I used NJ Wedding Pros for flowers and I am giving them 2 stars for the following reasons. 1) what was delivered to me on my wedding day was not what was discussed and paid for. Th...

e two arches that show up in the majority of my wedding photos were not even close to representing the inspiration pics I had sent over to the team. See for yourself: pictures 1 and 2 are what was delivered… picture 3, 4, and 5 are the inspiration pics I had sent and explained in person to the team and what I thought I was paying for. Little did I know, there would be ZERO communication made to me that the florist would change what was discussed on her own the day of my wedding and deliver something completely different than what was paid for and agreed upon. 2) When I tried to gain clarity on the situation and what happened, I had to persistently follow up with NJPros every few days. It took 3 weeks to hear back from Nancy even though I was told several times she would “reach out soon” by her staff. When I finally heard back from her it was via an email sent at 445am with excuse after excuse of why what was paid for was not delivered and basically telling me she doesn’t understand why I’m upset/ all the brides she’s worked with are always pleased with her work. After responding and explaining why I am upset... here we are again, awaiting her response (almost another week out) which I am sure I probably will not get one at this point. I was truly hoping this business would do the right thing and show a little remorse and perhaps even a small credit since the cost of what I paid for and what was delivered are night and day of a difference. Instead I’ve been met with avoidance, excuses, and basically a “deal with it” attitude. I have no problem paying for labor and goods… but like any paying customer…. when you buy something and you receive something nowhere near what was paid for.. especially for your one and only wedding day… that is the heartbreak of it all and it’s the principle, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability that doesn’t sit right with me.

d of time and they went above and beyond day of. Their ability to split their team in half to be at two places at the same time really helped us so much since our ceremony was at a different location than our reception. I’m very much a control freak so the idea of letting go of the details was very difficult for me (but necessary) and if I didn’t have Lisa and Nancy, it would have been impossible. They made it so easy for me to let go since they had every detail covered! It also helps that they’re both just so sweet and so easy to work with! Highly recommend.

nd beyond to make sure that the arch and flowers fit the rest of our wedding color scheme and that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. For the actual ceremony, the arch looked incredible, and surpassed our expectations. We were even able to repurpose the flowers to use at our sweetheart table during the reception! A huge thank you to the NJ Wedding Pros team for the seamless planning process and for the great service on the day of!

I rented 17 lanterns from NJ Wedding Pros to use as centerpieces for our wedding guest tables. I especially liked that the lanterns came with electronic candles, which was not the ...

case at many other places quoted. We got married on a Saturday and were able to pick up the lanterns on Thursday and return them on Tuesday, which I thought was very generous. The team was very nice and helpful throughout the rental process and supplied me with photos and dimensions in advance. They were also flexible with our payment due date since we didn’t know exactly how many lanterns we needed until the month before our wedding. I deducted one star because we were told all 17 lanterns would be identical, however, we discovered upon pick up that 3 were different. *Note: The standalone lantern picture attached was supplied to me by the Vendor.

eds. I was in contact with Nancy, the owner. From the beginning, Nancy was extremely professional and provided prompt responses -- important considering I reached out to her within 62 days of the wedding date. Nancy and Lisa provided a thorough and detailed quote that accurately reflected all our floral and decorative needs. Nancy immediately took initiative to schedule a few personalized calls to discuss the process, options, budget, and expectations with my husband and me. Something that distinguished her from others is the fact that she took the time to identify our unique needs to offer the best option for us while being mindful of a budget. She confirmed this periodically leading up to the order date for all the floral arrangements as changes often arise! She made excellent recommendations to add more value to our budget to create the most memorable wedding and achieve my vision without jeopardizing on quality! Nancy and her team exceeded all expectations. Every meticulous detail – from the arch, altar, centerpieces, and bouquets – was immediately noted. NJ Wedding Pros were punctual on the day of the event. They set up quickly and maintained excellent communication with me, the mother of the groom, the wedding planner, and the wedding coordinator. Nancy, is an outstanding person to work with and entrust with decorations for your special event! She was aware of the sentimental value of the Lily of the Valley for me and my family. I was aware the cost and availability of this flower in NJ would make it challenging to include in the wedding however she surprised me with the most gorgeous faux Lily of Valley option, a beautiful bouquet, and the most aromatic perfume that captured the smell of the delicate flower exactly! I used this perfume on the day of the wedding. She may not know exactly how meaningful this detail, of all, really was! Nancy and her team provide white glove services to all their clients and treat all details of the wedding planning with care and thought. I highly recommend this business.

We just hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Wave Resort in Long Branch, NJ. NJ Wedding Pros provided us with a beautiful bamboo arch for the ceremony on the outdoor terrace. We ...

selected two floral arrangement to place on the arch and white drapes as well. It was a beautiful backdrop for our daughter’s ceremony. .They have an assortment of arches to choose from. Lisa was the one who worried with me initially and handled my order. She was great to work with, , very nice and organized as well. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Nancy , who is the co-owner with her husband Ralph. What a pleasant person to speak with! Scheduling was very easy with them. The whole process was a breeze. I highly recommend them.

ming overwhelmed, I call NJ Wedding Pro's who went over everything I had done and realized that I was missing a lot of information that needed to be finalized and completed. They got the limo bus, help with organizing the band, the photographer and also got us a wedding painter for the venue - which was amazing. Knowing my daughter loves butterflies, they arranged for a butterfly release after the ceremony. Our flowers for her shower were breathtaking, they had the contacts for everything and anything you can think of. They came with us to the venue for table setting idea's and made sure that the tables with sample flowers looked beautiful. They even made suggestions to add mirrors on the tables for the lower centerpieces and glass containers for the bridesmaids boutiques. The day of the shower they set up the tables exactly how we discussed. The day of the wedding everything was perfect. I was able to enjoy my day without looking around making sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend them for all your wedding needs. My daughter's wedding was perfect thanks to NJ Wedding Pro's and their amazing staff.

