al experience and a bit of a nightmare. Juggling vendors and details can take a lot of calls and a little bit of babysitting but NM wasn't like that. She asked about our vision for the event from the flavors of our buffet to our colors and helped us pick the perfect flavors and accommodated some custom requests (like changing up the macaron colors and adding an extra box of different flavors special for the bridal party!) After we got the details down, everything went off without a hitch. They delivered the macarons exactly when we asked them to the day of, the macaron tower setup was quick and beautiful, pre-paying was easy, and she and her staff were SO nice.
The macarons themselves were TO DIE FOR! We have a lot of gluten-free friends and family that were thrilled to still have a dessert option, especially when it felt so fancy. We over-ordered on purpose to have some leftovers but we hardly had any left. Guests came up to us all night saying how much they loved them, usually while eating a macaron. Even when our DJ was closing up for the night he asked to take a few home saying, "My daughters will think I'm their hero if I bring some home." He reached out again later to ask where they came from so he could get a box for his wife's birthday.
Bottom line, they taste amazing, they look like they are part of the decor, and they were a no-brainer when it came to affordable pricing. For both their service and their product, my husband and I give Nikkolette's Macarons five gold stars!
The Macarons were wonderful for our wedding. Nikkolette was super great to work with, very responsive, and everyone enjoyed our dessert!

Since we don't live in the cities, most of our communication was done through emails and Nicolette was professional and immediate getting back to me with answers to all my questions. I wanted a custom color to match my wedding decor, and she made sure to color match perfectly. Since we didn't live in the cities, I had a family member pick them up for me. She was in communication with my family member to make sure she was ready for them to be picked up. Nikkolette made sure they were safely packaged for the 5 hour journey and packed extra just in case (and to let us have a little treat before the big day). On our wedding day, it's a good thing my husband and I ate one because there wasn't one left at the end of the night. They were a hit with everyone and we got a lot of compliments on how great they were! I highly recommend Nikkolette's macarons for any occasion!!
