We hired NK for 'day of planning', which really means they help you for the final month of wedding planning, and they were AMAZING. They helped so much with stress, set up decorations, made sure everything ran smoothly (including ushering lost family members and keeping everyone on schedule). I can't imagine trying to coordinate an entire wedding day without a team like them. If you want to reduce your stress the day of you need to hire this team!!

We hired NK weddings for the day of coordination package and It was truly one of the best decisions we made. Our coordinator, Kerri, was instrumental in making sure our wedding went smoothly and also making sure my groom and I had the best time. Our vendors were so happy when I mentioned that Nicole and her team would be helping with our wedding and I think that speaks volumes. They have a fantastic reputation and definitely live up to it!

Nicole, Korrin, and all of the NK Productions staff were so helpful in making my wedding day so special! Planning a wedding from out of state was very stressful and they made it as stress free as possible and also a smooth process. Their experience with wedding/events in Sarasota was evident in the great recommendations of wedding locations and amazing vendors. She always helped keep us on top of our to do list and used Google Docs to help us with our design boards and more which was so helpful! They worked with our hectic schedules and time difference to make sure we stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Our day of planners were exceptional as well and really helped keep me calm and relaxed through the whole day! They ensured the day went perfect and kept us on schedule, we could not have done it without them! I highly recommend NK Productions!

Where do I even start? Nicole, Korrin and the rest of the NKP team were absolutely the best! Our wedding weekend would not have been possible without them. I cannot say enough nice things about Nicole, Korrin, and the rest of the NK team. We had our dream wedding at the Ca D’Zan at the Ringling museum and they were so incredible about making our vision a reality. They are respectful of budget and opinions, while also providing great advice along the way. They were so organized and made the actual day of the wedding a breeze, we never felt rushed or like we were missing something. I am a type-A, control freak and always had a ton of questions, as did my mother, and my mother-in-law and NK productions always answered them quickly and never made us feel like they were bothering them. From the moment we signed on with them on, I never felt super stressed or overwhelmed with wedding planning. NKP was absolutely the best!!! We wanted to put on a fun themed wedding but also keep it feeling chic and upscale. Everything came together so perfectly, the wedding completely felt like who we are and NKP really helped facilitate all of this by helping to brainstorm ideas and also taking the logistics off our plate so we could focus on the creativity side of the wedding. All their recommended vendors were great and it made it so easy knowing we could just pick from a list they had knowing we were getting top quality people. On the day, they were absolutely vital and I don't know how anyone does a wedding without them. Everything went like clockwork! Everyone from NKP who came out on the day of the wedding to help extruded both pure professionalism and enthusiasm for the event! Everyone at NKP is amazing and would recommend 110%!

There is only one work to describe NK Productions: AMAZING. I originally hired a different planner who I worked with for the past year or so to plan my wedding. A month and a half before the wedding, I was not having a good experience with limited responses to emails, phone calls, etc.and nothing getting accomplished. I decided to call NK Productions to see if they would be available to take over for the remaining time. The minute I spoke with Nicole, I knew I wanted to move forward with NK Productions. I signed a contract with her the next day. Nicole was able to fix our rental issues and help come up with a wonderful layout to ensure that everything flowed properly. She was extremely responsive and completely professional. I was confident that NK Productions would take care of our wedding day! All of our vendors were very pleased to hear that NK Productions was taking over. Nicole assigned Kerri as our lead planner. Kerri and her team did a fantastic job! Kerri was not only nice but also super organized, which I really appreciated. She was responsive to emails/texts. Kerri assisted us with everything from timeline to coordination of our many vendors. On the day of our our wedding, everything went so timely and smoothly. The team took care of everything to make sure our wedding went perfectly. The best part was that my Mom and I did not have to worry about a thing or stress out the month of the wedding. We were completely confident with NK Productions and Kerri as the lead planner so we were actually able to enjoy everything. My only regret was not hiring NK Productions from the very start! If you are trying to decide about hiring a planner for your wedding, I would 100% recommend NK Productions. You will not be disappointed!

NK Productions was the best decision I made during my planning process. Kerri was a life-saver every step of the way. My fiancé and I lived out of state and needed a lot more assistance with planning. Kerri helped keep everything organized and kept track of all of my vendors. She kept in contact with everyone and made sure they all knew when and where they needed to be on the day of my wedding. I also had Kerri and her team help set up a ton of my decorations and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Hiring NK Productions was the best decision! When the big day finally arrived, I was able to simply enjoy myself because I had such a capable team in control. Nicole has a ton of vendor contacts, not to mention great style. She helped me achieve the wedding I always dreamed of and removed all the stress of planning.

