s exactly how we felt when we walked into our venue and saw all the details and saw how everything just flowed nicely. Choosing Nicole was the best decision we made for our wedding! Not to mention she worked with most of our wedding vendors, so we knew off the bat that we were in great hands! We absolutely loved working with Nicole and we’re sure that you will too! :)

tress about anything! As most of you know, SF is a hussle and bustle city, and restaurants are very tiny. But Nicole made it happen for my guests count of 48! Which is very large for a restaurant in SF. If you’re thinking of hiring her, I suggest you do now!!
