No Sauce Que

tract 2 months before our wedding. We were getting married in March and in January our caterer had let us know that they could no longer fulfill their contract due to a significant loss in the family. Totally get it. But we felt a little screwed. We had to scramble to find a new caterer ASAP, but it didn’t take long because Que was there. I reached out on The Knot that week and he replied in hours. He understood the situation and he got to work on a proposal for us within a day. Some caterers were trying to charge us $200pp for a TASTING and were booked out for weeks, but with Que, it was scheduled within the following week and even in inclement weather, we made it work. He was very professional and accommodating. All of the food was wonderful. I am a professional chef myself so I know ball and Que can really ball man. Some of his flavor combos are spectacular and unique. His smoked Mac and cheese is some of the tastiest Mac I’ve ever had. The brisket is delicious as was the stuffed salmon. Our guests raved about the food. We didn’t hear a single complaint and we still hear compliments even after the wedding! And if you needed further proof, not one single eprson got a photo of the food because they were too busy eating it LOL not even our photographers had a photo of the damn food. We couldn’t believe it! But anyway, his staff was wonderful as well. They were all so sweet and professional. One woman on staff ensured that I was always hydrated and she told me specifically “Whatever you need, Bride, you let me know.” What a sweetheart. Everything was on time too. There were so many other wonderful things his team did that I didn’t even mention here so if you’re debating going with No Sauce Que, I highly recommend them. Our wedding was a huge hit in no small part thanks to NSQ so thank you so much once again Que for how you showed up for us. We’ll never forget you or your banging food! d always available to answer my 100 questions with my mind racing daily. The tasting was by far the most personal, flavorful and professional of all our choices. They worked within my budget, have an exceptional catering team, cut our cake and assisted in every way possible to ensure our wedding was perfect! I’d recommend them over and over again! They can customize the menu, help create any vision and assist with staying within budget. This goes to show that you can have an exceptional wedding with delicious food at an affordable price. We stayed under 7k and all night our guests talked about the food, especially the brisket and chicken!

d a room flip and Que and his team executed the room flip phenomenally!!! The only thing I did not like is that he did not bring out the the food according to tables, it was brought out according to the meals selected. So depending on the meal people selected some people at 1 table got their foods way earlier than others. If he brings it out according to table I think that will definitely give him a 5 start rating. Lastly his prices are extremely reasonable and for what he offers, he was easy to select him as my caterer. 

. My husband and I come from a culinary family -with my mom being an executive chef at USC, My taste buds were extremely picky. Que and his team rose to the occasion surpassing all hopes ! My guest are still raving about the past hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour which were prompt, hot ,and plentiful ! I can’t thank you enough for being so polite so flexible and executing one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Xoxo The Roberts
