tion with multiple emails/texts never answered. We worked with her for our engagement and wedding photos. Both shoots were very professional with amazing results. I was extremely pleased with her lens choices and ability to take command of the shoot while also making Jon and I feel comfortable. A true artist. Fair warning, her art takes a LONG time. Being a photographer myself, I know that industry standard to receive pictures back from editing is about 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks being on the long end in busy months (I got married in October so this applied to me). It took over 2 months. This isn’t necessarily a problem, but after asking multiple times for updates, nicely letting her know that Christmas gifts of photo albums were on my mind, I asked for an ETA. I never heard any responses and my parents had to get involved. After contacting her once, my mother heard a response with a vague answer with no end goal or ETA in mind. My mother had to email again, as a client, requesting a date to receive our photos back by, which should not have to happen. Once the photos were completed, we learned of some personal delay problems- again, this is fine, we acknowledge that things happen and personal issues arise. As a client, there is still no reason to have been left in the dark for months without reply. I did ask for a sneak preview of a few images for thank you cards, which she was able to produce upon request. My advice if you choose to work with Noire Studios is that you establish a timeline up-front in the contract. I do want everyone to know how great Noelle is, she’s one of the nicest vendors I worked with on my wedding day! Everyone else’s reviews are spot-on about that!

day. Noelle was fun and great to work with during the sessions. We also got a second shooter who did an excellent job. If you are debating on a second shooter, get one! We had a large party and they were able to capture several fun and serious shots with the group. At times, communication through email was a little slow but I will say close to the wedding she was right on top of it. I highly recommend Noire Studios! You will not regret your decision.