Working with Nicole and her NK Productions team was so wonderful that I don’t know where to begin. Let’s start it the bottom line: My wedding was spectacular, nothing went wrong, and I enjoyed every minute of the day because of Nicole and my day-of planner, Rachel. And I wasn’t easy to please, trust me. Some examples: - I wanted an NK Productions wedding, but below the budget they normally work with. Nicole agreed to take me on as a client anyway. - I wanted tiny oranges in my flowers. Two weeks before the wedding, my florist contacted me to say she couldn’t get them. I called Nicole, and an hour later it was taken care of. I got my tiny oranges and they looked FAB. - I wanted special paper banners from Mexico City. My mother-in-law got them to Rachel, who worked with the lighting team to string them up. They were flawless, nothing was damaged. - I don’t like tents unless they’re clear. Nicole remembered that from our first consultation a year before the wedding, so she reserved one in case I decided I wanted to use it last minute. Of course I wanted to use it last minute! - I freaked out two months before my wedding with all the pressure of planning. Nicole gave me a whole month off, instead working directly with my mom and mother-in-law to get everything done. - I paid for full planning with a day-of coordinator, Rachel, whom I adore. But Nicole wanted to see me in my dress, so she stopped by the wedding to wish me well even though I hadn’t paid for her to be there. - My wedding was one of four on that Saturday, but it felt like the only one NK Productions was working on the whole year! I enjoyed my experience working with Nicole and Rachel so much, I plan to stay in touch with them and remain friends if I can. This review is already long, but let me summarize why you should hire NK Productions. - Nicole and her team are the nicest, most responsible, most organized, most professional people I’ve ever hired for anything. Period. - NK Productions has such a good reputation, they get special pricing from wedding vendors, including Minted.com for paper products. You save money on vendor contracts working with them. - NKP is also the most experience wedding planner in the area. No one knows your Sarasota venue better than they do. That’s a huge advantage when it comes to planning for the unexpected (they’ve seen it all), and using every space in the most creative way possible. - Nicole and her team have spectacular taste. I interviewed lots of wedding planners and let me tell you, not everyone can translate your vision into something elegant and magazine-worthy.

How could we ever express enough gratitude for what NK Production's team did for my daughter, son-in-law, and our family? Nicole and the rest of the NK Production girls completely exceeded my expectations!! I knew I was going to need a lot of help planning a destination wedding in Sarasota FL and from my first conversation with NK Productions I knew they were the wedding planning company that I wanted to work with! My then-fiance, now husband and I had locked down our wedding date and venue… yay!… Site unseen, 1,300 miles from our home, leaving us only six months to plan a destination wedding… Gulp! Enter Nicole Kaney and her marvelous team. From the very start, NK Productions was an incredible partner that brought much needed support, unmatched wisdom, and a whole lot of excitement to the entire planning process! Nicole and lead designer Korrin Kelly worked closely with us to first understand our dream wedding in terms of design, experience, and budget. This is when the fun started! Korrin has an incredibly talented mind that captures what you’re saying (or pinning) and turns it into a reality! And while each decision seemed overwhelming at the time, Nicole and Korrin made it as easy and as enjoyable as possible by offering us choices that fit within our vision. They kept us on track, ensuring each detail was covered, each contract was reviewed, and each item was checked off. I should also note, with a business fueled on creating meaningful relationships, Nicole has a lot of great friends! She opened the doors to incredible people and vendors in the Sarasota area that we may have overlooked had we planned it on our own. A month away from the big weekend, Nicole introduced us to lead planner Rachael LaMagna. Rachael was our day-of coordinator and an absolute BLESSING! She was a reliable and enthusiastic resource to have leading up to the big day who made sure EVERYTHING was ready. I really don’t know where I would have been without her! On our wedding day, NKP came in full-force! Joining Rachael were superstars Melissa Mayer, Kim Micalizzi, and Jessica Giczewski. The team made sure the wedding day itinerary was executed perfectly. They operated on the fly, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and doing what they needed to do, and allowed all of us to enjoy the best day of our lives! Reflecting back, I had an absolute blast planning my wedding with NKP (and my dear mother)! My advice to you all is to enjoy every single moment of the planning process because it flies by… take deep breaths and smile (you’re getting married!!!)… and to hire NKP because they are game changers!

