Our Fermentorium bar & events space opened in 2021 as an extension of our award-winning Brewery & Brewpub. We feature numerous drinks packages, including 25+ Nine Giant craft beers, cocktails featuring hand-pressed juices, and delicious wines. Our amazing Brewpub kitchen offers a bevy of catering options, from heavy appetizers to buffet dinners and plated upscale gastro food.
Our whole house rental accommodates up to 120 guests...for more intimate events, our events space provides room for up to 50 of your homies. We also offer free seating, linen service, and audio/video equipment for your big event!
Nine Giant opened our first location (around the corner) in 2016 and has collected numerous local and national awards from our brewery and kitchen. We are an independent, family-owned business and pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship and customer service.

Megan contacted me once I inquired online. She is absolutely amazing! She sent all of the info that I needed and was very responsive.
The event space is separate from the brewery which is great so you can have your private space. The decor is beautiful inside with a main area that has a full bar and a separate “party room” that can open up into one big event space. We decided to rent the whole space (main area and party room). The prices were the best I could find in the city! I was honestly so worried about 85 people in the event space, but Megan assured me that there will be plenty of room for people to sit, dance, eat, etc. Nine Giants was very clean, organized, and professional.
On the big day everything went so smoothly! The Ceremony was held in the “party room” and after the ceremony Megan and her team moved all of the chairs and had the tables set up in 10 minutes. I received so many compliments on how incredible the wedding was. We did apps (we ordered every app on the menu) and an open bar. My guests said the shrimp and the espresso martini were the best!
Nothing is perfect so the one downfall is that there is no on site parking. There are plenty of parking lots around to park in and Megan sends you a parking map to give the guests. The parking lots are very close to the venue and a short walk. No one complained about the parking but that was the only downfall in my opinion.
We cannot thank Nine Giants, Megan, and everyone else that helped with the wedding. It was seriously the best day ever! I highly recommend them for any event!

t disappoint! The staff was incredible to work with, with excellent organization and communication. Megan was so helpful in making the event everything we wanted, and chef Drew and his staff knocked the food out of the park like always! All of our guests had an amazing time, loved the food and drinks, and had nothing but great things to say about the staff. 10/10 recommend having your next gathering here!
