I worked with Nyah a few years prior after she had done my eye-makeup for a friend’s wedding. I loved it so much that I decided to book her services for my big day. I decided not to do a bridal trial prior to my wedding because I trusted her skills and knew that my makeup would be perfect. I was right! I loved that my makeup looked flawless on my wedding day and felt so light-weight at the same time. I can’t wait to see how our wedding photos come out! I also had a pre-wedding facial with Nyah that was such a pleasant experience! My skin felt so smooth and hydrated and I was able to destress a bit prior to the wedding. Highly recommend doing this facial!

When (a week later) they finally got back to me I was told my hair and makeup would be done at 8 am for my 5:30 pm wedding because my stylists had “a great opportunity come up to go to fashion week and had to leave by 10 am” I was absolutely devastated. I wanted to be fresh for my wedding pictures. Needless to say, I was not going to continue with this vender. I called Nyah, who immediately told me to come in for a trial. She was sympathetic and even with such short notice told me not to worry, we would get this done. I went in for my trial and showed her some pictures. Not only was she able to do exactly what I wanted, she was able to improve it. Because of the stress my skin was not in the best shape. On my wedding day my skin looked flawless. She takes her time and listens to her clients. She is also a delight to work with. She also did my best friends hair and makeup and she looked amazing.
Nyah is patient, talented, and above all else, a professional. She came to my hotel with her full arsenal of beauty tools, including professional lighting. My makeup and hair lasted through the night and still looked photo ready.

i noticed my make-up did not smudge or cake. she was also gracious enough to touch up my fiance who tends to have very oily skin. he, too, had impeccable skin that day. for our wedding day, nyah and her team came to our hotel and made over not only myself but my whole bridal party (1 mother and 6 bridesmaid). i had a panic attack but nyah remained calm, collected and has become a great confidant. she stayed with me throughout the entire day and even after i was locked out of my bridal suite, she was able to create a beautiful updo in the hallway with a few bobpins! she is a beautiful person inside and out and she was the highlight of our day. i will be a maid of honor in another wedding and i can't imagine asking anyone but nocturnelle beauty to provide their awesome services again!
