LOVE Noemie! They offer the timeless, high quality pieces at affordable prices and have the best customer service! I have my wedding band from Noemie (loved the free engraving serv...
ies) and have an anniversary band as well as a few other rings from them now as well! I'm a loyal, avid fan! I love their loyalty rewards program too, and how they it makes it easier to grow my Noemie collection! :) They are always so, so nice and I'm excited to try out their custom design services one day soon too!
I loved the idea of using Noemie’s custom design option and they designed me a beautiful ring. I’m generally overly cautious with jewelry, to the point of not wearing jewelry as mu...
ch as I should to get the true value of it. I only wore the ring out a total of 20 times and only for a few hours each time. I even removed the ring when washing my hands! And it literally just snapped into two pieces one today when I was putting it on. I think their design must have been flawed, because it snapped at a point where two diamonds came together. When I sent it back to them, I was expecting a conversation about how they could redesign it so it wouldn’t break again since it seems like it’s a problem that would recur. Jewelry is meant to be worn. But instead, they claimed I had somehow caused the problem and tried to charge me even more money to “repair” it. This was very offensive to me, because I know for a fact I didn’t damage it in any way. When they received the package with my broken ring, they also told me they “couldn’t find” one half of it (stressing me out immensely) even though I had put both pieces into one of their small jewelry holders (they did thankfully find the second part after I told them to look again). I will hesitate before splurging on myself again because it feels too risky when this is the way companies cheat their customers these days. I also haven’t even been able to even reach their staff on the phone or get a call back, and they’ve been very difficult to contact via email too.
I designed custom diamond pieces with Noémie and loved how easy and elegant the process was. The quality was top-tier, and it arrived beautifully packaged. Worth every penny.

We were so thrilled with the engagement ring and the experience that we decided to have them craft our wedding bands too.
Thank you, Noémie. You'll forever be a part of our lives.

x. The refund should have been back to my CC after the 10 business days. I have emailed hem multiple times and called 2 times. Today is Jan 23, 2024 and still no refund. The CC company will put them on a list with a negative review and will limit their abilities. I have turned them in to my CC company......Do NOT purchase anything from them. You will be out of $$$$$$
Beware of this company! False advertising for quality jewelry & return policy.
This company falsifies the reviews and has the poorest quality jewelry.
Do not purchase from Noemie. Made a significant purchase in which Fedex admits was delivered to the wrong house, yet Noemie will not make this right. Between Noemie and Fedecx, t...

estly say after having jewelry from all stretches of designers and brands including local stores, big brands like Tiffany (my original wedding ring that I’m still in love with), and the new hip online stores... Noemi is great value and really high quality. I’d say just below the heavy (they use a lot more metal) quality of Tiffany or Cartier, but far above almost all other brands you’ll find. Great weight and gorgeous to boot! I’ve already bought another ring for myself and have my eye on a third, cause if you know me you know I love to stack!
The most beautiful jewelry and the best customer service I have ever encountered! Very high quality metals and stones, super fast shipping, and returns and exchanges are easy and p...

I bought the Petite Diamond Band Ring (18k gold) as a secondary wedding band and it’s perfect for everyday wear. It’s petite, as described, in that it is thin and delicate. I wish ...
the band was a bit thicker but Noemie has other rings/bands if you prefer otherwise! The ring as a whole is lovely and shines nicely . I wore it to a friend’s bachelorette at the beach and her friends immediately complimented and admired the ring. My interaction with Noemie‘a customer service was amicable and quick to resolve. I initially ordered the wrong size and the exchange was simple.
Love Noémie! I found them when searching for a wedding band. I wanted something feminine and dainty to complement my halo style engagement ring. They were so helpful and kind throu...
ghout all my interactions with them (of which I had several, due to realizing too late there I was actually a quarter size smaller than I initially thought, and a change of heart in design). I ended up with the bezel eternity ring and absolutely love it. It is beautiful with my engagement ring or alone - which is perfect, because I only take the band with me when traveling. I get lots of compliments and am glad I went with this company due to customer service, price, and quality.
Beautiful jewelry, great quallity and fair price. Excellent customer service, warmly recommend.
Great quality and style at fair prices. Even the sales person at Tiffany’s complemented me on my Noemie Ring!
Best quality, price, and customer service ever. I could not recommend this company more for any brides looking for their wedding rings, especially now!
