took time out of his own schedule to survey and plan his set up. This was all on his own initiative. If that wasn’t enough, the most important reason you should hire Marcel is his food. It was delicious! I may be biased as it was my wedding, but I have literally been to over 50 weddings and it’s the best food I have ever eaten at a wedding! To put it in better perspective, we had around 60 no shows and only enough left overs for about 30 people. So our guests liked it too! If you’re reading this, I would call Marcel as soon as you can!

We had plenty of guests compliment on how yummy everything was and ask for leftovers! Communication - Marsail responded by text, phone, email - and he was super kind and patient through all of my questions as I planned the wedding. I never felt like I was annoying him and he would always say he wanted to do what we wanted for our day. He was punctual, his team was friendly, they came in, cleaned up and took care of everything for themselves. One nice woman even brought me a plate of mashed potatoes that I asked for since I was entertaining people and didn't get any! All around, I never had to worry about NorCal Catering. I felt 100% confident with them from booking to event. We will use them again!
