ort of amazing. Very communicative and VERY good at what she does. She thought of all the things that I didn't even consider. She made sure our wedding went off perfectly and smoothly. From coordinating all of the vendors, creating a detailed day of timeline and schedule, to set up and take down. It's a lot of work and she makes it look so easy. If there were any issues, I sure didn't know about them! It was honestly even better than what I was expecting and Nicole and her team went above and beyond to make us feel special. However, it all turned out exactly as it should, because not only did I truly have the most perfect wedding ever, but I gained a friend for life. Nicole is so calm, friendly, supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. She pointed me in the direction of the best vendors, each of which did an amazing job, she handled all issues that came up, and most importantly she listened to me and calmed me down and made me laugh when I started to stress. Every time I thought the wedding wouldn't happen, she came through, and when I saw my reception for the first time, I was blown away. I had truly given up a long time ago on ever finding my person or getting married, and with Covid causing so much havoc in everyone's lives, I just wanted a huge party and for everyone to be happy. And Nicole gave me just that. II will be forever grateful to her for making my dreams come true. I recommend her 100000% and just cannot thank her enough for everything.

a lot of DIY​ and she was able to set everything up perfectly for the day of as well as help me and my bridal party every step of the way, even helping me bustle my wedding dress when it was not working correctly as planned. She was amazing!!! I could not ask for a better wedding planner! I enjoyed my day and was stress-free, and I owe it all to her and her team!!! I recommend her whole-heartedly!!

Overall, the day flowed smoothly and my decorations were exactly how I envisioned thanks to Nicole and her assistant's help. I had one disappointment with the day which is why I am not giving 5 stars. That night I was looking through some photos taken by friends and realized that my bridesmaids had gone down the aisle with groomsmen. I was on the second level of the building waiting in a different area and had not seen the processional. When I asked my bridal party what happened, they said they were placed and sent out that way. I had wanted and we had practiced at the rehearsal that the groomsmen would go down the aisle first and then the bridesmaids would walk down on their own. They also went down the aisle with the wrong partners and because of that, my last bridesmaid walked down the aisle solo making her look like a maid of honor when she wasn't (this was an issue before the wedding and something I was trying to avoid...). This may be a small thing, but it seems like a detail that should not have been so wrong when it was practiced correctly and written down in our timeline.

le ridiculous question I had in the run up and truly went above and beyond - picking up various items I’d forgotten and advising what would and perhaps wouldn’t work. I gave her my budget and she recommended vendors accordingly, all of whom were amazing. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she knew just the person or had just the thing. If you require a wedding planner - Nicole is the best of the best!

le P. was a pleasure to deal with and took the pressure off of me the last 30 days and ESPECIALLY the day of the event! She took over the day of and kept the schedule on track so that I could thoroughly enjoy the entire day. You can hire her without any reservations!

's needs for my big walk down the aisle. The rehearsal was a mess on my end with people showing up late, questions being thrown at Danielle from 3 different people at once, everyone interrupting her as she gave directions, and even a medical emergency that came up. But Danielle commanded the situation with poise and got everything handled. I had some elaborate DIY centerpieces that I had made by hand and Danielle was able to get them all set up across 12 tables along with my other reception extras with flawless execution. On the day-of, she was always at the ready with spray deodorant, scissors, wet wipes, and even a lighter to quickly burn the end of a fraying ribbon on my dress just minutes before the ceremony. Every time I stepped off the dance floor at the reception, she or her assistant was at my side offering water, safety pins, or instruction on what needed to happen next. I was able to completely enjoy our big day knowing that everything was being taken care of. Thank you so much, Danielle!

ave no idea how we would've gotten through our wedding day without her! She was all over the place, handling vendors, guests, making sure we were okay. She went above and beyond. Early in the morning she was there when we were getting ready working with photographers, makeup artists etc.; at the church she was there, then at the venue she made sure everything was in perfect order when we got there up until the very end. She made sure we had something to eat, helped with my dress (a lot! lol) and every little detail was taken care of on the spot. I was able to enjoy the day without worries of "was this vendor paid?", "do they know where this is going to be set up?", "will it be there on time?", etc. To this day we don't even know about anything going wrong (which being a wedding, some issues must've happened) but if something did happen she took care of it. I would definitely recommend her!!

