From the start she was on top of it and made sure we got to review and discuss different looks before hand, working around the schedule for me. Her ensuring this not only put me at ease but also made the final look was something we both loved and were comfortable. It was a major success!!!! Trust me this is VERY important!
She is open to your ideas, honest with her opinions, and a pro at different styles and looks. I was able to share pictures, get her feedback, discuss different color and look options.

We hired Nora for a wedding this weekend (5/12) in Houston Texas. We put a deposit down with her in advance, which I would think means she is committed to the wedding.

her the morning of asking her what time she was arriving and she said she "didn't get a final schedule so wasn't coming." THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING. She didn't communicate anything to us in advance and we had 5 people (including the bride) with no hair service. If Nora needed more information she could've called or texted us or the wedding planner, but she did not. Instead she decided on her own to not fulfill her contract and even worse not communicate to us (even after we had paid the deposit!!!).
I cannot recommend Nora - she is not reliable and her behavior was unprofessional.
