hs after the wedding, Sheldon emailed my wife and I an apologized claiming "personal issues" have delayed progress but he was sending the video out at the end of the weekend. Weeks came and went and no video came. The phone number for NMG worked but no one ever answered, nor returned my messages, nor returned my emails. I finally got a phone call back and they had marked my transaction as "complete" even though it was not. I was at a point where my next call would have been to a lawyer - the customer service was so terrible, it is not worth the trouble of dealing with this group. Very disappointed in this group (but I had very high hopes, as they promised high quality and features).

G team any higher; Kandace’s photos were absolutely perfect and flawless – we got married on a very rainy, dark day in April, and I couldn’t even tell! Kandace did an amazing job turning a torrential downpour into the most perfect day! We also had Sheldon and his video team with us throughout the whole day. They were so professional and discrete, while capturing all our special moments! You will have no regrets if you go with NMG!