I used nj wedding pros for my flowers on my wedding! I did not make it easy for them. I like most brides had specific ideas of what I wanted for my special day. They could not be m...

ore accommodating. I had 7 bridesmaids bouquets that I bought each girl their initial to go on the bouquet itself, then for the 7 groomsmen, groom, and grooms dad I had antique pins that I wanted to be used for the boutonnieres. And if that wasn't enough I had an antique wedding bouquet holder that I wanted them to use, but requested that they could not use glue or any adhesive on it for fear of ruining it. I requested large cala lilies for my bridesmaids, small for my bouquet and small for all the men. They also created two wrist corsages out of small cala lilies. They added the memory pendants to my bridal bouquet at my request as well since I had lost my father unexpectedly 7 months prior to getting married. They were so kind and understanding through out the entire process! They also made two large arrangements of feathers for my alter and sweetheart table! I would highly recommend using them for your wedding. They executed everything just as I wanted and beyond. Can't wait to use them again in the future for all my flower needs!!

essica were absolutely wonderful. I did not have a strong vision for the wedding when I started planning and Karissa really helped us get to the core of what we wanted. I am so amazed by her patience and helpfulness - it was like working with a friend! We were beyond thrilled with our flowers and DJ (Anthony M) and we can't wait to see our professional photography from Angelica (Visual Illusions). Karissa recommended excellent vendors that fit our budget and our personality. I can't stress enough how wonderfully convenient it is to have your major vendors in one contract and to have one person who understands the overall vision for the day. Thank you for making our wedding planning experience so enjoyable!

After attending our good friends, Keith and Karla’s wedding in June 2016, we knew we wanted to hire NJ Wedding Pros when the time came for us to get married. Their wedding was so b...

eautiful and seemed like every detail was taken care effortlessly. Keith told Brendan how great their team was to work with and how affordable they were that we were sold. Wedding planning is very overwhelming but after our first meeting with Karissa I knew we were in good hands. She took care of every little detail that I would have never even thought of; from timelines to shuttles to color of ribbon used on our bouquets. Through NJ Wedding Pros, we hired our photographer, videographer, photo booth, shuttles, florist (bouquets, boutonnieres, church and centerpieces) and my bridal shoes. From start to finish and many questions in between, Karissa and her team took care of every little detail to create our dream wedding that we had envisioned. Each vendor was easy and great to work with and was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend them to any future brides!

I was super overwhelmed with wedding planning and the vendor coordination that goes with it, until I found NJ Wedding Pros! I was able to book several vendors through them (flowers...

&centerpieces, limo, videographer) and I'm happy with each one! I've gotten so many compliments on my flowers, especially the bouquets. The limo showed up on time and was flexible about a few day-of logistical changes. The videographer was super friendly and was great about not being in my face on the wedding day. It's really nice that NJ Wedding Pros is a one-stop-shop for wedding vendors. I only booked 3 vendors through them but they have so many more available. I'm over analytical so I was hesitant about trusting someone else to find great vendors (instead of me researching multiple vendors for hours and hours) but I'm so glad I did. Karissa was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her and the rest of the team at NJ Wedding Pros!

I cannot recommend NJ Wedding Pros enough, as your full wedding planners or day of wedding coordinators. We planned our wedding in NJ from out of state and could not have done it ...

without the help of Karissa and her team as our Day of Wedding Coordinators. Throughout the wedding planning process we worked with their team over the phone, via email, and in person to create the wedding of our dreams. Karissa, Zoe and Jamilla were always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had in the months leading up to our wedding. They helped us to go over small decoration details, timelines for the day of the wedding, and helped to coordinate the arrival of all of our vendors to ensure everything was confirmed. On the day of the wedding, all three of them were at the venue to help ensure that vendors were arriving on time, and our card/favor table, seating assignments and other details and decorations were set up completely. They worked diligently to keep every vendor on time, and so that the ceremony and reception ran smoothly with no issues. There were no decisions that had to be made by me or my husband on that day, and we were able to enjoy every minute of the day with no stress. Zoe and Jamilla each took very good care of me and my husband, ensuring that we got to eat, and always had a drink in our hand so that we could enjoy the entire day. If you're looking for a full wedding planner or even just a day of wedding planner I strongly recommend working with NJ Wedding pros. Their team was professional and incredibly detail oriented, and were a huge asset to us on that day.

n a celebrations magazine and it was the best decision we could've made! They made the planning process so much easier and stress-free! Instead of having to meet with a number or vendors, we let NJ wedding pros handle most of the process. Karissa made herself available at all times and answered all of the questions that we had. If an idea popped into my head I shared it with her and they made it happen. NJ wedding pros provided us our limo service, flowers, DJ, lighting, and photography as well as a couple decorations. The vendors were outstanding and very professional. We really enjoyed working with our photographer and DJ. The flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. They were exactly what I had envisioned. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and had so many of our guests raving about it. We would recommend Nj wedding pros for any event! We will definitely be using their services in the future!

actly the right DJ, Minister, photographer and limo services. She went out of her way to reassure us that everything would be beautiful, and it was! Great attention to details and follow through.
