I had been warned by multiple other people that Crystal has a poor attitude and lacks professionalism after hiring her and they couldn't have been more correct. I hired Crystal in March for my wedding in September and filled out a contract/put down a deposit. I went in to get my hair color worked on and to talk more about my wedding- she seemed a bit disheveled and actually spoke poorly/made fun of other clients while doing my hair. I didn't think much of it because quite frankly if she showed up and did a good job on my hair the day of my wedding I didn't care about her attitude or what she may say about her clients to other people.. 3 months away she emailed me saying "I can't do your wedding- super sad face.. I will pass your deposit along to this other great stylist if I don't hear back from you". I texted her to see a time to pick up my deposit and she was rude because I asked her not to pass along the money (I didn't want to hire someone blindly and said it was not a big deal)- and when I showed up to get it at the time I was told, she just glared at me and shoved the money at me. No explanation or apology- or any reason why she cancelled and broke her contract. Save yourself the stress and hire a real professional. This is not the first negative experience I have heard about her and it's a shame she acts the way she does... she is great at doing hair but she is not a professional you want working your wedding day.
