Specifically, the microphone and speakers frequently cut out for several minutes at a time, disrupting the officiants message and the ceremony’s atmosphere. The attendant from the company was present and did nothing to help rectify. Attempts to resolve the issue with the company were also met with resistance. Concerns were raised, but the company has refused to offer a fair resolution or even acknowledge their violation of the contract. This company engages in dishonest practices, breaching contracts, and then ignoring all attempts at resolution. Their poor service and even worse communication make them a high-risk vendor. Future customers should be aware that they may not receive the services they paid for and that the company will not make it right. It's advisable to consider a different company for event needs. The lack of reliability, professionalism, and functional equipment is unacceptable.
