Emily and Ashley at NorCal Wedding & Events are absolutely amazing! Throughout the whole experience they were there every step of the way and always willing to answer any questions that we had to make sure our big day went smoothly. Their bright personalities and friendly smiles made us feel at ease through the whole process. I had the wonderful opportunity to see them again almost two years after our wedding when they coordinated one of my best friend's weddings and it was a like seeing old friends. Amazing duo and highly recommend them if you are in need of someone to make your big day effortless!!

Emily was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She brings an effortlessly calming energy to the planning process and is always easy to communicate with about any new ideas, questions, or concerns along the way. We weren't sure if we even needed a wedding planner at first but looking back we are so thankful we changed our minds. Having Emily there as support for the months leading up to the wedding and then running the show on the day made everything so much easier on us and our families/wedding party and we were all able to enjoy everything instead of worry! We cannot recommend NorCal Wedding & Events enough, they will make your lives so much easier throughout a beautiful time in your life!

When we first started planning our wedding we weren’t entirely sure on what the role of a wedding planner entailed. That being said, there’s no chance our special day could have gone as well as it did without Emily and Ashley. They went above and beyond, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the wedding without one ounce of stress or worry that things weren’t going smoothly and exactly as we wanted them. Emily and her team did an amazing job for our wedding. From the second we arrived at our venue we saw how capable her team was, and they helped our wedding to be seamless. We decided to go with the partial planning service, and our only regret was not getting her full planning services, because we had no idea how much work went into planning a wedding despite what we had heard. Emily was great! She planned a friend’s wedding which took place on my property. Even though I was not one of the vendors, she included me so that I was informed every step of the way. She was very responsive. When I had questions, she would text or email back very quickly. She also had a spreadsheet of every detail. She is not only detail oriented, she also treats everyone with kindness and respect. The wedding was beautiful, fun and went very smoothly. If I were looking for someone to plan a wedding, I would highly recommend Emily!

As an employee for a vendor working a wedding with NorCal Wedding & Events, I was blown away by the care and attention to detail that Emily and Ashley had for the bride and groom’s special day. Their itinerary was incredibly precise and accounted for every minute of the event. I watched them constantly engaged with vendors, guests, the bridal party, and the newlyweds to ensure that there was a smooth, stress-free environment for everybody. They were expert communicators from very early on in the planning process, and I’m lucky enough to say that we get to work with them again, later this year. You can be at ease with Emily and Ashley planning your event. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Emily's exceptional communication skills made working with her a breeze! She was not only so easy to work with but also super flexible, adapting to changing circumstances effortlessly. Her attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked. She even created an event map that made navigating the venue as a vendor SO easy! Loved working with her--would highly recommend to any of my bridal clients!

Emily and Ashley were amazing. I got the pleasure of working with them for a wedding as a fellow vendor. I got super lucky to have them as the coordinators because they were so helpful and attentive. They are also very detailed and organized. I did all my communications through Emily who reached out very early and made sure I was on the same page. As I arrived, I was immediately greeted and directed. The wedding went smooth. I can only hope that I get to work alongside them again.
