Nicoll's Limousine & Shuttle Service

Our limo arrived a little early because traffic was supposed to be bad for my Friday evening wedding, but once we all loaded into the gorgeous stretch limo SUV, it looked like we were going to arrive at the wedding early! I asked our driver to delay us for a bit because I did NOT want to arrive early to my wedding, so we cruised for a little while - those extra few minutes with my parents and my bridesmaids, in a super stylish limo, all dolled up for the big event, were great. We ended up arriving at the venue right on time, so thank you to Nicoll’s for the beautiful ride!

Fantastic! The limo bus was perfect for our son's wedding. It was clean and air-conditioned. Water bottles were provided and we had a great driver. Thanks, Randy, for helping making our son's special day perfect.

I used this company for my wedding transportation. I wasn't sure how we going to get all of our guests from the french quarter to the venue out in Metairie. From the time that I called on the phone, from the time that we were dropped off at our venue, everything was spectacular! Each time I called the office they were always so friendly and put me at peace, the limousine bus was so beautiful and clean. Our driver was exceptional. My husband and I ended up splurging and got a antique rolls royce, all I can say is WOW!!! It was such a special and amazing night, and one I will never forget. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs quality customer service and beautiful vehicles for their wedding or gosh even for anything!!! Thank you very much! Cindy S.

I had great service from Nicoll's (in Kenner) for my wedding. They were very helpful when booking, and they called me the week of the wedding to confirm all the details. The limo & limo buses were very nice, and most importantly... they were on time!!

I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy because this mistake cost us once in a life time pictures and memories while adding more stress to an already stressful day. Please go anywhere else. Driver was 30 mins late to pick us up, had no clue where our church was, drove like a maniac, hit a parked car and gave us the wrong car for the bride and her father. This service cost us not only time but to miss valuable pictures at church and venue since we had to rush everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable service that almost ruined our wedding night. Then, the owner refused to refund us for the extra time we paid for and the extra we paid for the bride and fathers car. Avoided our calls for over a week now and is still avoiding us. Run from this company! My mother in law booked this company for a wedding transfer. They were supposed to pick up our wedding party at 6PM for a 7PM wedding and was 40 minutes late! I had to take a shuttle from the hotel in my wedding dress and arrived late.

The only reason why this company is getting two stars and not one is because the limo buses that we rented looked great. They were very clean and nice looking. However, to start, our driver drove like a complete maniac on the way from the hotel to the church. He made very sharp turns (throwing us around in the seats) and came to very forceful stops. On the way from the church to the reception, he continued to drive in this manner. My father actually fell down, hitting his back. Two days later, after my dad continued to be in pain, he went to the doctor to discover he had two broken ribs. When I called the owner of Nicholls to explain the situation and make him aware of how is driver was driving, he proceeded to blame me for not calling him the night of my wedding to complain then. While I was on my honeymoon, my dad tried to go to the company to speak with them in person, and the owner proceeded to tell my father that he looked like a man off the street and did not believe that he was even on the bus. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. If you don't want to take responsibility for your actions, a simple apology would have been nice.

We called literally days before our wedding to get a limo for the girls to ride to the ceremony in. We had no issues getting a vehicle, driver was on time, great service!

Don't get the two Nicoll's confused. This one was great to work with. Helped plan transportation and pick up times. Got us to the church on time ;) Arrived promptly at scheduled pick up times.

We were very glad to have chosen Nicholls transportation. Our driver, Nick, was very nice and drove safely. I would highly recommend using them for thr party bus. Only negative would be we never had any champagne waiting in the bus for us. Wish there was...

We chose Nicoll's for our wedding day because of all the great things others have said about their services. They are well known around the New Orleans area and for a good reason. Our driver arrived early at our hotel, helped us with all of our things and made sure we were all comfortable. He was super friendly and sweet(sorry I can't remember his name). I was very happy with Nicholls and would highly recommend them to any bride getting married in the area!

We needed transfers from our hotel to our wedding venue. We ordered a limo to take the bridal party. It was on time, clean and waiting for us just as we asked. They called me to let me know they arrived. When we got in the driver was courteous and got us to our destination safely without speeding or driving bad. After the reception we ordered a town car for me and my husband and a limo for the remaining bridal party. Both vehicles were there on time and clean with courteous drivers. Once again we were taken back to our hotel safely. Great job! Would use them again and have booked them for my sister's wedding in March 2014.

i had always heard good things about nicolls so i didnt hesitate to use them. on the day of the wedding, the drive showed up early and was so professional and nice even though myself and the wedding party made him wait while we attempted to get out of the house. I arrived at my wedding with time to spare. i will def use them again

They were very professional and on time. Busses and cars were very clean and comfortable.

I used Nicoll's for my wedding. I got a Lincoln town car for me and my dad to ride in. Although the ride was a short distance, it was a good choice. The driver was nice and he stay at the place until I was ready to go in to walk down the aisle. He kept us entertained by telling story from his past experiences picking up for other wedding.

The limo drivers were awesome and very accommodating.

The limo bus we had was BEAUTIFUL! They were a little pricey. And I didn't like the fact that because it was prom season I had to book for 5 hours, when I really only needed them for like an hour and a half. Then, the driver said on his job log that he stayed 7 hours instead of the previously agreed to 5 hours, so they charged me and extra $500. BUT, once I spoke with the owner about it my money was refunded immediately.

Staff was great too! Fleet is amazing the Limos are beautiful and clean! Everything was right on time for my pick ups and drop offs!

Mr.Nicoll really took care of us. The limos I had were very nice. The silver rolls royce was absolutely fabulous!

My limo was at my house early and ready to go. Very clean limo and friendly driver. They got us to everything on time. Very good prices!

We rented a shuttle bus to transport guests from downtown New Orleans to Kenner and back for the rehearsal party. The driver, David, was super friendly, very conscientious, on time, and a total pleasure to work with! So glad we went with Nicoll's!

We had the sweetest driver and he made for a relaxed drive to and from the wedding!

We rented a limo bus(for the wedding party) and Rolls Royce(for the bride and groom) from Nicholl's. We had no problems with the limo bus. However, the Rolls Royce cost OVER DOUBLE the price of other places we looked at, but had a very special year and color model we wanted to get. They were supposed to pick us (bride and groom) up from the church in the beautiful champagne colored older rolls royce, and to my suprise they showed up in a newer model RR Silver colored. Which was NOTHING like the one we picked out and paid over DOUBLE for! No notice was ever given that the champagne colored car would not be there. I asked about it and apparently they had been working on it for weeks, and we were never notified. Not a very good way to run a business, if you ask me.
