who understood and listened to what I was trying to achieve for my wedding hair. I read some questionable reviews about Nikki and flat out asked her about them. Nikki was so honest and I understood that there are crazy people out there. She showed me proof that her worst reviews were total lies and I was impressed by her attitude and grace about it. Once I met Nikki in person, I immediately loved her. Not only was she spot on with telling me what would look great with my face shape, dress and overall style, she was able to produce the end result. Nikki is so talented and fast, she was able to show me multiple options at the trial which eased my nerves and was also hilarious and really great to have around. We laughed and laughed the entire trial and I loved her energy, it was the exact thing I wanted to have on the morning of my wedding. Nikki also fixed my bad haircut at the trial and created a maintenance hair plan for the months leading up to the wedding. She made me feel beautiful on the outside and calmed me on the inside. Come the wedding day, Nikki killed it!! She showed up with her team of professionals and my entire (somewhat difficult) bridal party could not have been happier with everything. My girls initially questioned pricing because they just wanted blowouts with beach waves but afterward we all understood completely. It is true, you get what you pay for and Nikki is worth every penny. Everyones hair looked awesome and lasted all night. She stayed with me until after the ceremony and changed my hairstyle. I wanted to cry when she left me before reception. She is like having your own personal stylist, therapist and planner next to you. I will never use anyone else for cuts and styling. of my friends had used Nikki for their weddings in the past 2 years. After reviewing Nikki's portfolio and doing some research ( I had found she not only does weddings but had celebrity clients as well) I decided to book a trial with her. On the day of my trial I completely forgot we had photographers coming to photograph my house for magazine so I asked Nikki to come early. Even last minute, she was able to move things around for me! My house was complete mayhem at the time, and even so, Nikki was able to help keep me focused and calm. She was so professional and comforting right away. Her experience spoke volumes when we were discussing the looks for my wedding. I was dead set on having my hair down for the ceremony but after talking to Nikki I realized with the neckline of my dress it would be better up- and I am so happy I listened to her suggestions. I have to admit, I am not the easiest to deal with- I've been told I have a very strong personality, but Nikki did everything she could to make me feel amazing everyday. She is hilarious and got along with everyone the entire time in Spain. Her attention to detail for our photos was awesome. I am so grateful to have found her! I really cant say enough. Book her. You cannot go wrong.

t how everyone wanted. As a person, she is wonderful. Nikki has a warm and fun energy, she makes you feel very relaxed and like a friend you've known for years. The only downside, which I think is a bit of an issue and why I am not giving her five stars, is her responsiveness. I'm not the first one to mention it (read some of the other reviews) but she is not the best with communication. She rescheduled my trial twice, both times without much explanation and one time it was the day of which I had rearranged my schedule in order to accommodate her. When she did finally make it for my trial, she came to my apartment, gave me a hair cut, blow out, and did my wedding hair trial all for no charge. I felt she did the right thing to make up for the previous missed appointments. I booked Nikki after having my hair done as a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and unfortunately she did the same thing to my friend. She rescheduled trials multiple times with little communication. Most certainly not a comforting feeling. Besides that, I can't say a negative thing about Nikki. If you choose to use her, she will definitely give you the wedding hair you dream of.

o sweet and kind and it felt like I had an old friend with my on my wedding day, rather than someone I had hired. She brings such a fun and positive energy to the room which is exactly what you need on the morning of your wedding. All of my bridesmaids loved her. Importantly, she is an amazing hair stylist! When I did a trial with her, we tried a few styles and settled on one before she left. The morning of my wedding, I changed my mind and was nervous Nikki wouldn't be happy with me - but nope, she was calm as a cucumber, totally confident in her own abilities (as she should be) and worked with me to get my hair exactly as I wanted it. It came out AMAZING and stayed in all night without feeling overly hair sprayed - I don't know how she did it! Do not hesitate for a second to call her. She is exactly what you need for your wedding plus so much more! Thanks for everything, Nikki!

She not only did a fantastic job with the entire wedding party's hair but she stayed throughout the ceremony and reception and styled my hair in various incredible ways. Nikki truly went above and beyond the call of duty. She was omnipresent and on the spot with anything that I needed. She was there for me the entire day. She even chauffeured us around in her own car, found an umbrella for us in the rain, helped to put tarps down on the wet grass and she did all this with a big smile. My husband and I are still in awe of what Nikki did for us. If you truly want your wedding day to be as seamless as possible and you want your hair to look great, hire Nikki! You will NOT be disappointed!

Her expertise is so on point and she's also very honest about what works well and what doesn't, which I appreciate because sometimes I have wacky ideas. She is professional and is very responsive, which is helpful for an antsy bride. I love you Nikki, thank you!!

tless emails from me, to the trial and to the wedding day, Nikki went above and beyond to make me happy. She was so patient throughout the planning process and eased any anxiety I had. She showed me a million different looks at the trial so if I ended up changing my mind on the day of the wedding, we wouldn't be stressed. I am so happy that I was fortunate enough to have her with me on my wedding day. My hair stayed perfectly throughout the night and even looked awesome at my brunch the next morning! I would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone.

you’re getting ready on a hectic and stressful and exciting day! My hair looked GORGEOUS and I was so happy with it. It was also versatile - half up for the ceremony, and then took out the bobby pins to leave it all down for the reception. Nikki does have some scheduling challenges and she rescheduled two trials with me and one with my mom, but she had good reasons and discounted the trials to make up for it and there were ZERO issues on the day of my wedding. My hair and everyone else’s hair that she did was stunning and lasted all night, through dancing and sweating. She made it perfect and made sure everyone was happy with their look, no matter what. Nikki is so great my mom tried to get her to travel for the Rehearsal Dinner, rather than going to a nearby salon for a blowout. I’d recommend her to anyone and one of my bridesmaids has reached out to her for her own wedding - a huge compliment!

responding once a contract is in place. Doesn't answer emails/ texts/ phonecalls Really unprofessional & unreliable. DO NOT BOOK HER as she will probably not show up. I was lucky enough that my aunt did my hair the day of, because Nikki didn't show up. On the wedding day, you don't want to take any chances with your make up artist or hair stylist. Booking Nikki was the WORST MISTAKE.

I decided to cancel the contract because I never heard back from her. I think its really unprofessional and not reliable. I had to hire another hair artist in a short weeks notice. I wouldn't recommend her. No matter what the situation is, you should always answer. Maybe she was on vacation, but there still should be an automatic email stating that she is away and will be back.

k like a supermodel. I knew Nikki would be the perfect stylist for me because not only was she hilarious, she was fantastic at reading personalities. She has an energy that makes you feel as though you've been best friends for 20 years, which is invaluable when it comes to perfecting your wedding day look. It means you can tell her anything, and she totally gets it. We did a hair trial with 2 different looks and on my wedding day I told her to scrap our trial looks, do something completely different, and she knocked it out of the park! It was like I hired a stand in sister for the day, truly my favorite vendor. Nikki and her team made me, my bridesmaids, and my mother all look like the very best version of ourselves and we were so grateful. The very best of the best.
