Nicole Weeks Photography

Even in the handful of photos we have seen, she did such an awesome job getting a great mix of classic photos, artsy photos, detail photos (which I didn’t think I would care for but she took such gorgeous photos I ended up loving these too), great posed photos, sweet candid photos, and great personality pics! When looking at the photos, both the photos of us together and individually, we can’t help but think “that is so US!” She is truly a master photographer. On another note, she is truly such a gem of a person! My now husband actually found her when he was looking for a photographer to capture his “surprise” proposal and I have to say he totally nailed it. After meeting Nicole during our proposal/1 hour engagement photo session, we knew, just like we knew with each other, that she was THE ONE! Being around Nicole, you instantly feel like she’s your friend that you’ve known forever. You may hire her as a photographer, but she is truly so much more than that. At times in the planning process and definitely on the day of our wedding, it felt like she was our rock to help us navigate through whatever came our way. She helped ease our anxieties throughout it all and she is truly prepared for anything. Nicole goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations by a landslide. For example, on our wedding day, our family photos became a bit stressful. We have a large family and had a ton of family photos to take and a lot of our family members were getting a little impatient and stressing us out and then I found a tick on my dress (ceremony/photos were in a wooded area) and I just got overwhelmed. Nicole sensed this and knew I needed a break. We had time before the ceremony so she sent my fiancé and I to have a moment away from the chaos to relax before the ceremony began. It was just what we needed. And when she came back, she came with bug spray and bug sprayed my entire puffy dress for me! Nicole and her second shooter were fantastic! We are so thrilled we met Nicole and were lucky enough to have her as our photographer. She is definitely our photographer for life!

, Nicole was OUR photographer. Because we booked over a year in advance Nicole ensured me from the start, even though we may not be in touch for awhile, she was always there for us should anything come up. And that she was. We did our engagement pictures with her exactly a year before our wedding date, we got a taste of what we should expect and we were absolutely blown away by the experience and knew we made the right decision. Before the wedding we met with Nicole to make a timeline for us, which included who had to be where at what time, from the start of the day to the end of the day and to my knowledge not all photographers do this. This helped us in the long run and took a lot of time off of our hands as other vendors asked for the same timeline, WIN. Fast forward to our wedding day, and Nicole once again exceeded our expectations. She is so patient, helped us all relax and have fun. Nicole (& Nicole) captured every moment from our day. The pictures Nicole takes are so whimsical, light, and airy. We were surprised with gifts, sneak peaks, blog posts, and a memory book throughout this year and a half friendship with Nicole, she isn’t just a photographer she is a lifelong friend. ound me. You barely noticed her or her assistant at the ceremony/reception but they were available for any pics we wanted randomly throughout the night. I wish I could get married again just so we could work with her again!
