ur family members in a welcoming manner. Looking at our wedding photos - "This is my favorite picture...wait no this is one is my favorite...actual this one...Ahh I can't decide ?!?!" Special thank you for being our photographer on such short notice (under 48 hours) and during a pandemic !!

rushed and hassled the entire time that she was there. I totally understand that her job is to get the shots, but I felt like I was sacrificing my happiness in the moment just to get a certain photo, also we specifically discussed during the planning process that I wanted photos that felt like they were simply capturing what was happening in the moment and not the typical wedding shots, but that's what we got. My dress needed to be put on a certain way, but because Nicole was adamant about needing to get a photo of my mom helping me with the dress in a certain way, it didn't go on correctly and was falling down for hours until I could have someone help me put it back on. It wasn't just me; my whole family remarked that she was running the day like a drill sergeant, barking orders at people and constantly reminding us of everything that we needed to get done in a certain number of minutes. I would have rather not gotten certain shots and kept the spirit of the day. Her assistant, though, was a sweetheart and my husband and his party felt totally at ease with her and she got some great shots because of that. Second, we paid for the package that included an album, which I assumed would look somewhat like my parent's gorgeous album; personalized, high-quality paper, beautiful layout. That's definitely not what we got. Our album, which we're taking to another vendor to get re-made, is photo-quality paper bound into what a hardcover book looks like when you take the dust jacket off. It doesn't even say wedding or album or anything on the cover! Again, the photos look beautiful, but on some of the pages she tried to fit 5-6 photos on one page and they look like someone with basic InDesign knowledge just pasted them onto a document; the layout quality is terrible. She has nothing but glowing reviews on her page, which is why I picked her, in addition to the fact that she sells herself on getting the unconventional shots, so I was really confused and disappointed that we didn't feel like our experience reflected that of other peoples'. Maybe she was having a bad day? At the end of the day, we got your typical wedding shots edited well and enough of them that we have a good snapshot of the day, and an album that I will give to my mother to help her commemorate the day, while I get a more special one made. **Update: Nicole reached out to me to apologize for any dissatisfaction that I felt with the day of, and connected me with an album vendor who will offer me a discount, which I appreciate, and so I have changed my rating to reflect her excellent customer service.

Nicole came all the way to our neighborhood in Queens, NY to take our engagement photos where, not being super comfortable in front of the camera, she completely put us at ease. She was very helpful in scheduling our day of, leaving time to capture all of the beautiful behind the scenes moments. Our wedding day happened to be a windy and chilly (but sunny!) day, and Nicole was great at being encouraging, direct, and warm while we took our first look/couple photos. She knew exactly when to get us inside to physically warm up and give us a laugh. The end result photos are more than we could’ve asked for. She perfectly captured our perfect day.

nswered all of our messages so quickly and helped us create a timeline that would work best. We had a large bridal party and she was able to keep everyone coordinated! We went though our timeline & questions during our engagement pictures and it was such a great decision to do that because we were able to envision how our day would be. She showed up early to start getting setup and stayed late to capture the cake cutting that was running behind with no questions asked. We couldn't recommend Nicole more than enough and anyone who books her you are going to be head of heals in love with all of your pictures!

ts and conversations were never specific, and we were shown two obscure galleries before signing. One we liked, one we didn't. We were told the one we didn't like was based on the clients, meaning...the photos were a result of the clients being uncomfortable photographed. Fairly lame explanation. We met our photographer for an engagement shoot, who was lovely, but when we received our gallery the photos didn't feel like us at all. We were told to do some very strange things during the photo shoot, and the discomfort showed in our faces and awkward poses. I specifically asked to not be photographed from certain angles, and we were. I specifically asked for pictures of my engagement ring, which I did not get. We were very unhappy with our end result, which at the end of the day felt like the work of a beginner (while we were paying for a pro). We emailed Nicole immediately upon receiving our proofs (multiple times) and she didn't bother to respond to our concerns at all. I saw her active on social media and also noticed changes to our gallery (pictures deleted), but emails were not responded to until we had our Wedding Coordinator intervene more than once. When Nicole did respond, there was no empathy or remorse in correcting the issues or making us feel comfortable. In fact, the whole experience left us feeling neglected and as though Nicole had no interest in servicing us as clients. 2 months before our wedding, we terminated our contract and found a new photographer in the height of wedding season. NOT an easy thing to do. Nicole was uncommunicative, unprofessional, and added unnecessary stress to our wedding planning. She also tried to have this review removed, THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING, when we were most unresponsive to emails. I would definitely not recommend her or her services.

Nicole didn't hesitate to travel to our city to take photos that were meaningful to us, even though it was over an hour from where she lives. Our engagement photos were everything we could've hoped for and it gave us the opportunity to get to know Nicole. When it came time for the wedding, Nicole created a timeline which allowed the day to flow exactly how we wanted it to. Leading up to the wedding, we touched base and went through every detail of the day and Nicole was flexible when we wanted to make certain changes. On the day of our wedding, Nicole took charge of the day in the best way. She and her assistant, Kelly, captured every photo we wanted and then some. Nicole was careful to stick to the timeline, our shot list, and eased my nerves throughout the entire day. Our wedding pictures are absolutely stunning. We cried as we looked through them and we were SO happy we chose Nicole to capture our wedding day. Each picture was so beautiful and she captured the essence of our day completely. Nicole is truly amazing at what she does and we are so lucky to have found her!!

Our engagement shoot was so much fun with her, and even though we took her all over the town we got engaged in she ran with it and took the most beautiful pictures at golden hour. We received them quickly and they were absolutely gorgeous! About two months before our wedding, my fiancé and I had another phone meeting with Nicole to finalize last minute details and help us create a day-of timeline that fit our needs and desires. Nicole was so flexible and accommodating and ensured us that she was going to make sure we had the best day possible and that she’d capture every shot we wanted! When it came to the day of our wedding, her and her assistant, Kelly were early and ready to take pictures of the entire bridal party, family, and friends. They even took pictures of things we didn’t even think of! My husband and I are so blown away by the quality of the pictures we received and they were so worth the wait! You will not regret hiring Nicole for your wedding; she was one of the reasons our wedding was the best day of our lives!! She has a way of calming your nerves and making everything fun! My husband and I chose not see each other prior to the ceremony which made my emotions run high at times. Nicole helped distract me with fun pictures with my bridesmaids and even got me laughing quite a bit before the ceremony which really put me at ease.
