p get me and my vendors organized. She was also present at my rehearsal the day prior, which is when she collected all the supplies and decor I needed to be set up for the next day. She helped us hash out all our concerns at the rehearsal and gave me the confidence that everything would go well. The day of the event, she was on top of EVERYTHING. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but if anything bad did happen that day, I have no idea because Alexandria seriously took care of everything. All my decorations were set out perfectly, she kept our timeline on schedule all day, she made sure all vendors and my family/wedding party knew what was going on at all times. My parents were incredibly thankful for her services, as they helped my brother plan his wedding earlier this year with no coordinator and it was much less organized and more challenging for them . My parents and I were thrilled about how easy Alexandria made everything. At the end of the wedding, she got everything cleaned up and loaded into our vehicle for us quickly and efficiently. We were able to relax and enjoy every minute of the wedding with no stress, thanks to Alexandria. I had one disappointment with the day which is why I am not giving 5 stars. That night I was looking through some photos taken by friends and realized that my bridesmaids had gone down the aisle with groomsmen. I was on the second level of the building waiting in a different area and had not seen the processional. When I asked my bridal party what happened, they said they were placed and sent out that way. I had wanted and we had practiced at the rehearsal that the groomsmen would go down the aisle first and then the bridesmaids would walk down on their own. They also went down the aisle with the wrong partners and because of that, my last bridesmaid walked down the aisle solo making her look like a maid of honor when she wasn't (this was an issue before the wedding and something I was trying to avoid...). This may be a small thing, but it seems like a detail that should not have been so wrong when it was practiced correctly and written down in our timeline.

I had some elaborate DIY centerpieces that I had made by hand and Danielle was able to get them all set up across 12 tables along with my other reception extras with flawless execution.
On the day-of, she was always at the ready with spray deodorant, scissors, wet wipes, and even a lighter to quickly burn the end of a fraying ribbon on my dress just minutes before the ceremony. Every time I stepped off the dance floor at the reception, she or her assistant was at my side offering water, safety pins, or instruction on what needed to happen next.

Early in the morning she was there when we were getting ready working with photographers, makeup artists etc.; at the church she was there, then at the venue she made sure everything was in perfect order when we got there up until the very end. She made sure we had something to eat, helped with my dress (a lot! lol) and every little detail was taken care of on the spot. I was able to enjoy the day without worries of "was this vendor paid?", "do they know where this is going to be set up?", "will it be there on time?", etc. To this day we don't even know about anything going wrong (which being a wedding, some issues must've happened) but if something did happen she took care of it. the month prior to the wedding making sure all of my contracts were in place and was great at communicating the timeline and was available for any other questions I had. I was so not versed in wedding timing or lingo, so her help was essential to even understand what I was doing! The day of, her and her assistants worked hard to set up everything exactly as I had envisioned. The tables and all other requested decor looked amazing. She even helped bustle my dress! Although I did the wedding planning, I was able to pass the torch to Nicole which allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day.

ad to send Nicole my contracts twice because she couldn’t find them again after I sent them to her the first time. I had to give her the vendors contact information about 3 different times. The last time was about 15 days before the wedding, meaning no one was contacted 30 days prior to the wedding like it should have been per the contract. I had to make so many changes to the timeline because non of it was how we previously discussed. When my timeline was finally sent out to my vendors, it was the wrong timeline and not the one I made changes to, which caused confusion for my vendors that I had to talk to and straighten out the confusion.
Now for the wedding day. She was late arriving to the site. My dad was out there showing everyone where everything needed to go and helped the vendors with their questions. I think she was the last vendor to arrive, aside from the photo booth that didn’t come until the reception. Before the ceremony started I was in hiding and had to tell my bridesmaids to run out and do things that should have been handled by the wedding coordinator like turn on the piano that is supposed to be playing or get the guest out of the house and have them go down to the ceremony area. When it was time for the ceremony to start no one came to get us to tell us it’s time to come out we just walked out and booked it down the the ceremony area. Then during the reception the caterers were not coordinated with on when they were about to announce dinner, so they did not have the food out and burners turned on when everyone got up to get food (we did stations). Also, no one told them to cut the grooms cake so that was never even touched.
She did do some things like set up my unity glasses and tell us when to walk for the ceremony and make sure the best man gave the ring bearer the rings but other than that I’m not too sure what was done. It seems like my vendors coordinated more with each other than she coordinated with them.
She was very unorganized and unprofessional. Looking back I would have not gone with this company. I would have been better off and less stressed if I would have handled everything myself. I do not recommend.

zed about losing the contracts. I was in the middle of changing from one platform to another and I admitted by mistake on that. As for the timeline, we always send out an email with as a draft of the timeline and let vendors know in bold writing should they need any changes or have any information that didn't match up with what they had to please let us know and we would send out the final on the Monday of wedding week. This is standard for us so that the other vendors do not get flooded with unnecessary emails. We were able to locate the updated timeline which was sent out on said Monday to both you and the vendors.
These are the notes that we took from the evening.
According to the contract, I was to arrive at 3:00 pm, and walked into the door at 2:45. Once we had your personal items set we went ahead and started drying the charis since the catering staff was worried they did not have enough time to do this and be able to complete their set up and prepare the food for the cocktail hour so we were happy to assist in that.
As guests began arriving we wanted to ensure that the ceremony space was perfect before sending them out there. That was why we had not directed them yet. As I was directing the ceremony should my assistant went to check on the catering staff. This is when we realized they were no where near ready. This is when we started to assist them again in making sure the reception was set. Not only did we help them with setting the tables, we also were asked to help pour the champagne so that they could make sure the food stations were ready. Prior to this is when we had spoken with the chef letting him know that once the dances were over it would be time to open the stations. Leading into cake cutting after realizing there wasn't a cake cutter we ran to the store to purchase one for you. We made it back just in time to cut the cake. Then after you and Taylor cut the wedding cake, we made our way towards the grooms cake to set you up for photos and you both said no.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the way you felt of my performance, but I don't think that your statements were justified. We wish you all the best in your new chapter.

She is like one of the wedding planners you see in the movies, always there for you, continuously looking out for your best interest and has great advice. They customized a package to fit into my budget and I was ecstatic we could afford everything we wanted. Nicole and I started planning the wedding about 15 months out and she was there for me every step of the way. As it got closer, I found myself texting her at 11pm and again at 7am and she ALWAYS responded within five minutes. My now husband also began to rely on her advice and she was our go to person. She also stayed on top of all our vendors and made sure everyone confirmed everything. I am a slightly controlling person and she worked so hard to make sure I didn’t have to stress about anything. Most importantly, she did this all with a great attitude and I also felt she was so courteous and sweet. Your wedding planner is a reflection of you and I was so happy she treated others the same way I would treat them.
Wedding day, I had a ton of tiny details and Nicole handled them all. If anything went wrong, I wouldn’t know it. At one point someone said in front of me “Your not allowed to do that” and Nicole didn’t blink an eye. I’m still not sure how she did pull that off… but she did. Throughout the evening she was by my side and getting anything I needed. She even held my dress up while I peed :). We had a ton of details to set up and she has to have superpowers that I don't know about because she got it all and looked so calm and collected while doing it.

ing I was worried about the smallest things and they calmed me down and said that they had it taken care of and they did. Nicole came to our rehearsal the day before and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be which was great because a lot of people in our wedding have never been in a wedding and were clueless.
