My fiancè and I used Nomad Cocktail Co. and their services for our engagement party and loved them! We had a unique venue but they were able to accommodate it to work with us. Madeline and her team made the whole process fun for us. From the very beginning, they were responsive and willing to help with any questions. The day of the party coordination remained just as seamless. We had three specialty cocktails for the event which added such a fun, elevated touch to the party and the guests loved them all. The Nomad crew provided a wonderful service!! Everyone loved the drinks and kept going back for more. The bartenders arrived at the perfect time. My husband and I wanted to throw the best party on our wedding night so finding an excellent bartending team was our top priority. Nomad was very communicative from our first inquiry. Their alcohol calculator was pretty accurate and we only had about 6 bottles left over. Maddi also made suggestions on brands and stores in order to minimize costs which we greatly appreciated. Maddi invited us to a private cocktail tasting and I can't express how enjoyable this experience was. We told her what kind of liquors we typically go for and she made us 6 or so full drinks for us to enjoy with her own creative touches. Whether we have questions big or small, she responded so quickly via text and made herself available. Bailey and another member of the Nomad team helped keep the party going on the wedding night. Not only did they serve beautiful and delicious drinks, but they also enjoyed the night alongside us. Maddi was great to work with!! From the start, she was excited and encouraging to customize our signature drinks. The tasting was SO much fun and she really listened to what we wanted and modified without question--I truly wish we could do it again! Hired Nomad Cocktail company recently and I was extremely happy with the entire service. From the initial contact everything was very professional. I appreciated the ease of selecting the package I wanted and also how accessible Maddie was throughout the planning process. The event was made that much more special with the signature drinks we had selected. Everything was fresh and tasted very, very good. They are professional and punctual - I will definitely hire Nomad Cocktail Co again for a future event.!

I came across Nomad Cocktail Co. while browsing Instagram to see what bartenders have worked at our venue and was immediately drawn to their signature camper bar! Maddi was great to work with--considering that 2022 is projected to be the busiest year for weddings since 1984, she was usually pretty responsive and was always willing to hop on a call to get things sorted out. We were able to add on a simple well bar option to our bar package as well. We didn't get to do a tasting beforehand, but that was probably on me for not reaching out to ask (I just assumed no tastings due to COVID) so just be sure to bring it up if that's a must-have for you. Maddi also provided us with a detailed shopping list for alcohol with brand recommendations and quantities needed--definitely trust her numbers as when we did our wedding consultation at Total Wine, their alcohol calculator was way higher than the quantities Maddi gave us for beer & wine and the state of CA doesn't allow the return of unopened alcohol (we did encourage guests to take home any extra booze on their way out). Even though we didn't have a tasting prior to our wedding, the signature cocktails were fantastic! We chose the Saturn and MelRose, and Maddi even made a note on the bar menu she printed for us that the Saturn contained an almond-based ingredient for my guests with nut allergies. Highly recommend Nomad Cocktail Co. if you're looking for an amazing BYOB bartender for your next event!

What can I say about Nomad that isn't just glowing praise? They're a buy your own alcohol bartending set up to save you some money and the bartenders are absolutely dolls. Most bar services don't offer a rental bar, let alone an adorable trailer, but with Nomad, that comes with their amazing package. Though, for our venue, we went with their stylish wooden bar to join us. They kept the drinks flowing for not only us, but to our guests! It put everyone in just the right mood and the signature drinks we chose were absolutely excellent (they even let us rename them for our wedding!) Maddie was excellent at walking us through the process of buying the alcohol since we didn't know the most appropriate brands, places to get them, or necessary amounts. It was a bit of a hassle to obtain some bottles, but that's because we didn't want to sacrifice quality of alcohol for our guests and they did let us know alternatives. We ended up finding a few brands that we'll be enjoying long after our wedding thanks to their recommendations! All in all, their drinks are stylish and delicious, their personalities are warm and welcoming, and we were so happy we stumbled on them. Book them now!

Highly recommend! My something extra for our wedding was this amazing traveling bar. The hand crafted and personalized cocktails were amazing! The mobile bar was so fun and looked great at our Palm Springs wedding. These lady bosses are so sweet, professional, knowledgeable. HIRE THEM!

They are extremely affordable, while still maintaining all of the professionalism, esthetic, high-quality options you would want at your event. Madeline always replied to us promptly, made time available to answer all the questions we had, and was flexible around our desire to have a well-bar and signature drinks. We found them because they are a super popular choice at our venue (Millwick) and they even have Alice, a super cute travel bar. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my fiancé and I had to cancel our wedding as we and most of our guests were traveling from out to state. Nomad Cocktail Co. handled our decision with so much grace, and immediately returned our deposit without hesitation. This type of kindness and understanding during a time that is so challenging for wedding vendors further demonstrates that they are not just good business women, but good people. I really hope we have the opportunity to hire them for something in the future, but either way you should!

Highly recommend Nomad Cocktail Co. We hired Nomad for our outdoor wedding, they did a fantastic job. The staff was very professional and energetic, just what a wedding needs. Their craft cocktails were made specifically for myself and husband and did not disappoint. We use “Alice” the traveling camper bar. It was the talking point of the night!! They can decorate the bar and or camper in whatever decor you want to set the tone of the event. We will be using Nomad Cocktail company for our next big event!

I am an event planner and wedding coordinator, and last weekend we hired Nomad for my 40th birthday party. To say we were happy with them is an understatement. Madi and Bailey are super fun and have great personalities—something you definitely need in a vendor who will be interacting with all your guests. I wish we could have used their trailer, but our consolation was the really cool bar and back table (no black linen’s needed) they brought with them. For our event, they created custom cocktails which were served in mini mason jar glasses. Everyone raved about the cocktails and we all had a difficult time deciding which was our favorite.
