I have been trying to review villa terrace/noble catering and events four times on Google, but they have deleted it four times. See screenshots for evidence/proof. As you can see on incognito screenshot tab, my review does not show up under "newest" filter. On the non-incognito/normal Google tab, it shows up because i'm logged into my gmail account that I posted from so it pulls it to the top - but to the general population/public (aka from the incognito tab) it doesn't show; therefore, it's deleted on google. Additionally, when my friends search for my review, it doesn't pop up on their end. Anyone considering a wedding at villa terrace/noble needs to know how terrible this experience was. It's just not worth the money or stress.
My review: I have been planning my wedding since September 2022. It was in May 24, 2025. I got an email January 2025 with zero warning that there is a new management company and they would be taking over my wedding. Since January 2025, it has been a nightmare working with the new company, Noble Events and Catering, specifically Trista. As the days got closer to my wedding, communication with me was horrific. She gave me the bare minimum information, didn't offer potential solutions, was not flexible at all and didn't give details or clear communication about venue limitations. The rehearsal was terrible. Trista never introduced herself to me (the bride) or anyone in my bridal party. She kept popping her head in and out of our rehearsal space but never once spoke to me or said anything. One of the biggest headaches (trust me there were many) out of the 18229392 ones we encountered was the number of people allowed to come and chair count. My contract says 120 SEATED GUESTS, 135 standing reception, fire code 135 people maximum. I had 118 adults who needed seats, two days before the wedding (and about 6 months after I told them I had a string quartet coming) they said they had to pull four chairs from my guest chairs of 120 and that we couldn't bring our own chairs. The day of the wedding was even more terrible. They booked a photoshoot from 1-2 pm at the villa and the couple who had photos taken were 6 feet away from me during my first look. I cried before pictures with my bridal party because the couple wouldn't leave and Trista wouldn't do anything or enforce the other couples end time at 2 pm. Trista was no where to be found, my florists, quartet and wedding planner had to fend for themselves and set up on their own. The first floor toilet was clogged, so my mother in law had to find a plunger. The toilet paper was out so my guests had to use period pads to wipe. One hour later, my wedding planner found Trista and she was sitting on her phone scrolling in the back room instead of putting out these fires. Lastly, the director of the building was sitting at the front desk the whole time this was all happening. My bridal party went up to him asking for any semblance of help, and he responded "I don't do weddings." If Noble events replies to this review and says none of this happened, I have receipts and screenshots of this debacle because everyone considering having a wedding there deserves to know how terrible it has been working with Trista/Noble Events.
Unprofessional and extremely difficult to contact. Disappointed with my experience from the start
Noble catered our September wedding and was recommended to me by a co-worker that has used them many times before.
The sales staff was very responsive to our questions and even set up a call to discuss details.
Trista, Event Designer, worked with us to stay in our budget for our food order and last minute updates that we had. We were even able to add a kid menu choice which was important to us.
The staff at our wedding was professional, stayed until our s'more table ended, and kept the schedule going so our guests were well fed. They even were helpful with a seating issue and making a quick change that was needed.
Everything was placed on time and the displays were lovely. They also accommodated dietary restrictions.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience and the food was delicious, well prepared, and a great choice for us.
I’m extremely disappointed with the catering service we received for our wedding. First and foremost, three tables—each with five guests—didn’t get dinner, including our hardworking vendors who were with us all day. It was heartbreaking to see our loved ones and the people who made our day special go without food, and as the bride, I carried that guilt all night.
The excuse given was that the kitchen staff just *left*, which completely derailed our entire timeline and added unnecessary stress.
Additionally, we paid for two bartenders but had only one for over an hour. That bartender was incredibly unprofessional, laughing at us when we mentioned the tequila was out and even throwing a dirty rag at one of our guests. The level of disrespect was insane.
Our wedding catering was a nightmare, and there is absolutely no way we got what we paid for. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, and it completely tainted what should have been the happiest day of our lives.
We used Noble Catering for our 230 person plated-meal wedding and they were FABULOUS! Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Working with Trista prior to the wedding was always very efficient and communication was smooth. They're very good about accommodating dietary restrictions for guests as well. Would highly recommend!
