We had NoRa provide cupcakes and a cutting cake for our wedding and we couldn't be happier!! Their cupcakes are absolutely out of this world. Every guest said they were the best th...
ey had ever had! Not only were the cupcakes delicious, but the team was so accommodating to every request we had. Truly the best! 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be using them for events in the future!
We were so happy with the flexibility and service NoRa offered us! Originally we had decided on a different baker, but were disappointed to find out that they only offered gluten ...
free, but not vegan cupcakes, and wouldn't accommodate our request for a rainbow cake (because they didn't like how the food coloring looked with their recipe). NoRa really saved the day with their delicious gluten free and vegan cupcakes, and their beautiful rainbow cake that made our cake cutting extra special! Not to mention they were willing to deliver the cake to the venue for a small fee, unlike the other baker. NoRa is very professional, and able to provide fun and delicious desserts according to your vision. We were very happy!
They only need a week notice for big orders. They will take care of you and customize cakes and cupcakes for you! The cake topper was even included and edible (and delicious)! We u...

The cupcakes were amazing especially the customized funfetti to match our colors! Everyone LOVED the Irish car bomb!
At first my now husband and I weren't sure we were going to have a wedding cake: we had s'mores and an ice cream truck coming and didn't want to go overboard with dessert! Then we ...
received a cake-cutting set from my mother for Christmas and we knew we had to include this tradition. My husband had worked in Middletown for a few years and we knew that NoRA cupcakes looked fun and tasted delicious. Their Instagram showed off some gorgeous cakes and we knew they were the right choice. Our hope was to cut the cake and bring it home for a brunch the next morning so we were looking for lighter flavors, potentially fruity where people wouldn't mind eating it for "breakfast." We looked through their cake menu one day and when we got to the bottom we found Strawberries n' Cream...done! It was super easy to place an order online with Heather for a two-tier cake, then pay in two installments in the store (and buy some cupcakes while we were there). The day of, I remember finishing our first dance and going over to the sweetheart table to get ready for dinner: the cake table was right next to us and we were blown away with how amazing it looked! When it came time to actually eat some, it tasted even better. It made it home and our families loved it at the brunch too. We are so excited to start a new tradition of getting a Strawberries n' Cream cupcake to celebrate every anniversary!
We used Nora cupcakes for our wedding this weekend, they were amazing! All of our guests were talking about how delicious and fun the flavors were. We also had a cut cake made by t...

se they had so many delicious sounding options! They even customized a couple for us! They were a joy to work with, and I would recommend them for any of your dessert needs, or even if you just want a casual cupcake from their store in Middletown! It's a cool spot!

any questions and gave us great recommendations when we were stumped on picking cupcakes from all of their amazing flavors. We chose to have mini cupcakes and a cut cake, but it was great that there were others like having full size cupcakes or a truck if we wanted. We were even able to offer gluten free cupcakes which were just as delicious as the others. We already can’t wait until our first anniversary to be able to eat more of the delicious cake! We’d highly recommend NoRa and will certainly be visiting their shop again in the very near future!
We worked with both Carrie and Kim to book the Lil' Truck for our wedding and both were responsive, helpful, and accommodating (we were booking from Boston and had small bits of ti...
me in CT to stop in for tastings, meetings, etc.). They were professional, prompt, and very organized when working through the details and timeline. The night of, they arrived early and quickly had everything set up and ready to go. The attendant was personable and friendly and the cupcakes got RAVE reviews from my guests. We're still rationing out some of the remaining ones that we froze to enjoy for the next couple weeks. You really can't go wrong booking these delicious treats : )
YUM!! We had a small cut cake form NoRa as a part of our dessert table (which also contained NoRa mini cupcakes). Everything was delicious! They were extremely helpful, even went a...

eir cupcakes are huge, and they made enough for everyone to have 2! We had a ton left over- however the following day at our day-after brunch, we put them out, and ended up having a cupcake tasting- everyone got to try tons of different flavors without having to take a whole cupcake! Their flavors are amazing, and I would highly recommend stopping into their shop to see what you like. It's no surprise to me that they opened a second location in West Hartford- they make a mean cupcake!
We picked up 10 giant cupcakes to use as centerpieces at our wedding. They were packaged perfectly for our Vermont wedding and made the trip no problem. Everyone loved the centerpi...
eces! They looked beautiful and tasted delicious. We had 10 total for our 80 guests and it was more than enough. It was a great way to stay within budget (no floral centerpieces) and integrate NoRa's (which we love) into our wedding. I think I may order a cupcake for our wedding anniversary next year :D
My husband and I are huge fans of NoRA Cupcakes and for our big day we knew without a doubt that we had to have Carrie and her team help us out.
From the first time I talked to...
Carrie, she was wonderful and accommodating. She set us up with a consultation with Kim to taste the cupcakes and discuss the details, and Kim was such a great help and also totally fun to meet with.
I know that NoRA Cupcakes is a hugely popular shop around here, and not once did I feel like we were being pushed to the side. Carrie and Kim took care of us and were always in contact when we needed them, and what I loved the most was that they were so excited to custom decorate our cupcakes to match our wedding date -- Halloween!!
Our guests raved about how fantastic the cupcakes were, and loved wearing the spider rings that were used as decor on top of one of our flavors. People kept pulling me aside to ask where the amazing desserts were made, and we couldn't be happier that we got to have NoRA cupcakes at our wedding.
Thank you so much, and we will see you in the shop soon!!

ey always have different flavors available for purchase. they also have a food truck option - totally different, and so cool.
we loved our tasting - you can pick any 4 flavors from what's available in the case that day - secretly we were sold before that, we saw them on the preferred vendors list at our venue - the Barns at Wesleyan Hills, and went to see for ourselves and fell in LOVE.
neither my husband or I have met a cupcake from NoRA's we haven't liked.
they're HUGE, so you totally get your money's worth. the display looked beautiful at our wedding, and people were RAVING about how good the cupcakes were.
love them, and 100% recommend them to anyone in CT looking for great cupcakes
When my husband was ready to propose, he knew the two things that would get him a guaranteed 'yes': cupcakes and diamonds. He popped the question at the shop on my 30th birthday......
how could one turn that down? It was then that NoRa became a part of all of our milestones, and a part of our life together.
The NoRa team was represented all the way out on the cape for our wedding. We had our staple bananas foster cut cake, which we continued to eat for days...and a variety of our favorite flavors. Guests asked during the after party where the leftovers were!!!
Carrie is so great to work with. Responsive to all of my questions, and changing my mind on flavors at least a handful of times, so friendly, and really a cupcake goddess!!!
We pledge our lifetime of happiness and dessert allegiance to NoRa!! Thank you!!
Carrie makes the process so easy, the hardest part is deciding which flavors to choose out of the 100 (no exaggeration!) Delicious flavors. The dessert table display she set up was...

same town. The tasting was so much fun! And Carrie was extremely helpful, flexible, and willing to do anything within reason. Our jumbo cupcake (the one used for the cake cutting) was the bourbon apple crumble which was spectacular. Then we had 4 different cupcakes for the guests. The fat Elvis (we got married on Elvis's death day so it was a shout out), The famous Irish Car Bomb, The Parisian, and the bourbon apple crumble. They were all delicious and a major success. Everyone loved them. We special made our own cupcake stands and did the set up ourselves.
Unbelievable. Staff is amazing to work with, and the cupcakes are beyond anything we have ever had. Biggest selection to choose from and good prices.
NoRA Cupcake Co. ROCKS! Not only are the cupcakes to DIE FOR, but the service is excellent and the quality is fabulous. Carrie and her staff are always cheerful and happy to help. ...
