In 1990, Chef William S. Noël founded Noël’s Catering
while serving as the executive chef at the Lilac Inn in
Brandon, Vermont. With decades of restaurant
expertise and a passion for culinary excellence, Chef
William has orchestrated a wide range of events, from
intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
At Noël’s Catering, we pride ourselves on crafting
custom menus tailored to suit every budget and
occasion. Whether it’s a casual barbecue, an elegant,
candlelit dinner featuring rack of lamb, or a
sophisticated, seven-course wine-tasting experience,
our goal is to make each event unique and memorable.
Whenever possible, we source our ingredients locally to
ensure fresh, high-quality cuisine that celebrates
Vermont’s rich culinary heritage.
As a licensed liquor caterer, we complement our cuisine
with professional beverage service, ensuring a seamless
experience for you and your guests. Our dedicated
team is committed to providing exceptional service,
impeccable attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming
atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression of
friendliness and hospitality.
Noel's now offers three banquet rooms for your event, located at Rutland's Howe Scale Building.