I had originally contracted NK Produtions for Day of Services, but with the size, logistics and a few changes that occurred after our planning had begun, we "upped" our package to full blown planning! The best decision we made throughout our year and a half engagement was hiring NK Productions. The level of responsiveness was unmatched. Korrin and Nicole would answer each and every call and email (probably hundreds of emails) from not only myself but my husband, our parents and all vendors we decided upon. They were quick to recommend the best companies to work with that would carry out our perfect wedding visions. Nicole and Korrin thought of the tiniest details that we had overlooked or didn't realize we needed in place. On our wedding day we worked with Korrin and Melanie. From the rehearsal to the last minute of our reception, they were organized, efficient, comforting and above all- on top of EVERYTHING! They even tackled the task of rounding up my husband and the groomsmen to keep them on time! I am so grateful for the team for not only keeping me sane throughout the planning process and day of, but for making our families so comfortable and stress-free. The best decision I made for our wedding was hiring NK Productions. Nicole, Rachael and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Nicole leading up to my wedding and she was wonderful to work with and always helpful with décor questions, vendors and help at the food tasting. For our wedding day Rachael was our lead coordinator as well as 2 other team members. I cannot say enough great things about Rachael! The wedding was perfect and I can only thank the team that was there to make it perfect. I still have guests telling me how amazing Rachael was, how smooth everything went that day and how helpful they were in showing guests were to go. Rachael was extremely professional and helpful the month of the wedding and made sure all details were set in place before the big day. I would 100% recommend NK Productions to all brides in the area since they are the best around! Thank you for everything your team has done to make my wedding a dream come true :)

Korrin at NK Productions was amazing! Her assistant, Carrie, was also crucial to my wedding day going as well as it did. Florida weather is unpredictable at best, and Korrin and Nicole got involved with me early in trying to determine whether or not a tent was needed for the random sun showers that October was bringing us. It was with their help that basically, my wedding was saved. We got the tent, and while it rained during the ceremony, we were protected for the rehearsal and party. Without them, the wedding would not have gone smoothly at all--the guests were wet, I was wet, the wedding party was soaked, yet with Korrin's extreme organization, the wedding was able to continue without a hitch. They kept me calm, kept the guests and party moving, and were responsible for organizing all the vendors on that day. They remembered my party favors, and while the rain caused a few snafus (and ruined a few personal touches), they made sure it was out of my sight and mind so I didn't worry about it. Korrin and Carrie were with me from the start of the day until the very end. I know for a fact that it wouldn't have been the same without them! A big thank you goes out to NK Productions. I'm convinced that day-of coordinators, when you don't hire a full time wedding planner, are the best option around. You don't want to deal with last minute problems on the day you're getting married, nor do you want to put it on your parents or wedding party. NK Productions did not disappoint. I worried about very little on the big day and was able to focus on what was most important--my husband. For that, I can't thank them enough.

I used NK Productions for a "day of planner" which really is a "month of planner" along with consulting from Nicole Kaney(owner) which was the perfect set up as I had a wedding vision and was comfortable hiring and working with my vendors up until a 30 days out. My consulting with Nicole was extremely helpful for how to word stationary, vendor recommendations and finalizing details on contracts all of which I was clueless. Lisa Muccio was my day of planner and to my surprise Nicole Kaney was her "assistant" since she did not have a wedding that weekend so she helped with mine! Lisa also had an intern and another assistant so I was in great hands. A day of person is a hard job to explain until I saw it unfold on my own wedding day. It is so hard to explain everything the NK Team did for me and how grateful I am, but I will do my best. There is so much hard work that goes into wedding planning as a bride but on the day of all the bride should have to worry about is enjoying her day and that is exactly how my wedding played out. The NK Production team took care of setting all decorations I provided(not to mention they had to set and reset due to rain), ensuring all vendors did what they needed to do and the biggest moment on my day was a rain storm that came through when all my guests were arriving to my outside ceremony. NK productions was quick to adjust and make the guests not notice any chaos. I am so grateful for them and making my day perfect as their quick thinking to use a lobby and open the bar as a holding cell for my guests until the stormed passed allowed me to have my dream wedding outside and kept my guests enjoying the day. The day was perfect and I was able to enjoy every moment of it! Thank you so so much NK Productions!

Nicole and her staff allow you to fully relax on your wedding day. Nicole was helpful throughout the entire process and so quick to respond to every question I had. I cannot even imagine how stressful planning would have been without her. On the day of the wedding I felt like I didn't have to worry about one thing because I knew it would be taken care of by Nicole and/or Korrin. Nicole's office manager, Barbie, was sweet enough to do our table numbers, place cards, and ceremony programs for us so I didn't have to go through an outside vendor. They are all so sweet and professional. NK Productions is the best!!

