Nina is a graduate of Princeton University, where she earned a degree in art history with a focus on photography. She has worked as a wedding photographer for more than 16 years and loves giving couples snapshots of their milestone celebration. She's been passionate about photography for as long as she can remember, and is still excited about commemorating life's biggest moments with her camera.
Nina Perini Photography specializes in documentary-style, candid images that authentically capture the spirit of the day. Nina can start the journey with an engagement photoshoot, and commits to just one wedding per day. A second photographer can assist her to make sure no detail is overlooked. Images from your day will be available in various formats, including as digital files, prints, and albums.

She sent us all our photos on a flash drive for both photo sessions, and even made the wedding one personalized to my husband and me with our wedding colors, our names and wedding date on it. 9 photographers before deciding that Nina offered the best value with her basic package (that included an album) and that our personalities worked well together. We talked frequently via email during the planning stages, and we met again during our engagement session, which was a great chance for her to get to know how we photograph. The wedding day could not have gone smoother. Nina captured all of the pictures on the list I provided but was never in the way or disrupted our day. We ended getting back more than 1200 clear, fully edited pictures that many of my guests raved about for months after seeing them on the picture website. There was a tough time constraint, travel from Bucks County to Philadelphia and lots of family/friend pictures to get and Nina handled it all beautifully - more importantly she got every single shot and they are more fabulous than I could have ever imagined! She made us feel comfortable and got every single photo we wanted (or my mother wanted!) all within our time frame and with minimal worry or direction on our part!
She truly captured our bridal party, family and friends and took pictures we will cherish forever!

One of the best things about Nina is her flexibility and willingness to work with your vision. I had a pretty concrete idea of the photos that I wanted and others that I absolutely didn't want, both for our engagement session and our wedding day, and she made sure that the right elements were captured. If you see a photo set up that you like, she and her assistant (who is also her mom, Bambi) can recreate it for you. Bambi is very attentive to the details that make a great photo an awesome photo. She fixed my dress and veil countless times during the day so everything sat just perfect in the shot. She even noticed something as small as a glare on my Dad's glasses so it could be adjusted. Nina has a unique talent for capturing wonderful candid expressions and cherished moments. The attention to detail that Nina put into editing the photos was also outstanding. They truly deserve 5 stars for quality, service and value.
