Couples can customize their baked goods to suit their tastes and dietary requirements, such as dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan. Tiers range from two to six, with the option of adding more. Additional items include novelty cakes, cake sculptures, cookies, and cupcakes.

I’m a wife and mother of 3 young men. I’m also a Native Texan! I was born and raised in the small town of Mexia, TX (pronounced muh·hei·uh). While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightful years.

ZERO STARS! I DO NOT recommend purchasing your cake from this bakery. When they mess up they will ignore you and your complaints, and refuse to refund your hard earned money. I go...

t married in November 2022. I am still waiting and expecting my refund, Regina. Keep in mind, my husband and I live almost 200 miles away from this bakery and our chosen venue. We met Regina and went over everything we wanted for our wedding cake. I sent over a specific picture asking only for two changes; instead of a pearl and hexagon base design, I wanted a simple smooth white cake in a common circle shape with ombré flowers. That is not what I received. Unfortunately, I did not see my cake until the reception. By then it was too late. I have the top tier for our anniversary, but it’s just a reminder of how this didn’t go as planned. Now I am stuck with a cake, that looks like the flowers were inspired by SpongeBob and the icing was just pumped on and left alone. When I brought my frustration to Regina’s attention, she refused a refund and offered to make a customized anniversary cake to replace a three tier wedding cake. When I refused her “solution” and requested a refund she stopped responding to me and has completely ignored us.

This Bride has decided to make it her mission to harass and terrorize this small business....

I will just address the highlights. Three months after the bride's wedding she left a negative review via FB. Four Months after the bride's wedding the bride decided to ask for a refund for the cake; even though much time had passed, and the unsatisfactory cake was not returned or was eaten at the wedding; I responded to the bride's request and offered to make an anniversary cake to replace the cake she had. She refused this suggestion and has now stated she wants all monies spent on the cake and additional desserts refunded and threated to report me to BBB as well as leaving bad reviews. I am sorry this bride ultimately decided she was unhappy with her cake but if I refunded all monies to everyone that requested a refund months after, deciding they are unhappy with aspects of a dessert I would be out of business. We have been providing Delightfully Delicious desserts for 7.5 years. Please consider numerous positive reviews on FB, Google and Yelp when choosing a bakery for your Special Day.
