On our wedding day, Charity and her team took care of every little detail, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Her calm, reassuring presence was exactly what we needed, and knowing she had everything under control made the entire day completely stress-free. They did a beautiful job setting up all of our decor, kept everything running seamlessly, and made sure our timeline stayed on track without us ever having to worry.
Hiring Charity was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her team and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond!

She and her team showed up early, used all available information, coordinated smoothly with the other vendors, and anticipated every need we had. She was highly communicative throughout the day and because we had some damages from our guests, she made sure to explain these effectively, and gave us solutions we would not have thought available prior. Xochitl and Ary (her assistants) were also amazing and although they were acting in more of a supporting role, we were met with kindness, anticipation, and understanding with every moment they were involved in. They did an amazing job and if you're looking for a great team with an amazing, heartfelt mission statement, you're in the right place!