On the day of the wedding she was there a few hours early to run a quick rehearsal, help with set up, and coordinate the vendors as they arrived. She came to check on us a couple times throughout the night and make sure we felt everything was going smoothly, which it did! I can’t think of anything that could have gone better for our big day!

She took over the month prior to the wedding making sure all of my contracts were in place and was great at communicating the timeline and was available for any other questions I had. I was so not versed in wedding timing or lingo, so her help was essential to even understand what I was doing! The day of, her and her assistants worked hard to set up everything exactly as I had envisioned. The tables and all other requested decor looked amazing. She even helped bustle my dress! Although I did the wedding planning, I was able to pass the torch to Nicole which allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day.

less stressful for me. I think it made it more stressful. I had to send Nicole my contracts twice because she couldn’t find them again after I sent them to her the first time. I had to give her the vendors contact information about 3 different times. The last time was about 15 days before the wedding, meaning no one was contacted 30 days prior to the wedding like it should have been per the contract. I had to make so many changes to the timeline because non of it was how we previously discussed. When my timeline was finally sent out to my vendors, it was the wrong timeline and not the one I made changes to, which caused confusion for my vendors that I had to talk to and straighten out the confusion. Now for the wedding day. She was late arriving to the site. My dad was out there showing everyone where everything needed to go and helped the vendors with their questions. I think she was the last vendor to arrive, aside from the photo booth that didn’t come until the reception. Before the ceremony started I was in hiding and had to tell my bridesmaids to run out and do things that should have been handled by the wedding coordinator like turn on the piano that is supposed to be playing or get the guest out of the house and have them go down to the ceremony area. When it was time for the ceremony to start no one came to get us to tell us it’s time to come out we just walked out and booked it down the the ceremony area. Then during the reception the caterers were not coordinated with on when they were about to announce dinner, so they did not have the food out and burners turned on when everyone got up to get food (we did stations). Also, no one told them to cut the grooms cake so that was never even touched. She did do some things like set up my unity glasses and tell us when to walk for the ceremony and make sure the best man gave the ring bearer the rings but other than that I’m not too sure what was done. It seems like my vendors coordinated more with each other than she coordinated with them. She was very unorganized and unprofessional. Looking back I would have not gone with this company. I would have been better off and less stressed if I would have handled everything myself. I do not recommend.

the extra cost. Nicole was extremely professional and good at what she does. She was phenomenal with communication and traveled all the way to Minnesota to help make our big day that much more perfect. I have insisted that all of my friends hire a wedding coordinator and if so Nicole. She and her husband Brian really helped make our dream wedding a reality. We are forever grateful.

Many of our vendors were recommended by her and they were amazing, so any suggestion she gives you, trust it- she knows what she's talking about! She also provided us with all of our decor and created vinyl stickers for different signs we had made, she is truly a one stop shop which was incredibly helpful. I honestly did not worry about anything the day of the wedding because of her and her assistant. They literally took care of everything! When the day finally came and I looked around, I couldn't believe everything we had talked about had come to life so perfectly,because of her. I don't know what I would have done without her. She helped make our day so perfect, she made sure we had the best time ever and it showed in every detail. I am happy to say I would consider Nicole a friend, she is kind, professional, organized, and amazing at what she does. Thank you Nicole & Team!

super organized and was originally very hesitant about “handing over” the reigns for my wedding but Nicole was able to seamlessly work with me and all of my other vendors on creating literally the picture perfect wedding. From the first meeting to the days after the wedding she consistently made sure that everything was in order not only with planning but just with life in general. Having her at the ceremony & reception kept everything running smoothly and 100% crisis free. If there was any way to give more than 5 stars, I totally would because she is just THAT wonderful! Not only is she an amazing planner but she’s an amazing person as well. She is incredibly easy to work with and has the most calming demeanor. Nicole and her team helped keep things running smoothly during the wedding. I was so happy that we got Nicole and her team to stay until the end of the night. They loaded our car with all the gifts and items we were taking back home. Such a great help. We were very pleased with everything.

My husband and I still talk about how she took care of everything, no problem was too much for her to handle… and some she probably took care of without us knowing!
