ing. She helped me find my wedding dress, and it was literally the 4th one I tried on! The process was so easy. I loved my dress (it was SO beautiful), and I wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for her. She found it after I tried on a dress that was similar that I liked for the most part, but disliked one part. The dress she pulled for me wasn't what I was expecting to like, so I had initially passed it over. I'm so happy she found it for me. We later went back and picked out a beautiful veil, too. Stacy has great taste, and she gave me some helpful insights on what to do in terms of shoes, hair, etc. I also loved my seamstress Jenny! Her alterations were perfect and done in a timely manner. I loved the bustle she did. Plus she was so nice!! My schedule was limited and rather difficult to work with, but Stacy and the team were very accommodating to me. My dress was a bit pricey, but the alterations cost less than I expected which was nice. All in all, I would definitely recommend Nordstrom Oak Brook's Wedding Suite!!

I could tell she was very experienced and right away I knew I was in good hands. The moment I walked in we didn't waste anytime. Her full attention was on my mom and I, which truly made this a special experience. After only a few dresses, I tried on THE DRESS. She made this the best experience I could have imagined. fter visiting a couple bridal stores, I stumbled across Nordstrom and immediately fell in love with a Matthew Christopher gown. Living in California would be a little tricky for alterations, but Staci guided me through the entire planning process and saw it through the day of with both the highest professionalism and finesse. She stopped at nothing to make sure my dress was PERFECT. Georgina, the seamstress, was delightful to work with, attentive, patient and very friendly. Her knowledge in the industry is invaluable. Their kindness and sincerity will always be remembered and that they are a part of the wonderful memories I will have forever. I highly recommend this store for your perfect wedding gown and service.

During the process of debating between dresses she went above and beyond and had a sample dress that was not carried at the Oakbrook location brought in from the designer just so I could try it on in person I ended up choosing that dress. When it came time for alterations Staci made sure I had the best seamstress work on my dress her name was also Stacey. I had three fittings with both of them and every time was a painless, productive, positive experience. She created bustle and train for my dress that looked beautiful both ways. I found my dress at a trunk show, which I can't recommend enough. It was a dress I probably wouldn't have found anywhere else as it was the previous season. But it fit me perfectly! They also kept my dress and veil until the day of the wedding which I felt was a great service. I didn't want to risk something happening to the dress.