Nicole was great at identifying what our vision for our wedding day was. When we needed creative ideas or suggestions, she was quick to offer solutions that were in line with our style and taste. She made working with numerous vendors easy and relieved any stress in planning a wedding. NK Productions did an absolutely incredible job planning my wedding!! Nicole was able to take my vague ideas and helped turn it into a clear vision and direction, while making sure every choice reflected my tastes - not hers. She recommended the best vendors and we didn't have issues with any of them. And when our photographer was in an accident a week before our wedding, she was able to find us two great options within a few hours. During our weekend, the NK Productions team came out in full force to make sure we had all the support we needed, while getting ready, at the church, and at the reception from setup until the final guest left. Nicole and her team, specifically Nicole, Barbie, Korrin, and Melanie provided superb service throughout my 7-8 month planning process as well as throughout the wedding weekend. The main reason we decided to use a wedding planner was because I was planning this wedding remote (I live in Chicago) and Nicole made this extremely easy for me. I work full time, so the easiest way for me to communicate throughout the work week is via email, and Nicole and her team were always very prompt and thorough in their replies. If they said they were going to do something, it got done, and I didn't have to worry about it again. NK also fielded questions and concerns from my "team" aka my fiance and my mom, making it easy for all of us to be on the same page. I had the wedding of my dreams, and there wasn't one thing I would change. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. NK has you covered.

I contacted Nicole from NK Productions last year to help coordinate my wedding. While the full service coordination was outside my budget, Nicole was amazingly helpful- setting me up with a day-of coordination package that included much more than just day-of help-- making sure that even with tight purse strings, she could help. She provided me with a variety of helpful tools and tips for planning, including a short list of preferred vendors that were within my budget and known to be reliable. I ended up choosing most of my vendors through her, and I am eternally grateful because they were the most wonderful, reliable, and talented group of people I've ever worked with in my life! When the wedding day was near, she set me up with Lisa and Lulu who were the ones guiding me through the day seamlessly. Our original plan of the reception had to be scrapped because of rain, but Lisa stayed calm and helped work with my caterer to make the new plan better than the original. Lulu was so sweet, keeping me calm and finding a way to make me smile through the stress. They were both so organized, rolling with changes as they came, without an appearance of stress or frustration when details became confusing. On the wedding day, I did not worry or think of decorations, or think of what time it was. They set up everything exactly how I had pictured it, made sure I was on time to my own events, and packed up at the end of the night. My day was worry-free and I owe so much gratitude to all the ladies at NK Productions, who made me feel like even with a small budget, that I could have the wedding of my dreams. Thank you so much!!

I had the pleasure of working with NK Productions, specifically Nicole, for the past year. I chose the incredible Ringing Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida, as my wedding venue. I am from Orlando, Florida, so this was a semi-destination wedding and finding a good planner was a must. I was recommended NK Productions due to their stellar reputation and previous experience working with the Ringling. As the venue is a museum there were numerous regulations and logistics to be undertaken to make the day go smoothly. Now that the wedding is over, I can say I am forever indebted to the person that gave me Nicole's name! I guess I am pickier than I thought, because I had a VERY specific idea for my big day - from the cut of the place cards to the aisle being done in the opposite fashion, I knew what I wanted. Nicole not only understood my vision, but helped lead me in the right direction to make it happen. She has a great relationship with some of the top vendors in the area so everyone we worked with was the best of the best - not just in the execution but also their personalities and professionalism. I felt we had the best team behind us the whole way. With that said Nicole was also very conscious of saving my parents wherever she could - if something wasn't going to make a massive impact on the day and could save us money, she would lead us in the right direction. Let me say after being involved with friends and family members getting married to have a planner that is budget conscious (but also fabulous) is a breath of fresh air!! The biggest reason I would recommend the NK team was their ability to flex, roll and deal with the unexpected. My wedding venue was entirely outside. And it rained. It didn't just sprinkle. Right before the ceremony was to start the heavens let loose and laughed at all of my plans. Luckily I had Nicole and her team to help me through. They whisked myself and my bridesmaids to safety (rain and wedding hair don't mix), and started to fix the problem. In under an hour my ENTIRE planned out event (from ceremony, to cocktail in a different location, AND reception in a third location) was moved to accommodate the rain. They took a 3 hour + set up and made it more fabulous in 45 minutes. This wasn't just swapping to our standard rain plan either. Nicole knew that really wasn't my vision and made last minute changes to make it more fabulous than what our backup plan. Of course the team at Michaels on East and the Ringling Museum had a MASSIVE part in getting this done (can't give them enough rave reviews either - they were great!!), but the NK team kept their heads and swapped my event plan to one that was better than our initial rain plan. When I walked down the aisle I was stunned - and overjoyed. It was beautiful and what I had hoped for - without even knowing it! I can't say enough about NK Productions. They are on the forefront of wedding trends, know how to understand and work with a bride, and are able to get things done in a flash (all with a smile). Thank you Nicole, I'll never forget all the hard work you put in to make it my dream day! PS - Korrine is a little wedding fairy who makes magic happen!

