We wanted everything to be shades and textures of green, and Tiffany and the team really delivered! They did put the vases on the tables for the bridesmaids to put their bouquets in, thank goodness or the table would have completely bare. I sent them a picture of the tables taken during the reception, and they immediately sent me the refund for the cost of those swags. They did apologize and said they had no idea how that could have been overlooked. I'm sad that those tables look a little bare in our pictures, but...everything else did look nice.

The bridesmaids and groomsmen were getting ready at two different locations, and she did not hesitate to drop off the boutonnieres for the groomsmen before delivering the bridal bouquets and wedding flowers to the venue. Her team also offers midnight pickup service to help pack up at the end of the night, which was very reasonably priced and extremely helpful for us. Our flowers were absolutely stunning and we are so happy with how everything turned out. The bride and bridesmaid bouquets were gorgeous and repurposed as center pieces during the reception, and our altar piece during the ceremony was also repurposed as tall table centerpieces during the reception. We cannot recommend Nina's Floral Design enough. Thank you, Tiffany!!

I love that she didn't have a minimum cost or pressure me into certain items (boutonnieres, corsages, etc) that I didn't want while making sure the pieces I did want were gorgeous! They also made greenery towers for our wedding ceremony that were stunning. It was so nice to work with Tiffany the whole time and then see her the day of the wedding to give me my bouquet! Would choose this company again in a heartbeat.

I then met with Tiffany for my meeting prior to my wedding and she was absolutely fantastic. She even gave my husband an extra boutonniere because she knew his ranunculus would likely wilt in the summer heat. She made the greenery arch for my ceremony look like something out of a magazine and my reception venue looked absolutely stunning!! We got so many compliments on the flowers and how beautiful they were! Last but not least, my bouquet. I'm a big flower person and I was blown away by my bouquet. I made sure I preserved it to the best of my abilities because the colors in it were incredible. Tiffany helped talk me off of a couple of ledges when it came to final details and she even let me borrow the shop's easel because the one my venue supplied looked terrible. I can't tell you how grateful I am for Tiffany, Teresa and Nina's Floral Design as a whole!

However, I was incredibly disappointed with all of our flowers besides my bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets. My centerpieces were made of only greenery (although Tiffany warned me ahead of time that the flowers wouldn’t look fresh after being out all day). The large arrangements that were meant to be the focal point of our ceremony and behind the head table at the reception were disappointingly small. My mom’s corsage fell apart within a few minutes of having it and during photos, I ripped a few pieces out of my groom’s boutonnière because it looked sloppy. The bouquets were dropped off at the wrong place and there were no hydrangea stems for our wedding cake. Right as I was about to walk down the aisle, I noticed there was no arrangement for our welcome sign and no bouquet on the gift table. Overall, this was the only disappointment on an otherwise perfect day.

I got so many compliments on the flowers for my wedding and wish I could upload to show them here just so you can see what an amazing job she did! Like many COVID couples, my husband and I had to make lots of changes to our original wedding plan. Each time we had to change the plan, Teresa was always ready and willing to meet with us again to go over the changes. Even if she had to cancel her hair appointment for the 4th time or had 3 last minute weddings to do, she was there for us. My husband and I loved working with her! She is extremely flexible, understanding, and affordable! Not to mention she responded to my texts, calls and emails immediately. Seriously, hire her, you won't regret it!

I had envisioned draping white fabric around the front and sides of the pergola and Teresa helped us envision placing large floral arrangements on the pergola too. Teresa even offered to hang the drapery FOR US, for a SMALL fee; to which my mom and I were ecstatic... because who has the time and desire to do that on their wedding day?! Teresa is the real MVP!! My mom was slightly picky about the aisle decor and the shapes of the ladies' bouquets and she (and all of us) were immensely happy with the way everything turned out!! Teresa completely understood my unique vision of having a neon-colored wedding and she made it feel upscale and fun!! I wanted to have my wedding flowers preserved through Freeze Frame in Dayton, OH. Teresa personally drove up to Dayton on the Monday after the wedding, to provide them with fresh flowers, since the 100 degree outdoor weather had wilted some of the flowers by the time the party had ended. I didn't even know she did that until the staff at Freeze Frame told me! What a sweet gesture! Finally, my cake was an absolute disaster and the floral team on-site quickly assessed how they could assist us in fixing the way it looked. They helped move the cake topper to be centered on the tier and placed flowers around the topper so it looked like they'd been there all along. It truly helped my cake look so much better! I was super impressed and grateful for Teresa's superb customer service. She's very timely with her response and doesn't judge you when you don't know the difference between a tulip and a rose lol. We were planning our OH wedding from Arizona, so we had to have phone conversations on a 3-hr time difference. She waited patiently with me on the phone while I googled the different types of flowers and greenery she was recommending; and dealt with my barking dogs in the background. Teresa exceeded my expectations more than I can say. So in August, when my sister had to fly back to OH to have surgery, I knew just who to call to send her a lovely bouquet at her hotel after she was released. Again, not knowing anything about what I wanted other than the size and color scheme, the team worked to create a beautiful arrangement that was the perfect size for her to place on the nightstand table while she recovered. I wish I lived in OH full-time so I could utilize her flowers more often! Their products are absolutely gorgeous and their customer service is amazing!

I found Nina's Florist through a series of recommendations. I met with Mike and shared my Pinterest inspiration picture. Mike quickly recognized what I was seeing in the picture: different textures, bold rich colors, and a wide variety of flower types. My first session with Mike was far less stressful than my appointment with the other florist. After detailing what I liked about the picture and leaving a sample of the bridesmaids' dress color, I gave Mike creative-freedom. He also worked in small details to help personalize the flowers, including adding a hunting detail for my husband. The vibrant colors in the bouquets were absolutely stunning against the green dresses. florists websites and all of their arrangements are "cookie cutter" arrangements - they all look alike and are pretty boring. You do NOT get that at Nina's. I was having a wedding with a twist - it was a surprise wedding for my fiance - soon to be groom - ha! I sat with Mike - showed him the color scheme I wanted - discussed the types of arrangements needed and the style. There were some very special details needed in delivering and setting up the arrangements on site so that the groom wouldn't "catch on" before the actual ceremony. Mike went OVER THE TOP in providing everything I needed and could have possibly wished for. My arrangements were GORGEOUS!!!! And he followed all of the details to the letter. He also invited me to the shop the day before the ceremony to see the arrangements as they were working on them - such a nice touch - I cried when I saw them. If you want unique, creative arrangements for any occasion you can not beat Nina's!!!! I can't thank Mike enough!!!!

my star wars themed wedding. I am no good at decorating or anything like that so I was really pleased that he had so many ideas for my wedding. He let me borrow a few small decorations for the reception and was able to put star wars legos on the bouquets and boutineers! We had beautiful ceremony flowers, reception arrangements and table arrangements. All the flowers arrived on time for the wedding day. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you, Nina's Florist!

Because the venue didn’t need much in the way of decoration, we decided to focus on simple centerpieces for the tables, using antique glasses, vases, and other miscellanea that we inherited from several grandmothers. Six weeks before the wedding, we delivered five boxes of antiques and two more of books to Mike, and let him have free rein. The result was breathtaking. The centerpieces were simple and elegant. Far from overpowering the space or the tables, they blended in seamlessly yet also created a wonderful focal point. Our personal flowers were similarly beautiful, and he delivered them to my hotel room bright and early the morning of the wedding. Hiring Nina’s Florist was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding. Mike never suggested anything that didn’t fit the feel that we were going for, and even told us not to bother with certain things because it wouldn’t be worth the money. Do yourself a favor, and hire Nina’s Florist!
