I went to the wedding suite for a trunk show a few weeks after I got engaged. I did not find my dress that day, but I knew I had to buy it there. The team that works in the suite i...
s just the best. They are so sweet, accommodating, and patient. You will never meet another consultant like Sandra. She truly has a gift - she knows how to find the perfect dress for you. Elsa is the best seamstress I have ever met. She will make your dress fit you perfectly. I also worked with Jessica for my fittings. She is so sweet and helpful; she made those last few appointments as stress free as possible. I went to several different bridal salons while dress hunting and this was by far the most comfortable and pleasant experience. I am so glad I bought my dress here! Cannot thank this team enough for helping me find the perfect dress for my perfect day. They are truly the best.
Plus, if you get your dress during a trunk show, you get great perks! And points if you have a Nordstrom card! Can't beat it.
I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Jessica Gross. I met Jessica when she reached out for my initial bridal consultation. From the minute I met her, I could tell she was truly...
invested in me and always paid close attention to everything I said. It was in that first appointment where I said yes to the dress, and aside from hugging my family that was there with me, I couldn't help but open up my arms to the woman who made it all possible. I got to know Jessica on a deeper level throughout my fittings and appointments. We clicked so well that my mother- in- law ended up hiring here for the day of my wedding, and thank goodness we did! It ended up raining on my wedding day, and Jessica made sure my dress never touched the ground for more than a second so the photographer could get the perfect shot. Jessica went out of her way by steaming all my bridesmaid's dresses, the mother's gowns, and my veil. She truly went above and beyond, and I can not thank her enough for all she did for me. I felt at ease on my wedding day knowing she was there. I will forever be grateful for her hard work and passion. I will definitely keep in touch with her and keep her updated on my life as a married woman!
I had the best experience working with Sandra, Jessica, and Elsa. I live 5 hours away and was shopping in Miami to be close to my mom. These three ladies were so personable, kind, ...
and helpful through the whole process. They made sure I was happy with my choice and made scheduling my fittings around my crazy schedule work for everyone. Not only that... my dress fit perfectly thanks to Elsa! They have an amazing team here!
I have had a very long and stressful search for my wedding gown. Lindsey Barrow is a breath of fresh air! She is professional, polite and a true resource in the fashion industry. S...
he knew exactly what I was looking for and made everything so light and airy. Our two hours flew by because we were having such a wonderfully effortless time searching for my dress. She is an all star!
Today I went to try on dresses alone and Jessica helped me. She made me feel so special and beautiful! I’ve never left a store more confident and excited! The gowns there are gorg...
eous and comfortable. She was very helpful picking out gowns, belts, and veils. She made me feel like a bride! I cannot wait to bring my Mom and hopefully say yes to my dream dress!
More of like a “Nordstrom rack” customer service .. They email you 10 questions before your appointment and when you walk in they aren’t prepared for you. Horrible customer service...
! Don’t bother going in .. Not much to offer dresses and service!
Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress!!!
I truly felt like a princess on my special day, an experience like no other, it was honestly a fair tale to have encountered.

I had an instant connection with all of the girls!
They were helpful and knowledgeable about their wedding gowns and how to make you look absolutely drop dead gorgeous on your wedding day!!
These words were expressed by my then fiancée as I walked down the aisle. As a result, I truly realized all the hard work the bridal team put forth for me.. they always delivered when I had questions or feedback regarding styling tips. With this mind, they can accomplish any difficult task even the Bridezillas of the World!!

mfortable squeezing into dresses which isn’t always the most comfortable situation! She’s awesome! Going back for the Monique trunk show this weekend! :)
I had an excellent appointment with Jessica! While the suite itself looks small compared to other bridal salons, they have a great selection of gowns in many different styles. Staf...

ere! Deff would recommend!!
I fell in love with my dress here! I couldn't thank the girls enough for everything. I came in without an appointment and they gave me quality service and helped me find my dress. ...
The girl was very attentive to what I was looking for and even helped me come out of my shell and got me into a mermaid style dress. I never thought I would ever feel that confident or beautiful in any dress. My dress got there pretty quick and I came in for the alterations which was fairly priced. The alterations lady was very helpful and honest about how everything would fit. They altered my dress in a few days and it was flawless. I had my six bridesmaids also get their dresses which was the convertible dresses and they also had their dresses altered at the wedding suite. My wedding day is coming close and they made it a lot less stressful for me and I couldn't thank them enough for making my day a lot more special.
Beautiful dresses and lovely sales ladiesbut they don't provide top rate bridal service. Alterations, which are included at all high end wedding boutiques, are not at Nordstroms. A...
lso, they are incapable of doing serious alterations. Like, I needed a bra built into the dress so I had to take the dress elsewhere for what is generally a customary fix. I had no choice of veils. I wound up buying my dress at Nordstrom's and having it altered and getting a new veil elsewhere. I would recommend going to a top flight bridal shop where you have everything under one roof and when you pay $6000 for a dress you are not than required to pay another $1000 in alterations.
Lovely dresses but unlike other high end bridal boutiques charge on $5000+ dress for alterations, veil and adjustments. This was not done at Ever After- they made dress perfect- No...
rdstrom staff is lovely but better to deal with real bridal store where they will alter for free and provide some level of customization
Amazing service! The ladies made me feel like a true princess! I worked with Johnetta, and she was awesome. I had found a dress I loved, and they were able to have it in the store ...
for me to try on within a few days. They had shoes and jewelry all set up for me to try on with the dress. I was able to custom order the dress of my dreams. They made my day feel so special and I am so glad I said yes to the dress!!!!

o many!! Everyone here is really nice. This was my first ever bridal appointment and I worked with Sandra. She was the sweetest! Made me feel so comfortable. Im new at the whole bridal thing, so I didnt know what suited me best, so she let me try on different styles until we find some that I liked. She made very good recommendations as well and helped me alot. Made my first experience a great one. Went to a few other places after, and the service I recieved at the Nordstrom wedding boutique has stood out extremely! Highly recommend going here. Great staff and a great selection!