Nicole Kaney and her entire team were a dream to work with in planning our wedding. We had a LOT of ideas (that were probably logistical nightmares) including fireworks, acrobats, a flyover, and a helicopter send-off and each piece was executed perfectly! Every person on her team is professional, calm, and detail oriented. Nicole saw our vision and turned it into the most magical night our of lives. We are forever grateful to NKP!

I can't begin to express how wonderful Nicole and her team were. Without a doubt it was the best money we spent. Nicole brought my vision alive and it was even more perfect than I could ever have imagined. From her patience during the planning stages, to finding us the PERFECT venue, her communication skills, vendor recommendations are all unparallelled. On our wedding day I had NOTHING to be concerned about, everything was taken care of and ran smoothly and all we had to do was have fun! If you are looking for a planner, then search no more! "Day of" wedding coordinator allowed us to enjoy the day and not worry about details. Vendor recommendations were spot on and provided awesome service from invitations, caterer, tailor, to florist, transportation, and salon services! Great value! A must have for the DIY bride!

Sara and Ben interviewed several wedding planners and selected Nicole Kaney and NK Productions because of the assurance from Nicole that she would work with them in the manner that THEY needed. She could push if needed or lay back if needed. Sara and Ben had ideas of what they wanted but nothing like a formal, solid plan. Nicole listened to them, asked questions and help them verbalize what they wanted. Nicole was involved, interested and passionate about making sure the day went the way Sara and Ben wanted it to go. There was no idea too silly. The wedding ceremony and reception were perfect. Every detail well thought out and all of the Sara and Ben personal touches were right there, front and center. As the Mother of the Bride, i appreciated Nicole being there for me when i needed her to help me. She listened with patience and grace. Nicole's relationships and knowledge of the suppliers helped us get the best of the best for the wedding. She also saved me tons of MONEY with her advice and negotiations. Nicole was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I wish I could express how smooth everything went from day 1 of planning, all the way through the wedding day. Selecting vendors was easier then I could have imagined. Everyone Nicole recommended was 100% professional and 100% fun! We had a short timeline to work with, and a modest budget, but you would have never known, thanks to the creativity of Nicole and everyone she recommended! Nicole was shockingly quick with replies and recommendations. Contingency plans were set up, but never needed to be used! Almost every guest commented on how calm my husband and I were all day, and that was all due to Nicole! She had every base covered, and then some, so we just coasted through the day, enjoying every moment. Most of our guests came in from out of town a few days before the wedding. My husband and I were able to spend every last second with them throughout their stay, and did not have any distractions or worries about any last minute details or hang-ups. Nicole and her team were nothing short of grace, energy, and class from start to finish. I could never thank her enough, and I will never forget one moment of the special day she created for us!

Simply said, outstanding! Nicole's calm demeanor, knowledge of the Sarasota area, recommendations for vendors, and attention to detail made our event spectacular. This may seem cliché, though in our case, it was the overwhelming truth. For 10 months, Nicole guided us to decisions which fit our style, preference and vision. Nicole let us choose, consult and negotiate, though would assist as needed. Consistent communication, reviews of places and people while we were discussing from hundreds of miles away, and an honest opinion of personalities, venues and proto-types added to our experience. A few weeks prior to our wedding, Nicole made us feel as if we were her only event. We could not have enjoyed our wedding day, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and the days surrounding the events more. My husband and I had as much fun as our guests, and a month later, I’m still receiving calls and letters from family and friends about the style of our wedding and how much they enjoyed the weekend and Sarasota. It was a true honor to work with Nicole, and the team she helped us pull together. We have memories for a life-time.

Nicole was my 'day-of' wedding guardian angel. She was there via email for every single question and issue that came up during my wedding planning process and she even responded to my emails when out of town. My only regret was that I did not hire her to do all of the coordination and planning for my wedding. She is very professional and organized and calming. I highly recommend her.

Nicole's services was absolutely the best money I spent in the entire wedding process. She was so helpful in guiding us in our selection of vendors to work with, and helping us obtain the wedding of our vision. I had the pleasure of first meeting Nicole when I was planning my wedding in June of 2013. Nicole is amazing. She helped us plan our whole wedding- venue, food, decorations, photos, etc etc. She was so much fun to work with and a very big help. I was hesitant to get a wedding planner. I didn't want a stranger butting in and being around for everything. That was until I met Nicole. She was there at all times when I needed her, but knew how to make my day perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
