Nomada was the catering vendor of our dreams. I wanted an elevated taco experience for my wedding, and that is exactly what we got. From appetizers, to dinner, to dessert, the qual...
ity of their food and customer service is impeccable. Ray was an outstanding food and service lead at our event, always making sure my husband and I were taken care of. I was impressed by the variety of service packages, as well as the extensive number of food options they can provide. Even my wedding coordinator says she ranks them number 1 on her list of caterers after seeing them in action on my wedding day! Highly recommend!
I had the chance to try Nomada at a small event they were catering and I gotta say they've got some of the best tacos I've had. I tried their mushroom, carne asada, shrimp, and fis...
h tacos. 10/10! They also got great salsas that perfectly compliment the tacos as well. The food was authentic and the ingredients were quality.
Aside from the food, the experience I had with Nomada was amazing. You take a look at their setup and you see right away that they're elevating the food and catering industry. Everybody was fun and professional. The price point is a little higher than most places you'd come across, but I say it's worth investing a little extra in experiences you'd never forget.
I had tried Nomada at an event I attended and it blew my mind. Not only was the cart so aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated the tacos were so delicious. The service was the ch...

tch the videos to know what I mean!!
We went to the tasting to make sure the food quality match the presentation. Here are the pros & cons:
Pros:
1) Handmade tortilla absolutely tasted wonderful! Nomada also offers the option for blue corn tortilla.
2) Chicken was tendered and cooked to perfection. Shrimp is excellent and we know they use quality stuff! We tried a few appertizer and most of them are excellent.
3) Staff are friendly and pay attention to every detail.
Cons:
1) This company is not the regular Taco Man! They are moderately pricey. I guess you get what you pay for :-)
2) They do have higher end selection such as prime ribeye, mahi mahi, Chilean Seabass and organic chicken, mushroom, etc. The estimate keeps getting higher.
3) Nomada is a hidden gem so they seem very busy. I am afraid they may be fully booked if we do not make decision quickly.
Nomada catered a company event that I recently attended, and everything about the experience stunned me. Their take on what would normally be a taco cart can only be described as ...
an elegant mobile kitchen. The food was no less than fantastic, not to mention the friendy service provided by the chefs. Frankly, this was the best catering experience I have ever had.
Loved how yummy and fresh everything was: my fav was the chicken served on the blue corn tacos (made fresh on the spot) with the best mango salsa I ever had! Chef being so knowledg...

They left our building cleaner than when they first arrived. I cant wait to cater then again. But the best part was the way the cooked the food right in front of you with their mobil kitchen, it looks amazing, all our guests were wowed, this big marble setup was so beautiful, it made the event what it was!!!
