Night Moves Mobile Dj's

We were very happy about how the reception went for our daughter's recent wedding! The DJ, Tony helped get the excitement going by engaging the guests right away! I would highly recommend Night Moves ! Thanks for helping make this special time even more special by making sure everyone was having a great time and also doing special things like you did with the groom and at the end with Lean on Me! 😆

We debated whether or not to have a DJ for our wedding for a while. We are very happy we did. Tony took care of everything from organizing how people got in line for food to keeping everyone entertained until we got there. He kept things moving along at a comfortable pace and we didn't have to worry about anything!

I have very mixed feelings about this DJ. They did an excellent job running the show, but I had spent a really long time on the music I wanted played for the dancing and they practically ignored my dance requests but for a handful of songs. I had selected tunes that would include everyone early on, and then amp things up later on. I had wanted an eclectic mix of classic, new, old, and some specialty music and they stuck mostly to pop and club from the last 2 decades from the get-go for the dancing portion. Everything in our wedding was very unique and "us," except for the majority of what the DJ played. They had promised me that they would make sure they played things that went with the feel that we wanted, and instead they ignored most of what I had requested. It felt very "boxed" instead of home-cooked. They kept the party going, but some of the older people left because the music was a bit too "young" for them. I also had to track them down the week of my wedding to see if they had gotten the items I had sent at their request from me and the list of songs I wanted. They did not respond to my email for 3 days and I had to call. When I spoke to them the MC said, "Yeah, I think Lisa just printed something out from my e-mail. That must be it." So he hadn't even looked at what I had sent. I continually asked to go over the playlists and etc with them and they pretended to listen to my requests and then ignored them for the most part during the actual event. There was a lot of "we know what's good for you" attitude going on. They were also really expensive for how little they actually worked with me. So in short, they kept things going really well and most everyone had a blast, but I was disappointed with how little they actually listened, communicated, and included my requests. I would not want to work with them again.

Easy to work with. Fun personalities. Only down side was they were a little later than we wanted and therefore their music could be heard during the ceremony next door while they were setting up. Also didn't get all the songs played that we wanted. But they ran the reception well and smoothly and everyone had a great time.

A DJ was the one thing that we wanted to cut from our list. After talking to other vendors, they talked us in to getting a DJ and it was the best decision we made. Tony and Robbie were awesome. They kept the reception going and had really neat ideas. Our guests loved them!!!
