Nola’s food was fantastic! We received so many compliments from our guests that our meal was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Nola understood our values and she and her team created a custom menu for us that was entirely vegetarian.... We served butternut squash ravioli with a sundried tomato sage cream sauce, grilled asparagus with parmesan, crostinis with pear, goat cheese, and honey, and an organic salad with nectarines and a fig balsamic drizzle. It was incredible! I wish that she and her team had a restaurant because I would love to enjoy our meal again! Nola is very friendly and kind. She accommodated our rescheduled ceremony during the pandemic and ensured that our food was fresh despite our venue not having a kitchen. She and her staff were wonderful. The servers and bartender were kind and professional. We appreciate all the work that they did and we highly recommend hiring Nola to cater your wedding.
